Waterfront vacation rentals in Utah

We very much enjoyed our stay at Bill's place. This is our second time we rented the apartment. The place is spacious, without any clutter. The kitchen is very well equipped (a lot of knifes, cookware, even grinder and electric mixer, spices, tea, coffee, creamer,....), clean, very functional and homy. We appreciated that the temperature in the apartment can be easily adjusted to suit guest's preferences. A bonus is a covered parking place next to the apartment. The description and the photos match exactly the real experience in this place. I would add that there is a great view of the mountains from the dining table or the balcony. The neighborhood is very quite. Internet is fast and it is very comfortable to work here. The access to Alta/Snowbird ski resort is straightforward. Bill is a great host, not intrusive but he responds very fast to any guest's needs or questions. We had a great experience and we are planning to return next year.

Highly recommend this place. Words can’t describe how incredible the sights are. The home is clean and peaceful home with super kind hosts. Can’t beat it. Couldn’t ask for anything more. The views were jaw dropping. Thank you so much creating this „heaven on earth” vibe.

Great host, great location!

Cute, cozy little one bedroom condo. Perfect for 2-4 people. You can literally put your skis on right in front of the front window and ski down to the lift. Carrying enough speed off the slope, you can ski right up to the stairs. Really cool stuff. Full kitchen with basically everything you’d need. Free parking. 100% want to stay here again next season.

Eric’s communication was great and really appreciated when we had a small issue, he was right on top of it and took care of it.

Stephen and Deb’s guest house is an absolute must stay! The location is stunning, nice amenities, clean, and perfectly situated between Zion and the cities for access to all you will need. Lots of wildlife and scenery on the property, and very private. We don’t normally interact with hosts when we stay at air bnb’s, however Deb and Stephen are wonderful hosts and just lovely to connect with. We also loved being greeted by their dog Henry in the mornings and afternoons!

Very nice home on golf course with great views. There was a mixup with cleaning from prior tenants but Scotie was incredibly responsive and had the situation rectified in no time! Very cool and unique house - cozy and well appointed. We only had three of us, but can accommodate a larger group. Great outdoor area with fire pit and deck - grill could use updating but worked fine. Quite neighborhood and only 10 minutes from downtown St. George! Great place to stay in an incredibly beautiful area!

We have been coming to Delta for memorial Weekend since the 80’s and this is the first time we have stayed here. The place is very large with lots of bathrooms and open space and nice lawn space. We took paddle boards but the place had them already so that is less to pack the next time.

The House was great! Perfectly located right by Bear Lake and within walking distance to a great grocery store with a variety of healthy choices. As well there are really good coffee shops with friendly people!

This was such a great place to stay! The amenities and everything were perfect, with a fully stocked kitchen. We had everything we needed. Zach and Lara were also super responsive and helpful throughout the whole process!

Our family of 2 adults and 2 kids had an awesome time here! We wanted a peaceful vacation where we didn't see anyone and we got just that! The property is awesome, we didn't have to leave for an entire day, there was enough do there. House is clean and very comfortable. They have sand toys for kids to use on the little beach which was great! There was a family of geese that live around the lake and we really enjoyed seeing the babies swimming everyday. A great jumping off point for visiting Bryce and Zion. You can tell the owners care about your experience. We would definitely stay again!

This was an ideal family Memorial weekend get-a-way. The pool far exceeded expectations and was the top amenity we enjoyed. We held a family pickle ball tournament. We enjoyed all the bird sightings/activity staying so close to Deer Creek Reservoir. We cooked, grilled, and celebrated 2 birthdays. There is so much to do at the house that you don’t really need to go anywhere else. We did go off site to fish the lake and the river. We also visited Cascade Springs and attended church. It was convenient to run to the store when needed. We used the pool house and the 2 air mattresses to sleep our party of 16. The beautiful location and many amenities at the house made this one of our favorite vacation rentals!

Trinette’s place is awesome. Beautiful views perfect for our visits to the area. This is second time we stayed there and will continue to do so on our recurring trips.

This was a 10 ⭐ stay! We will not stay anywhere else when coming to Park City or Deer Valley. This condo exceeded all expectations. The views were amazing. Clear view of Deer Valley Mountain, looking out over the fields and ponds; great seating on the patio to enjoy these views. The hot tub was perfect after a day of skiing. The condo is large & very bright, great seating in the living room, 3 large bedrooms & 2 large bathrooms. The condo looks to be recently renovated. The kitchen was also large and had plenty of counter space, cabinets & was filled with all you'd need to make yourself at home. There was no noise from neighbors. The free bus stops right out front making it easy to get to/from Deer Valley Mountain ( you can leave your skis, boots, poles and jackets for free overnight at the mountain) or to downtown Park City or Park City Mountain. The rental company was quick to respond & answer questions. By far the best AirBnB we've ever stayed in. Do not hesitate to book.

Amazing location, excellent amenities. Overall positive experience

Just left Phoebe’s condo after a two night stay and it was awesome! Our family of 4 came up to Brian Head for the sole purpose of skiing and the location was right next to Giant Steps (not technically ski in / ski out but you could walk down in your gear, we chose to just do the 2 minute drive over to the parking lot because the walk would have been a lot for our kids in their ski boots and carrying their poles and skis). Phoebe’s place was clean and had everything we needed and her check in and check out instructions were very clear. You can tell this is an older building but she has done a great job with updates and decor. I highly recommend this place!

Definitely would stay here again. Went for snowboarding trip but might consider this place for a summer trip too!

This was a really fantastic stay. The condo is very close to the lagoon and pickleball courts, where we spent most of our time. My only complaint is the 4 pm check in didn't really give us much time on the day of arrival to enjoy the amenities, but I knew that going in so nothing against the hosts. Just something to be aware of.

We had a wonderful time at Johnny's place. It is in a great location. Very easy to cross the road and be at the Deer Valley Jordanelle gondola within 5min. The Air BnB is incredible. Looks and feel brand new. Its very nicely decorated. Very clean and comfortable. Its actually feels bigger than the photos make it out to be. The kitchen has everything you could need or want. We cooked in 3 nights and it was just like home.... I highly recommend this property and we will be back for another stay next ski season.

This place was just what we needed, we were just there couple days. Having a kitchen was great, the jacuzzi bath was also amazing. We really enjoyed the space! Beautiful flowers surrounded the area.
