This cozy duplex is on an oceanfront property just 3 blocks from the center of Surf City. There is a private walkway directly to the beach and just a short walk to the pier, restaurants, a grocery store, a playground, and shops. Simple Serenity C has 2 small bedrooms (queen and double) and a living/dining/kitchenette area. There is also a shared deck and courtyard area with a hammock, lounge chairs, and an outdoor shower. 1 well-behaved dog will be considered with a $30/night fee.
