The James-Cecil home was an amazing choice for my Family. My family and I had an absolutely fantastic stay! From the moment we arrived, The home was spotless, just like the pictures from the Air B&B website. The home was beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were cozy which lead to an amazing night sleep being away from home. What the James and Cecil group didn’t say was how amazing the view at night overlooking Washington DC was breathtaking from the house. The James and Cecil Group went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I recommend the James and Cecil home to anyone looking to create beautiful memories with your family. I would like to say this experience was a 10/10.

This house is nice and cozy with a nice backyard space. The 2 bedrooms down stairs other unit was definitely a nice asset for privacy and another family. The host was amazing very responsive all the time. If you are going to an event at Howard University definitely 4 min away. Nice restaurant on the corner food is good. The parking is tight it’s a busy residential block. We easily could fine space for 1 car but we had 2 cars.

I couldn't ask for much more. The house and the online pictures matched completely. It was a wonderful place for a large family gathering. The DC metro, supermarket and restaurants were in close, easy walking diatance

My family stayed here while in DC for Howard’s graduation. Great location, close to campus. House was beautiful and clean. Parking was a little difficult, and one of us got a ticket on our first day there. Host was responsive and helpful.

Our team of 5 stayed here for a few days while attending a nearby conference, and the experience was absolutely fantastic. The home was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed—comfortable beds, fast Wi-Fi, plenty of seating for working or relaxing, and a well-stocked kitchen that made it easy to prepare meals together. The location was perfect—close to the conference venue, restaurants, and coffee shops, yet in a quiet neighborhood that gave us a peaceful place to recharge after long days. Communication with the host was excellent: responsive, helpful, and welcoming from start to finish. This Airbnb made our work trip feel much more enjoyable and productive. Highly recommended for professional groups or anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and comfortable place to stay!

Alberta and Jorge’s beautiful home was the best air bnb experience we have ever had, and we have stayed in many places around the world. The home is on a quiet street adjacent to rock creek park in the most serene of surroundings. The home itself was incredibly comfortable and well designed. The kitchen was outfitted with every possible kitchen gadget and appliance - a really extra special treat for folks who like to cook, not to mention tons of spices and sauces that saved us the hassle of having to buy lots of extra things. There’s no shortage of supplies which was also a nice touch and made us feel much more welcome. Our family (two adults and three kids) was extremely comfortable there and the kids loved playing in the snow and the yard. I can’t recommend it highly enough. Parking is a breeze on the quiet street and it’s an easy drive to anywhere in the city. Public transit via bus is also very convenient as 16th street is a short walk away with access to the bus lines. A true gem

Paul is an amazing host! There were a few glitches, questions etc and Paul was more than quick to respond with a solution! Paul’s home is spacious, well appointed, and easy to navigate. The amenities make the stay so much more enjoyable. Laundry, perk and pod coffee stations etc just nice to have. Rooms are comfortably sized. The home is in a great location. Close to buses, the subway, and every Uber got there in less than 5 minutes! There is handicapped parking across the street, and we found on street parking as well. The guest resident parking pass easily arranged. There are some great coffee shops and restaurants, as well as a Saturday farmers market in the Mount Pleasant neighborhood just a 15 ish minute walk away. Thanks to our host for a lovely graduation week with family!

Aivets place was beautiful, spacious, and had a very open main living room. perfect for socializing. the place was very clean and well stocked with toiletries and kitchen supplies. Aivet was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay!! a very wonderful host. The neighborhood is a bit far from downtown DC, and the walk to the closest metro can be far for those who have trouble walking far distances. But the house is fantastic and I would 100% stay here again :)

We loved staying here for American’s graduation weekend! It was about min to campus. Beautiful house on a cute street with easy parking. Great patio and backyard which was great for our dog.

my family and I had an amazing time at Julia's place. She is an amazing host and the house was well furnished and we really enjoyed our 11 day stay there. look forward to coming back again.
