My family and myself enjoyed our stay, the home was very wheelchair accessible which was our number 1 must have. The home is beautiful and spacious, very clean. The locals are friendly but closer to the pier there’s definitely some homeless people although we felt safe the entire time since there’s a police station right under the pier. Definitely exactly as pictured, walking the Strand was our favorite activity during the morning, noon and night. The fire pit upfront was nice for us to make s’mores, the grill outback we used and got the job done but seems like it can use some maintenance since the beach elements seem to be making it fall apart. We did have one small pet with us, which we were aware of the beach rules regarding dogs before hand. There’s still plenty of dogs around just be aware that dogs are not allowed on the sand or the boardwalk. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent this location again.

This was a quiet and convenient spot to stay in/near Encinitas. Walkable to beaches and lots of good restaurants, and pleasantly quiet. The back yard is full of Jasmine blooming right now and it was magical to come back to that smell!

5-star Airbnb and host, parking/entry was simple and easy, Renee is 100% responsive, and it’s clear this host cares that you have a great stay. The place is as described, very clean, fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds with THE SOFTEST SHEETS/PILLOWCASES EVER, and nice extra touches. Bright and light, quiet at night, 1.5 bathrooms, and close to beach and coastal towns.

Bonnie and Ken were super accommodating. We needed to work out some details for the check in due to my flight and there were no issues. Bonnie and Ken were so kind. The place was beautiful and had all the accommodations needed for my 5 day stay. Would highly recommend.

Our third extended stay with Gloria and Mari. Great hosts and excellent location - less than two blocks from the beach and easy walk to the Village. Lovely area, friendly folks with lots of fun shops, restaurants, or just walking on the beach. Apartment was great for the two of us, everything you need, clean and comfy. New improvements made during the last three years are nice and off-street parking is a bonus. Our winter home for sure!

We loved this place. Justin was very responsive and the place was furnished with new furnishings. It is just steps to the beach which is amazing and plenty of restaurants and 7-11 nearby. You’re close to the 5 freeway to get to Legoland and the 78 to get to the mall. It is also a 50 minute walk to the pier. Our dog also met a lot of other furry friends during our walks on this trip too which was an added bonus.

Simply superb! A clean, beautiful, and warm space. The bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated each of us having a separate fluffy blanket. The Internet was stable and fast. Everything was spotlessly clean. The flower superblooms can be seen 1 hour 15 min to the north (Diamond Valley Lake) or 1 hour 15 min to the south (Anza Borrego State Park -- check the state park website for superbloom locations). While we were driving out from here in the morning, we saw a California condor flying close to the road. These are rare, critically endangered birds and we were very lucky to have spotted one. Tarja was also great with communications.

We loved Cristi's place!! Quiet, comfortable, and clean. We wish we could've stayed another day! :) Highly recommend!

Todd is a class act host and the grounds feel like paradise. Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful retreat with gorgeous panoramic views, hot tub, 5 star service, and a state of the art fully-equipped kitchen. Todd gave me a tour of the entire 5 acre property and all its gorgeous gardens and views. Looking forward to staying again!

I absolutely loved staying here! This place is truly special in every way with plenty of space. My only criticism has to do with the comfort of the mattresses- easy fix though, I’d recommend gettting top quality matresses soon. Thank you for a great vacay:))

The home was extremely clean and welcoming. We enjoyed having coffee on the back patio in the morning and wine at the fire table out front during the evening. Beautifully set on a hill with panoramic views and surrounded by lovely plants. Quiet and peaceful all day and evening. Thank you for the fresh eggs and wonderful stay!

High quality amenities and great space. In order to get into the parking garage, you need a small remote that is in the condo. The listing mentions this but keep in mind that you will need to find street parking first so you can enter the condo to grab the key before settling into the garage. Overall, really nice place with beautiful surroundings.

Our stay at this beautiful oceanfront Airbnb was truly magical! Waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunset each evening was an unforgettable experience. The place was spotless, cozy, and filled with charm—exactly what we were hoping for. David was a wonderful host—kind, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Just a small heads-up: if you’re driving a larger truck like a Dodge Ram, the garage height might be a bit snug, so street parking is a better option. But honestly, that was such a tiny thing compared to how amazing everything else was. I would absolutely come back and highly recommend this peaceful, romantic escape by the sea. This unit was excellent. Steps to the beach literally. It’s an efficiency so obviously it’s not a huge place. Perfect for a couple. It was very clean upon our arrival and was exactly what we wanted which was to be right on the beach. The host reached out before check in with clear instructions and was very responsive to texts. If you’re looking to be right on the beach, and within walking distance of numerous restaurants and shops this place can’t be beat. I would definitely stay here again.

Just the perfect spot for our trip!! We truly enjoyed our stay, everything was beautiful and people were so so nice!! We really enjoyed the hottub and the pool, it wasn’t busy at all. The location was perfect for us considering we didn’t have a car so we walked everywhere. So close to the beach and to the harbour. We would definitely go back in a heartbeat!!

Great place for our family of five. Plenty of beach toys to bring to beach. Plenty of towels. The king bed in the master bedroom was SO comfortable! We were able to cook dinner with everything in the kitchen easy peasy. The boardwalk was not loud at all per the previous complaints but we went during Christmas and new years. Very peaceful! Loved it!
