We rented this cabin for Spring Break 2025, and it absolutely exceeded our expectations. The location is ideal, perfectly situated between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. After a busy day of exploring, it was such a relief to return to the serene cabin in the mountains and unwind. The cabin itself is fantastic—offering spaciousness, stunning views, and the tranquility we all needed to disconnect and recharge. Sabrina was an excellent host, always communicative and attentive (though thankfully everything was perfect, so we didn’t need to reach out). My 4-year-old keeps saying he wants to live there even after our trip has ended! We highly recommend this place and are already planning our return for next year.

We had a great stay at Barry & Sherry’s place! It was one of the only places I found that would let my 2 dogs stay without any extra rules. I will add that there is a dog that runs free across the road. I’m assuming to keep the wildlife away, which I am fine with just caught us off guard walking our dogs our first night there. Location wise its perfect! It was easy to get in and out to Asheville, and about an hour-ish to the waterfalls. I would recommend staying here especially if you have dogs.

we had a wonderful stay… it was very quiet yet close to all the activities down town. The house was perfect for our family. We enjoyed being able to grill outside and get some time in the hot tub. I would most definitely stay here again.

Loved staying at this charming little apartment overlooking Lake Chatuge. Michael is a friendly and gracious host! He has stocked everything you can imagine to make your stay comfortable and convenient. We went to celebrate our anniversary and love to fish. although it rained, we did manage to get some time in and catch a few! Would love to come back when it's warmer and take advantage of the kayaks! Thank you, Michael!

Great place to stay! Everything felt new and squeaky clean. The beds were really comfy and the little coffee corner was a cute extra. We stayed for a sports tournament nearby which was super convenient, but it was also easy to get to downtown Gatlinburg and everywhere else. Definitely recommend staying here.

The view is amazing! Plenty of room and loved that it was pet friendly. The area is challenging for walking them but that is typical for the mountains. Nice small fenced area, just know there is a large groundhog (not aggressive) who lives under the porch so keep an eye out for him if your pet likes to chase them! Plenty of kitchen supplies. Nice large master suite!

This weekend getaway with my family at "the view" was one of my favorite weekends ever. It was in a great location a beautiful cabin, with one of the best views you could imagine. This will be a forever memory, and can't wait for an opportunity to be back. 5 star experience for sure.

Rented the cottage for my wedding weekend and we absolutely loved the space! It was even cuter than the photos, and we all just loved our time there, especially the screened in porch. I was so grateful to have a quiet place where we could bring our dogs, and there was a dog park very close by they could run in. Rhonda was very kind and communicative, and if I'm ever in the area I would love to stay again.

Driving up the road to the place was a little different especially at night. But we did get used to it. The nest was beautifully appointed with great decorations that made you feel like you were in a cabin. The place was outstanding, one of the better hosts that I’ve ever had interaction with. A few things that I would add to the property but all in all everything that you really need. The Wi-Fi was a little spotty as I was trying to do some work. Great location in Maggie Valley so close to so many things. If you definitely want to be up in the mountains with outstanding views, this is the place for you. The newly added outdoor fireplace was great to have.

Although the weather didn't quite cooperate for us, it didn't diminish our stay one bit. We absolutely enjoyed ourselves from the time we got to the cabin until the time we left. We had a great stay! The house was easy to find, very clean, had a beautiful view of the mountains, and within minutes of everything we wanted to do. Doing our stay we shopped in downtown Hendsersonville, did a hike, visited a vineyard (Point Lookout - ask for Mimi), listened to some homegrown live bluegrass /gospel music (Feed and Seed, Friday nights only), watched the Kentucky Derby at a local bar (Auction House), and grilled steaks on the front porch. Thank you Ken & Kim for hosting a much needed getaway.

Absolutely beautiful home! I loved doing my morning yoga in the sunroom with the perfect view of the mountains. My husband and I spent a lot of time outside on the patio and nearby hiking trail, then relaxed on the couch to watch the sunset. Thank you for beautiful, peaceful getaway!
