Vacation rentals with beach access in Ventura County

I booked this location for our 10th anniversary. I couldn’t believe it was available. When booking this location you are right in the hub of Malibu. Nobu is within walking distance, so is carbon beach. There is a balcony top where you can people watch. Also a private little outside area for yourself. They even offer a garage space which was really cool. Responses were quick and easy. I even booked an extra night pretty effortlessly. The Host Stay Awhile, Emily, Dan and Jelena are a great team have more locations and I will be renting from them again when the time aligns.

This was a fantastic location, the accommodations were as advertised, and the hosts were super helpful and responsive. (Morgan, thanks for extending our checkout time at such short notice;)) I hope to stay here again soon!

Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

Victor is an excellent host and quick to respond to questions. he reached out several times to see if there was anything we needed. he informed us of something that was brought to his attention amd asked if we wanted it fixed while we were staying and gave us options. would stay again. a short walk to the beach and social tap and dukes are really good food. quick drive to the harbor or downtown ventura and easy to uber around if necessary.

Great spot! Would return in a heartbeat. Modern and cozy beach bungalow with a private garden and fireplace. Everything was clean and modern and updated design wise and nice. The only thing I could say is be careful with the firepit! The propane lets out quite a bit more gas into the pit than you'd expect and could be a problem when lowering the match to start it. Also - light from the outside in. All and all one of the best airbnbs I've ever stayed at! Well worth the money. Great hosts.

Place was dry clean and the views were amazing. Very private. Kitchen was well stocked. If you’re a light sleeper the waves crashing can be a bit much at night.

Staying here truly made us feel like part of the Ohana. My family and I chose this wonderful house for my Pepperdine MBA graduation weekend, and it turned out to be an amazing experience. We were the first guests after the devastating fires, and Jimmy, along with the neighbors, ensured we were well taken care of. Jimmy has done an incredible job renovating the rental to make sure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Although the area is still recovering, and getting in and out was challenging, Jimmy ensured we didn't face any issues. We spent the entire weekend on the deck, mesmerized by the ocean views and delighted by the sight of dolphins and sea lions. Unfortunately, we couldn't get to the private beach due to the occasional rusty debris washing ashore, which I didn't want my child to play with. We eagerly look forward another stay once Duke's restaurant has reopened. Mahalo to Jimmy and the wonderful neighbors for making our stay unforgettable!

Have stayed multiple times here with Kiran. It is always so clean and she is very responsive if we have any questions or need anything. We enjoy an easy walk to and on the beach at the end of a busy week and we have our favorite local restaurants we enjoy going back to. Big fave was finding Anacappucino Coffeeshop so close! Appreciate all Kiran does to make sure her place stays at such a nice/high standard!

Great bedroom and bathroom set up. Kitchen was well stocked and there were lots of bath towels. Beach was just down the block. My family loved our stay!

Perfect spring break location with the kids. It was the first time they didn’t care about their iPads or screen time. We enjoyed every sunset and cooking at home with that gorgeous view. Thank you for such a lovely time

We had a great stay at this beautiful residence. The hosts were amazing. They provided snacks, fruit, drinks and many other food items for our stay! We stayed over New Year's Eve and they even provided party items. The residence was just as pictured. It's location is great, just next to the beach. Thank you for a great stay!

Wonderful home within walking distance to the Pacific Ocean. Convenience store within walking distance as well. Booking the place happened very quickly even as we were looking at the last minute. Response communications were very timely as well. The house was very cozy and conducive to our family getting together for my niece's graduation at CSU-CI. Loved that you can open the windows for fresh air. Beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed using the kitchen for home cooking and baking. Upstairs/outside deck was very nice, but we all preferred to stay inside the house. Totally recommend Jesse & Abha's home for your vacation get-away needs.

Beautiful home, kind and helpful host, and lovely location. The home is so thoughtfully outfitted, from comfortable beds and furnishings to a fully equipped kitchen. Many nice touches included coffee (both ground and beans for those who like to grind their own), tea selections, snacks upon arrival and bedside mints, and a garage full of bikes and beach toys from boogie boards to beach chairs etc. The landscaping in the backyard is a haven for songbirds and also for guests! Sitting out there with a cup of tea or coffee guarantees moments of serenity. Just a short walk to the beach and Pierpont village, and a short drive to downtown Ventura. We can't wait to go back! This place was perfect for our family of 4. The beach is at the end of the block. Easy walk to the grocery store, Starbucks and several restaurants. The home was clean and uncluttered and also had little extras like books, board games and laundry detergent. We used the beach chairs provided each night to walk down to the beach and enjoy the sunset.

This home is a treasure in a really lovely place. Couldn’t recommend the accommodation or the immediate area more. Glenn was very helpful when I was booking. There is a large grocery store within a short drive. The house is furnished and decorated well, the kitchen equipped for cooking and baking. The appliances all work well. I think the house has been renovated so that three were made one- so the layout is a tad bit unusual but we appreciated having spaces for all.

The picturesque surroundings and welcoming ambiance of the house made for an unforgettable stay. Karen's attention to detail and commitment to providing a top-notch experience was evident in every aspect of the property. I truly felt at ease and right at home throughout my entire stay. I am already looking forward to my next visit to one of Karen's properties, and I have no doubt that it will be just as wonderful as the first.

William was great to work with and we loved the place. Easy walk to the beach and we had the whole beach to ourselves. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

My wife and I stayed here while I attended a conference 45 minutes away, inland. I’m so glad we stayed where we did because of the views. Not difficult to get around. Grocery store and restaurants are not a far drive away. The place had everything we needed. Older adults, so pretty quiet. You can see and hear the ocean from the condo. Host was quick to respond to any questions.

We enjoyed our time here very much.. . It felt welcoming and cozy from the moment we arrived. Suneetha is a fantastic host she is very responsive, friendly, and puts so much care into making her guests feel comfortable. It was truly a great experience. Thank you Suneetha!

This is my third time staying at the suites. They are always super helpful and communicative. Great location. Nice and comfy. There were a few things little things that could use a bit of refresh but it wasn’t enough to affect my overall stay or my rating. I live in LA, so this is a great little get away. Will definitely be back. Seeing the dolphins from the deck is always a treat!

My wife and I spent a weekend at Eileen’s and all I can say is, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had on AirBnB. Eileen was super helpful and responsive, sent clear instructions, the place was exactly what we were hoping it would be, and Carpinteria is a beautiful town, wonderful people. We cannot recommend Eileen’s place strongly enough!

Michael has a really nice spot near Ventura. Located near both the bay and beaches I would gladly stay again if in the area. Ventura is a beautiful town with a ton to do.

We were very comfortable here and it slept 3 people nicely. We will hopefully be able to stay here the next time we visit! Thank you!
