Staying at Luam's place was great! The house looks exactly as it is listed. We wish the pool would have been available for use :( but all other amenities and accommodations were exceptional! The house came with a fully stocked kitchen perfect for cooking a great meal. The house was spacious and there was plenty of room for all of my guests. There could be more mirrors in the house as the only mirrors were in the bathrooms and 1 large mirror in the living room and the beds were slightly hard but that did not take away from how amazing the house was. It was 20 minutes from DC in a quiet area. The perfect home away from home. Thanks, Luam for being so responsive and providing easy check-in instructions. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

5 Stars – A Wonderful Stay! I had such a great experience staying at Raquel’s place! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel right at home. The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Raquel was incredibly responsive and helpful, offering great local recommendations and making sure I had everything I needed. Her attention to detail and warm hospitality truly made a difference. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend her place to anyone visiting the area!

Our family of 12 had a great 5 nights stay at Alvin’s place. The house has an old charm. Place was quite clean overall. Alvin was great at communication, with replies to queries during late hours too. He made sure we had a comfortable stay. Few things I do feel the need to point out was that the pool was unusable. It was slightly disappointing as we booked the house mainly for the pool and location. Alvin did sent a tech to fix the filter but no luck. There were ants in the kitchen so we made to put away everything and clean all the counter space after each use. Overall a great stay!

We had a great time at Faya’s listing in D.C. The house had plenty of room for 7 guests, and it was spotless and was conveniently located in the heart of town. Faya was very responsive and gave great local recommendations of different activities and restaurants. Definitely recommend this listing for families and larger groups!

The house is amazing, spacious and very comfortable for a large group. Only suggestion I will give is to have more towel for serving a group of 9 like we were. Some of the towel were not perfectly clean. The house worth the price anyway.

Absolutely gorgeous home. ALL the amenities! Master bedroom is HUGE. Master shower is superb!! All bedrooms are nice sized and all have their own bathroom. Basement is really nice too. Can’t say enough good about this home. Would definitely rent again!!

We have stayed in a few other Airbnb homes and this one was the cleanest we've stayed in. We did need to rent a vehicle due to the distance from DC, Arlington, etc. Nebiyu responded to our questions in a friendly and timely manner. We would have no qualms recommending this property to anyone looking for a spacious place to stay in the DC area.

We frequently visit Alexandria to visit family . We have a large family and look for a large home to accommodate everyone. Chau’s beautiful chateaux met all our needs . Location was perfect. Everyone had their own bedroom, the house was clean , kitchen was well stocked . I will stay here again and would highly recommend this beautiful house ! Thanks Chau for hosting us . 🥰

Great place, location, and host!

The place was just as described. Nice and clean with plenty of space. Perfect for 9 people. Great location in Arlington with restaurants and bars walking distance and it was very easy to get a quick uber ride into DC. Driveway fit 3 vehicles and street parking was also available. Kelly was very responsive throughout the weekend including when we briefly lost power on the block. Would definitely stay again if going to DC with a large group!

Overall great stay. Quiet development, beautiful home, & great response time. Thankful for Franco opening his beautiful home for those looking for a getaway!

this house is amazing. Probably the fanciest I've ever been. So spacious and comfortable. We were a group of 9 people and enjoyed our stay.

It was a good location, roomy, comfortable, clean, and much better than a hotel for a group of friends.

We've stayed at Kopal's quite a few times - very peaceful neighborhood, very close to Lake Artemisia, which is lovely for walking, also very close to College Park. Great location. The house is always very clean, well-equipped and Kopal is so responsive.

David's house was perfect for what we needed! The fenced in yard was a bonus, and David recommended many restaurants that did not disappoint! I will absolutely stay here again.

my family and I had an amazing time at Julia's place. She is an amazing host and the house was well furnished and we really enjoyed our 11 day stay there. look forward to coming back again.

This house with its fabulous location and 2 bedrooms downstairs with no stairs was just what we needed. House definitely has its quirks but had everything we needed to host family and friends for a graduation. Beth was super responsive and helpful!
