Great location!

Perfect location, right next to board walk so you don’t have to pay for parking anywhere!! Lots of good food options around the area and super cozy suite!

We LOVED our stay and hope to return! Initially, we were worried about parking but there was a specific spot in the grass he lead us to and we didn’t have a single issue the entire trip getting back in it! We ONLY had to take the car to go to food lion (5 minute drive) or Walmart (15-17 minute drive). We were able to walk everywhere else, including a very short walk to the beach (2-5 mins depending on traffic). We went to multiple shops and restaurants and were able to walk to all. Many spots around with allergy friendly options (we are dairy free). Being on top of an ice cream and gift shop is so fun and the mini donuts are a favorite and fresh made! We could hear the road traffic but not a single sound from the shop below. I have a napping toddler with sleep issues and had zero issues with him sleeping undisturbed. The apartment is truly a home away from home, perfectly decorated and well maintained and updated. I could truly go on and on but I’m out of space to write 😂

Parker was a fabulous host, first and foremost. His communication was top tier. The home was just as described. Nice layout and plenty of room. Check in was easy and I appreciated not having an issue with parking as it is on site.

Kara is the property manager and she was SUPER sweet, helpful and responsive. The beds were very comfortable and I LOVED how you can rent the golf carts (someone previously mentioned battery would die quick but that’s if your gone hours & hours just like you’d run out of gas) everything was nearby and we saved a lot of money and time with the golf carts due to parking, access to beach and price to rent. If you were to actually rent one from certain places it was WELL over $200/day. So Loreen was doing us a favor and making it more affordable lol The place was very clean ! I am a neat freak and super clean myself so I was on the look out 👀 but this place was very clean. Only reason I can’t go back is definitely NOT due to the place itself but because my senior dog couldn’t make it upstairs 😔 from now on we have to take stairs inconsideration. That’s because of our dog NOT this place This place is definitely 10/10 loved it and made some best memories with my family ❤️❤️❤️🥹

John was very helpful with any questions or requests we had. He made it very easy to get in touch with and was always responsive. The location was great-everything we wanted to do was within a 10-15 minute drive. My friend and I were able to feel very at home. Look forward to staying there again when we visit Wilmington again in the further!

You’ll like everything about this nicely appointed, clean & modern 1BR apartment right at the heart of the UNCW campus! You even have your own laundry in unit, a desk and 2 TV’s to stream most anything you could want to. It was perfect for me. Travis is a good host and makes everything super simple, which is welcoming to see!

Everything was perfect and I truly enjoyed my time here. The house is clean, tidy, and well-equipped with everything you might need. And for One Tree Hill fans — this place is a gem! It’s within walking distance of the iconic bridge shown in the show's opening, which was such a special treat. You can also take a lovely walk to the pier, where you’ll find several charming coffee shops. Highly recommended for a peaceful and cozy stay in Wilmington!

Catching Sunsets! Aptly named listing for sure! We made regular use of the super comfy balcony chairs to do so every day we were there. Lynne’s place was quality all around - comfy bed, super clean, well decorated, nice appliances. Get this: bathroom was fully stocked with nice shampoo/conditioner, body wash, full sized toothpaste, lotion, thick, fluffy, white towels. Probably shouldn’t say this, but we caught a glimpse into the unit next door, didn’t measure up to Lynne’s place at ALL! There are so many great places easily walkable, we’d suggest grabbing a pizza at Dough House and a nice cocktail at Dram & Draught! Oh…do heed the very detailed parking instructions provided or you’ll get a ticket for sure!

This was the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! It was absolutely stunning, extremely private, very accessible, and within a short walk to the amenities of downtown Wilmington. The area is extremely safe, beautiful to walk, and overall a great location! The house itself comes equipped with just about anything you need and truly feels like a home away from home. My husband and I could not recommend this place enough! The owner is also extremely responsive and so kind to talk to.

My family and I enjoyed our weekend at Skipper’s place. It was a nice area in a wonderful friendly neighborhood. The walk to the beach wasn’t very long and the place had all the amenities you could need. Would recommend to a couple staying in the area!

My daughter and I have the ABSOLUTE best time!! The Airbnb was soooo beautiful, clean and the natural light from the windows was so tranquil! The grounds where the Airbnb was stunning with the outdoor lighting and loved being able to look at the horses!! We have a beautiful time and cannot thank Jean enough for her wonderful suggestions and for being so warm!

We had a great stay at this apartment while visiting our daughter at UNCW with our young son. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to campus, restaurants, and everything we needed. The host was communicative and made check-in seamless. We would definitely stay here again on future visits!

Great home for the weekend, close to the beach and had all the amenities to cook and more! Beautiful outside patio and seating area. Bed extremely comfortable. We had to check in late and hosts were very accommodating and phenomenal!

Melissa has been fabulous! The space is perfect for a Wilmington stay. It’s a quick 10 minute drive to the beach! I would recommend it to anyone looking to visit the area.

Had an awesome and peaceful stay here. We used the bikes every day and it was a 5 minute ride to the beach and all the little shops and restaurants. Everything was so clean and we had more than everything we could need here. They provided towels, beach gear, hair dryer, etc. Highly recommend!

Shelby was a delightful host! We absolutely loved the area and her apartment was the perfect place for our weekend in town. The house was clean, comfortable and right across the street from the beach. She made sure we had everything we needed and was extremely sweet and accommodating. Really wonderful place! The location is amazing and if you have kids, the hosts have put in a ton of toys and other helpful things like a pack and play and high chair, which were so helpful for us. This was well described beforehand, but it is a high staircase to get up into the apartment. However, inside is super spacious and the kitchen is great. I think it’s really fairly priced too. Thanks for the great stay!
