Tara's bungalow was very nice. It was very clean and modern while being cozy. Very nice amenities and a block from the beach! We could walk easily into Carlsbad Village for dining and shopping and the beach was about a 3 minute walk. Thank you for a restful and quiet stay! We loved it!

The beach bungalow was as described. The location was ideal, just two blocks from the beach. The hot tub was a standout feature for our visit. It was clean and we had no issues with temperature. The home is a bit no-frills but that was as expected, still a great value. Host was responsive and shoutout to Pete, manager, who was kind and helpful throughout. Our family would stay again. P.S. the train did not really bother our family, some who are light sleepers, during the stay. It will not wake you up in the middle of the night.

We loved Nicole’s place. Great layout, well stocked kitchen, very comfortable bed. Shower was really nice with lots of hot water. Coffee shop next door was a little loud on the weekend, but quiet by 5:00 pm. Nice coffee shop, too. Really friendly. Just a block from the ocean. Highly recommend.

Great location close to the water and walking distance to restaurants and lots to do. The parking was very convenient which I appreciated. The furniture was comfortable and the linens were clean. Lots of chairs and beach toys available for use as well. The hosts were friendly and quick to respond when I had a question. I had a great stay and would definitely stay again.

Lisa’s home is a gem. The place is clean, modern, cozy and comfortable. We had everything we needed for a long weekend. Great location, the beach is right across the street and a walkable distance to Carslbad Village. We enjoyed our stay and will be back again. Lisa was also a pleasure to deal with, responsive, helpful and friendly. Highly recommend Lisa’s home. Thank you for a great stay.

Very clean and walking distance to the heart of Oceanside. Cool little outside area to chill in the sun and we had all the doors open to e joy the weather. 100% would recommend.

Dan's place is perfect. We spent several days there and found it to be one of the best Airbnb places we have ever stayed at. Only 1 block from beach access, you can also walk to downtown and "the Strand" which is about 1 mile, but an easy and pretty walk. Parking was plentiful by the unit. It was quiet and had a wonderful outdoor area with a great gas grill and fire pit. Plus a nice artificial turf area that made it so easy to have our miniature dachshund with us. Thanks for a terrific 5 days.

Michelle was super helpful before and during my stay. The place was exactly as she described it. The pool was a great way to end the day. I would definitely stay here again.

This spot was right next door to the wedding venue I was visiting and so the convenience was what originally drew me to it. But the property itself is so lovely and the surrounding farms are beautiful too! Minimal contact with host, which is what I prefer. She included everything I needed in the check-in instructions so I felt perfect capable of assisting myself with whatever I needed. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful vacation to Oceanside to meet our new granddaughter. It was great to stay in this house and share meals with my family. Mary has equipped the house with all of the kitchen essentials, as well as basic cooking needs such as sugar, olive oil, etc. She even gave us apples and a bottle of California wine upon our arrival! There's a delightful back patio with wind chimes and hummingbirds overlooking a park. i really felt at home in Casa del Colibri. I would love to stay there again on our next trip west!

The Taniths place was perfect for our needs as we were visiting family in the same neighborhood of De Luz. A 20-minute drive in either direction and we were in downtown Temecula or Murrietta. The place is bigger and nicer than the pictures, and it felt very private and quiet. No cell service, which is common in that area, but decent WiFi. Janine and Brad were wonderful hosts, answering questions and providing us with fresh eggs, avocados, and citrus from their property. They also had snacks in the cupboard which was a hit with the grandchildren.

We stayed in a one-bedroom place on the next block a few years ago and was delighted to find a two bedroom. Our main goal was to have a place where my dog and I could sit out in the yard and read and relax all day. The furniture in the front area is very comfy and I think few of us took an afternoon nap out there. Not only did it have a cozy front yard, but a quiet and shady back yard too. My sister and mom flew out from Illinois and it was a great place for the 4 of us. We had a great kitchen to cook in and made some s'mores on the firepit in the evening. When it is quiet, you can hear the waves crashing against the rocks by the water. Living room is comfortable and great tv selection. Bedrooms are cozy and each have access to the backyard. Loved having the washer and dryer in the garage. Even though it is not walkable, the downtown area in Carlsbad is a must visit with cute shops and great restaurants. My dog had the most fun from running in the yard to daily naps in the sun.
