Family-friendly vacation rentals in Utah

This home was perfect for our family of six. Beds were very comfortable with plenty of extra pillows, blankets, & towels, as well as beach towels for the hot tub. Kitchen was well stocked and convenient. Home was tastefully decorated and we felt right at home! We loved the living room areas and had a fire in the cozy fireplace twice. As we skied, the convenient location to resorts was great! Our host was an exceptional communicator, with any questions or comments we had answered promptly & brief instructions left in the house were helpful. Home was easy to access & had plenty of parking. We would definitely stay here again!

Anyone that lets you use a private hot tub for your entire stay gets a 5 star in my book! Lisa was great to work with & very accommodating. The house is in a gorgeous corner of Utah County & was well equipped. The only 2 quirks about this location (which weren’t deterrents for us but good to know) is that the thermostat for the basement location is actually controlled upstairs in the main home. Lisa is very willing to adjust as needed but it’s a slight inconvenience. Plus it doesn’t have any fans in the bathrooms. Other than that, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen & laundry were convenient, the entrance is private & separate, & the hot tub was awesome! Beyond that it has pretty much the most amazing views of the mountains right there! Thank you Lisa!

Fantastic place to stay in Moab for a small group of people, not directly in Maob town itself, but a short drive outside. Watch speed restrictions; cops are watching. Fully equipped kitchen, great living room to chill, comfy beds and plenty of bathrooms. Directly across the way there is a playground, tennis courts, and somewhere there is a pool - we were there in Dec. so didn't look up the pool. The master bathroom is a treat with plenty of space to spread out with an attached walk-in shower. The surrounding mountains are an absolute treat to see through the large windows in the morning sun. Hope to be back someday with the mountain bikes. Oh, last but not least, the grill is clean and useable, yay.

Convenient location just down the road from Moab. Perfect jumping off spot to explore the nearby parks. We had a very comfortable stay for our group of 5 adults.

The location of this house was perfect and suited our needs. It was centrally located for biking and hiking. Everything functioned , the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed our stay. And, we will stay here again.

Seriously such a fun place. I took my niece (9years old) and my two nephews (4 years old) and they had the best time. There is so much to do. The kids played for hours and there was zero screen time the whole weekend. The kids loved the cats and the sheep! Such a great getaway close to crystal hot springs.

Great spot. Super close to groceries, food, gas. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Easy to find.

This house was a perfect getaway. Super secluded area and the house felt super homey. Right down the road from Sand Hallow and Zion. Definitely going to look into staying here again in the future!

This was a spectacular stay. Nancy & Shelly’s rental is humble and comfortable. The photos don’t do it justice. It is bright and airy, comfortable and modern. Having a fenced backyard and washer and dryer were added advantages. I have been on the road with my two dogs for three months, and this was our favorite rental yet. We love Kanab and make an annual trip from New Hampshire. We hope to always stay here.

Bruce was very helpful and accommodating, always available to answer questions, and knows the area well and had great recommendations for us. The place was clean, quiet and cozy. The whole place was very well stocked and we loved having a washer and dryer. Beautiful back patio, too! We truly enjoyed our stay!

We had a super comfortable stay at Star’s place! Love that she’s thought of everything possible for her guests, even to blackout shades for the windows over the bed. You couldn’t ask for a better host or location.

Marlea's place has several accomodations. we chose the "Bat Cave", which is a easy private access basement. we were very happy to find a clean, well appointed apartment with a big convenient walk in closet. The location is a historic home in a historic neighborhood. There are several nice restaurants and cafe's in easy walking distance. We needed a pet friendly location and this definitely fit the bill.

Loved staying here over Christmas and New Years with a large group. This home especially stands out when it comes to sleeping well and the kitchen! Every bed was very comfortable with great sheets, plenty of pillows and lots of extra blankets. Plus, the kitchen was very well stocked which was a pleasant surprise. This was the perfect home base for almost two weeks while we explored Moab with our jeeps. 5 stars, would definitely recommend and will be back!

Chad’s place was great. We loved the space and the big bunk room. It fit our crew great. The pool was great too.

Beautiful home and well furnished kitchen. Loved the pool! Enough space for 7 adults to have separate & together time. I actually appreciated only one TV. As a mom creating together time with adukts kids, the games, pool, and larger dining table created an environment of play and togetherness. Being close to Zions, Quail and Sand Hollow Reservoir created plenty of activities and experiences. We enjoyed our stay.

Might be the best vacation rental we have stayed at. Had everything we needed including a nugget ice maker which we greatly appreciated. Pool was perfect and kids kept begging for us to stay longer. Easily accommodated our 14 guests with plenty of room to spare. Area was quiet and we enjoyed the nearby pickle ball courts and water features. Would definitely stay again. Joe responded quickly to any questions we had.

It was a fun and much needed family vacation. Chris's home was the perfect size for out family. And the location of the home was far enough away from of the craziness of St George. But close enough to go do all the fun activities we planned.

Great place! The best stocked kitchen in terms of appliances and cookware that I’ve seen in awhile. Also cleanup/checkout was actually awesome. Very minimal that we had to do, which is how it should be, rather than us cleaning the entire place.

Good location, couple minutes from downtown, comfortable and clean with nice outdoor space.

This was a perfect place for our group of 10. They exceeded our expectations. I would definitely use them again.
