Vacation rentals with a patio in Utah

The place was in a beautiful area at the bottom of the mountain with quick access to the highway. It was modern, clean, and comfortable. Every amenity is provided for (from ziplock bags to a washer/dryer); highly recommend.

Cozy. We really enjoyed our stay. It's super close to the Logan Temple and everything we needed.

Corinne was an amazing host with fast responses, with a very clean space and the views of the mountains even at night from the hot tub were so cool . Let’s save the best for last that theater room made the stay complete!!!!!

What can I not say about this place. First off, the location is amazing. Very peaceful area considering it being right off the highway! Gas station is across the street and there’s amazing breakfast spots less than a mile away. The house was amazing. Very clean, the central heat was amazing for the 30 degree Salt Lake Weather! I will absolutely stay here again. Thank you for making my home away from home, perfect!

My stay was great! Anthony was very quick to answer my questions that the location was perfect for my concert at the complex, it was nice to not have to walk very far or wait for a ride! It was very clean and in a great location to walk to local businesses!

Good spot, worked perfectly as a jumping-off point for us for some hiking trips. Thanks for a great stay!

Great stay! Wonderful apartment. Excellent amenities like hot tub was wonderful for after skiing. building had a coffee room and exercise room/gym. Secured underground parking for your car. Ashley was very responsive, understanding, and a lovely host. Grocery store, restaurants, and bars were nearby.

The place was very clean and cute. Kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans and utensils. Bathroom has lots of shampoo and conditioners etc. It is an apartment so you can hear neighbors in the building and there is a decent amount of street sounds, but that is to be expected for the type of space it is. Overall very satisfied and I would stay there again!

A terrific home for a multiple family stay. Upscale furnishings and the hot tub was a big hit. Just a few minutes off I15 so it’s close to everything. Only caveat is the neighborhood (and every other it seems) is mostly short term rentals, neighbors were loud late at night, but with a white noise app we made it work! Despite that would stay again.

Very beautiful spot! Close to Antelope Canyon and horseshoe bend. The house is clean and cozy with beautiful view of star nights. Recommend this place!

Pros: Quiet, hot tub was nice after hiking, size of unit, communication and directions. The kitchen had a ton of dishes and pots/pans so we'll equipped for those wanting to cook. Has toaster and coffee maker too which is nice. It is out of town so depending on the neighbors beside you it is pretty quiet and the view is nice. Cons: These are more for awareness than as a negative. Stairs are steep and don't have handrail so not overly negative just could be rough for smaller kids or those with mobility issues that may need a handrail due to how steep they are, shower had mold in corners but not a deal breaker to me, TV kept disconnecting from internet but if you unplug and plug back in it resets no problem.

Absolutely stunning location and amazing house. It was quiet, peaceful, safe, and extremely comfortable. I would stay there a month if I could. The location is ideally close to so many amazing hikes in the surrounding red rocks / mountains and beautiful scenic drives and overlooks. The fireplaces and fire pit, modern kitchen, and extremely comfortable beds were among the highlights for us. Thanks!

We have stayed at Kevin's place almost a handful of times. Kevin is very professional and friendly. I would stay here again. We all enjoy his farm house including the great grandson. The hot tub is a big hit. Thanks again Kevin for sharing your home with us.

Our stay was wonderful. Lisa was always very responsive when I had a question and super helpful, and very sweet. The house is very clean and perfect size for us. Some of our group didn’t make it but we still had a very nice time! Very cozy home!! And such a great host!!!

Great location and price! Brent’s place is really great! An extra nice touch is that it’s totally turn key meaning no trips to the store for things like dish soap, shampoo, cleaning items! Which made moving in late and skiing in the morning so easy!

Perfect place to stay for an athletic event!

We have a big family of 14 adults and Rachel’s place was perfect for us! The location was nice because it was close to so many places but was tucked away just enough to offer some peace when we needed it. The home was spacious and clean and we didn’t feel like we were in top of each other. We had all the amenities we wanted. We would definitely return here to enjoy it again!

5 STARS! We loved our stay here. It was very clean and felt like a home away from home. We loved having a kitchen to prepare a few home cooked meals, as well as the grill outside. It is also so nice to have a washer and dryer available during a soccer tournament weekend to do some laundry. The pool area has two pools, one was heated very nicely for February and the hot tubs were nice. We had two cars and the garage was clean and fit both of them (full size sedans). The beds were comfortable. We would love to stay again next time we're in the area.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was clean and kitchen was stocked with the basics. Also, it was so quiet and peaceful but I think there may have been 1 other person in the complex. Thank you for a nice stay.

We always love staying in this area and our kids love the pool. And I even used the gym this time around. I was super pleased with how well the location warmed up or cooled down according to our needs. Check in was a breeze and I felt like check out was super minimal of what they requested of us. We even had a small change with our schedule and they were super flexible and accommodating!! I also loved how good the shower water pressure was and loved the towels they supplied and the bed was very comfortable ( according to my watch I got the best deep sleep I had in months 🤣) I also was over the moon with how comfortable our pillow options were!!! 10/10!
