House vacation rentals in Utah

The place was beautiful and Linda was a fantastic host….she greeted us upon check in and made sure we were comfortable and asked if we needed anything else…I’ve stayed at a lot of AirBnBs over the years and what separated this one from all the others is the beauty of the place, the peaceful surroundings (super quiet) and the amenities were over the top! It was super cool getting to buy some local grass fed beef and using the grill right on the patio and the Dark skies were AMAZING! As a pro photographer I especially enjoyed shooting the Milky Way right from the back deck and seeing deer like clockwork every morning at breakfast around. 6:30am out the backyard valley….can’t say enough about the host and the place itself….WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!! 💯 %

This was a fantastic stay for a family of 6. Plenty of space and a lot of options to keep the kids busy. The arcade had something for everyone to enjoy. The house was very clean and had all the dishes we needed to accommodate our family meals. We’d definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb—the home and its amenities were great! Everything was clean, well maintained, and perfectly suited for our group. The living areas, comfy bedrooms, and a fully stocked kitchen made it feel like home, while the thoughtful touches—hot chocolate, local recommendations, and easy check‑in—added real value. Overall, a seamless and enjoyable experience—we’d highly recommend it!

One of my favorite Airbnb’s thus far! John said he’d give it 100 stars if possible. We’ll definitely be returning whether for the house or glamping. All the accommodations here are so well-decorated, stocked with items you need, and comfortable. Jacuzzi has adjustable jets and multi-color lights. We also bought succulents, veggie and fruit plants and flowers. The garden has tons of beautiful wild flowers. Also, a MUST for animal lovers! Chicken, goats, cat, dogs, and baby turkeys. Highland baby cow coming soon. And lots of birds tweeting.

The home felt cozy and comfortable from our initial steps inside. It was located in a quiet neighborhood with a supermarket, pharmacy and other amenities less than 5 minutes away. Our family enjoyed our stay very much.

Jeremy and I had great communication with the situation that I had going on. He went above and beyond. Developed a relationship that will lead to more stays and referrals to other people.

Swung in here for the night with my family on the way to Idaho. Great spot! Highly recommend.

We were looking for a quiet, peaceful getaway and this was perfect! The house is very clean with comfortable furniture. The pool is nice and private and we had a great time!

This is an excellent property close to Zion National Park. We would certainly stay here again.

We had an incredible stay in Ivins, Utah! The home was immaculate—brand new, beautifully furnished, and equipped with every amenity you could think of. The view overlooking the ancient lava field from Snow Canyon was absolutely stunning and added a unique touch to an already serene setting. The neighborhood was peaceful, welcoming, and clearly designed with relaxation in mind. The community pool and gym were great bonuses, and the adult-oriented environment made for a quiet and restful stay. The hosts were responsive, friendly, and made everything seamless from start to finish. Easy to access and perfectly located for outdoor activities. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and scenic getaway in Ivins!

We had a great stay at Barbara's house. Every possible amenity is available. The house is comfortable for all travelers regardless of age. A/C worked great. Enjoyed sitting at the picnic table during the evening. Barbara was a very good, proactive communicator. Gave us helpful hints on what to see and do while there. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

We were in Ivins for business and Jackie was great to work with. The home is located near the Tuacahn theater at the mouth of Snow Canyon and we were able to catch a play while we were there.

This is our second time back and it won’t be our last! Private lil pool weekend escape. Just what needed!

The house was exactly as pictured, clean, comfortable, and very inviting. It had everything I expected and felt like a home away from home. The space was well kept and clearly cared for, which made settling in super easy. Would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shelley's house in Moab. This house is stunning and the setting even more so. Even though you are in a residential neighborhood with homes right next to you, it feels very private and your views out the back are completely unobstructed, which is awesome. The living spaces and bedrooms are comfortable and modern. The decor is aesthetically pleasing and fits the vibes perfectly. The outdoor space is lovely and perfect to sit outside and soak up the scenery. You're about 15 minutes from Moab's town center and Arches is just a few minutes past that, which is very convenient. Shelley was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend staying here!

CheyAnne was an amazing host. The place was amazing and incredibly relaxing. Super refreshing trip that allowed us to feel private and comfortable.

Great staging location for Bryce and Zion. Grocery nearby and hot tub was welcomed after long days of hiking.

Erin was a great host! Unfortunately I had car issues and couldn’t check in. But she was gracious throughout the entire process!

So much good to say about this wonderful space! Tiffany's cabin was such a perfect stay for our 20th anniversary. It had some of the most thoughtful and cute decorating I have ever seen. I enjoyed reading the descriptions of where so many items were from. The cabin was very clean and welcoming and responsive host! The hot tub also was super clean and fun to use. Each morning we sat out and had breakfast on the back patio and listened to the stream. We also enjoyed watching the beautiful birds and some ducks even came to hang out on the lawn the last day with us - so sweet. And the bed and pillows were very comfortable!! I must admit I was worried because very hot weather was predicted but the home stayed delightfully cool with the ceiling fans and natural shading and breezes. Also, the kitchen is so well stocked - anything you need is there. Oh, a fun local restaurant is in walking distance (The Notch) and tons of hiking trails close. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Dry Valley Ranch was such a treat to stay for a couple of days. The off-grid house was tastefully appointed with comfort yet sustainability in mind. The furnishings were simply top of the line and shower/bath products were luxurious.   I usually travel with my knives, Boardsmith, cast iron pan, and espresso maker. But there was no need as the kitchen was equipped with everything I would have in my own house, not the typical Airbnb stuff.  And, of course, to say that everything was spotless is an understatement. As for the nature that surrounds the house—Photos and words just don't do the justice. DVR is set in one of the most peaceful, serene settings.  Morning and evening hikes up the hill with my pups were simply spectacular. I would be remiss if I did not mention the night sky.  We were lucky to arrive a day after the new moon with clear skies. Milky Way galaxy is easily visible with the naked eye and, oh, stars; thousands. Samantha Ann's DVR is truly a slice of heaven.
