Vacation rentals with a pool in Stanislaus River

The home was beautiful and fully stocked with everything you would need. We honestly felt like we lived there. All of the amenities were plentiful. We did not want for anything while we were there.

Would not hesitate to book it again. Everything in the description and photos matched up. The home was very spacious, clean, and located in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The home is half a mile away from a small mall called the Promenade and it has several restaurants and stores. We recommend trying Turmeric Indian Cuisine, Teriyaki Don, and Frozen World for refreshing dessert. Our host Sara was great and made us feel right at home.

We were blown away from the minute we arrived a this Airbnb is perfect for a couple or a large group of 10+. It was incredible for me, my girlfriend, and our friends. The property felt like a magical 1800s Gold Rush estate, with ponds, gardens, and larges trees and open space. The main house was spacious and cozy, with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a huge living room, and a fully stocked kitchen—we cooked often on the propane bbq and dined outside. The separate guest cottage was perfect for a couple. The hot tub under the stars was dreamy, and the game barn (ping pong, foosball, cornhole, etc.) made it feel like a private retreat. Thoughtful touches were everywhere, from extra towels outdoor towel rack. After our friends left, our last night as a couple was romantic and peaceful. Nearby caves, hikes, and a charming town added even more to love. One of the best getaways we’ve had—we’re already planning to return with more friends. Super underrated town and Airbnb! Huge thanks to the hosts!

This was a wonderful home to stay in if you’re in the area. The house was spacious for a group of 7 and there was plenty of markets close by to get any necessities. I am hoping to come back to the area soon & stay again.

Lorena’s place was an amazing stay. My family and I rented it out for my sisters graduation from UCMerced. We loved the outside space and the pool. The inside was beautifully decorated and we felt right at home. The kitchen was well equipped and I enjoyed making my morning coffee w/ the selections :). Lorena was very responsive. We are happy we picked her place for our family milestone!

Michelle’s place is an absolute find. We were in town for a tournament, and it is so close to Stanislaus State. The house has everything you need: a fully equipped kitchen, clean bedrooms and bathrooms, spacious layout, and a plethora of games for the family. The beautiful pool was just an added bonus. Michelle was also so accommodating and kind and agreed to late check out when our schedule changed. We will be back!

We had an awesome time staying at Jennifer and Rod’s place! It was such a nice change of pace from the city - peaceful, spacious, and super relaxing. The kids loved the pool and hot tub, and we all had fun with the air hockey and pool table (my son crushed me at pool, but I’ll call it a learning experience!). We also took a few short drives to nearby towns, which were fun to explore and not far at all. The house had everything we needed, and Jennifer and Rod were great hosts super easy to communicate with. Would definitely come back!

Me and my friends had a great experience staying here, it was so easy to check in and get situated. The suite was so spacious and had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. The hosts were very responsive, and made this weekend getaway so pleasant.

We had a great time in all the pools!

This is a wonderful spot. Top floor end unit with really lovely views(might be the best there) and very quiet. There were deer outside, hummingbirds, dragonflies and lots of sweet birds. Pool and games are close. And the people that work there were helpful and kind. There are a few spices in the cabinet but anything else you need to cook with you'd have to get at the grocery store or bring with you. Definitely equipped with all of the necessary utensils and linens. Having a grill was really nice. We would definitely stay again if we go back. Made for a fun and comfortable first night in Cali. I'm a traveler in the medical field and stay at a lot of Airbnbs. Stephen's condo was wonderful! Close to several grocery stores and restaurants and the neighborhood is very safe. Lots of space, great kitchen, and a super comfy bed. Definitely would stay here again.

We love staying at Worldmark. It’s a great central location. The units are always clean and comfortable. We used the fireplace to get cozy after the hot tub. We will definitely come back again.

It was such an amazing stay I felt like I was at home in the suburbs with the ducks an lakes and waterfalls literally it was clean and peaceful he was very understanding and always communicated quickly and helpful for other things as well the best stay this far I've ever been to I definitely will be rebooking and referring him thank you with all my heart for an amazing stay
