Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Wilmington

This was our first Airbnb experience since selling our timeshare last year. Andres & Emily made everything easy! Great check in and check out instructions. The condo was very clean, with all of the amenities they listed in their description. The bed was clean and comfortable and the living room was nicely decorated with a couch, coffee table and television. Highly recommend eating at Island Burger and Pops Diner, which are nearby. The boardwalk was only 2 blocks over. I also found a beautiful starfish necklace (I've been looking for a nice one for awhile) at a boutique called Salty Chic...very cool store located in the Publix shopping center. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and would also highly recommend Andres And Emily's condo, especially for a couple.

The Seahorse Castle was perfect for 2! Clean, plenty of dishes and kitchen must haves, a soakable sized tub, decorated with beachy vibes, and just as described. If you have 4x4 I recommend Fort Fisher to drive out and set up on the beach. We had an amazing time, ate good food, heard live music, went to CB market around the lake Saturday morning, and can’t wait to return! Jeanette’s place will always be special to us, we got engaged! 💕 Kelly & Pauly

We spent a beautiful and relaxing week at Wendy & Jeff's Seascape. The place is EXACTLY like the photos, the view from the balcony is a dream!! Waking up to the ocean sounds every morning is something we will never forget. The apartment is very well-stocked with all the items you need to enjoy the beach, clean up afterward (lots of hot water and good shower pressure!) and cook a delicious meal (plenty of kitchen gadgets). Very easy to walk around the neighborhood, up to the pier for quick eats, or less than a mile to the little mini-mart. Parking is easy. Area is safe. The pool area across the street was clean and fun too! The hosts gave excellent, clear instructions for arrival/departure and even checked in on us via the app during our stay. Jody’s place was full of historic charm—from the cozy leather couch to the exposed brick wall, every detail was perfectly decorated and inviting. The space was clean, private, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was unbeatable—just a short walk to the Riverwalk, restaurants, and all the fun Wilmington has to offer. Jody was incredibly responsive, replying to my questions within minutes. This was a fantastic stay and a great value for the money. Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Wilmington, NC! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the thoughtful touches that made it feel like a true home away. Jeff was very responsive to any questions we had. It was also very nice to have some kitchen staples already on hand. The location was perfect—close to downtown, the beach, and some fantastic local restaurants and coffee shops. We loved starting our mornings on the cozy couch and winding down in the comfortable living area & taking advantage of the games on hand.. Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering great local recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed. It’s clear they take pride in creating a top-notch experience for their guests. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Wilmington!

The house is in a great location, convenient to the downtown attractions without the city noise. Thank you for the extra touches, snacks and bottle of wine. Fantastic for the dog to have the fenced back yard and we found the bed very comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

5 stars!! Beautiful, cozy home close to downtown. We had a great time and really felt welcomed and safe in this home, would definitely come back!!

This air bnb was great for our stay. The house itself was awesome and the beds were really comfortable. The neighborhood was fine driving distance to all things, but did not feel the safest walking home at night. All in all it was a good place to stay and the house itself had everything you could need when staying away from home. Kyler was quick to respond when our lock code wasn't working, and we had the problem solved in less than 5 minutes, so that was much appreciated.

So glad that we got to unplug from everything and really enjoy a weekend in Wilmington! Everything you need was on hand and absolutely perfect. Plenty of coffee to get us motivated, everything was spotless, and we really loved sitting out on the private porch. Highly recommend!!

Our stay was just as we hoped. Quiet neighborhood, great yard for our dog and friendly neighbors. We enjoyed our time at Ester's Garden which was ideally located close to everything. We would love to stay again at a future date.

it was the perfect setting for our family vacation with our adult children and their significant others. In fact, it was the perfect back drop on the dock for my son to propose to his girlfriend! wonderful memories here! peaceful and beautiful setting and short drive to the beach.

I had an amazing stay and great time. the place was beautiful and the location was perfect with unlimited places to go and restaurants / bars to try . this was my second time staying here and will continue to come every year until I move down.

Great location! Everything was a breeze!

Perfect location! Just a few steps to the beach on a coded private walkway. Within easy walkable distance to the boardwalk for us & our small dog. Britts donuts has always been one of my favorite places! Condo was very clean. The king bed was really comfy. Amanda messaged after we checked in to make sure everything was going good & that we didn't have any issues with anything. I would highly recommend this condo.

We absolutely loved our stay at Kelly's condo and cannot recommend it highly enough. The location is fantastic as both the beach and sound are just a short walk away in either direction. The pictures don't do justice to the beautiful views from the private balcony, and the inside was spotless. Kelly was very proactive with her communication and checked-in a couple of times to make sure that we were enjoying our stay. She also had everything needed to enjoy a trip to the beach conveniently stored in a storage room (new chairs, umbrella, beach wagon, ...etc...). I look forward to booking this again for a future trip to the beach!

We absolutely loved our stay and Michael and Skylar were super friendly! The apartment is centrally located, felt super safe, was comfortable, and is beautifully decorated. I cannot recommend staying here enough. ☺️

The condo was just and pictured and described. I appreciated the nice gas stove and well stocked kitchen since we cook all our meals instead of eating out. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the covered front porch watching all the activity on the main road. The beach was uncrowded and a very short walk away. Really appreciated the beach tent and chairs that were in the garage.

Very beautiful condo! The view is incredible and the furnishings in the unit are very nice. Be aware that you are in the entertainment district so you’ll hear music and nightlife but it doesn’t last too late in the evening. We didn’t mind it at all but just a note for future visitors. Already trying to plan a trip to stay here again!!
