Loved the location. I wanted somewhere to unwind and this was it!!! So quiet and peaceful. I could smell the pine trees. Saw some deer, a squirrel and some wild turkeys. Very convenient to downtown Sonora, Twain Harte and Jamestown. I may try to be back during the winter to see all the snow. Lots of room in the house. There were just two of us but it can acommodate a group.

We had a great and relaxing time at Blue Oak Ranch. The place was spacious for our group of 6 and had lot of beautiful areas to hang out.

My second stay here and it does not disappoint. This place is quiet and secluded but near anything you might want to jaunt to in either Lodi or Stockton. My trip was for relaxation, sleep, and just personal downtime. There is some freeway noise, but only if you are outside. Inside, quiet as a mouse. On this trip, the lights in the kitchen were out. Gary was prompt to respond, came to fix them (a darn breaker flipped) which took no time at all, and was extremely aware and respectful of me in the space. Top notch service, in deed. I camped in front of the fireplace my entire stay. I picked up groceries from Raleys in Stockton, and was able to cook all my meals and dined with the very pretty stoneware that nicely matches the cottage vibe. I did not go outside much as this was a peace-and-quiet kind of trip, but the yards (front and back) are quite inviting. Even a stroll in the vineyard is nice. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay. It's nice, clean and comfortable. Especially the King master bed. Adrielle was responsive and communicated well. It's also only 3 blocks from the main strip in downtown. No surprises or misunderstood expectations here, this charming home presented just as it did in the pictures. Would surely recommend Adrielle and this home.

This is a whole cottage-house on its own lot, not a unit behind or attached to another building. Immaculately clean, plenty of space with two large bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, Jack-and-Jill bathroom, all the amenities as described, short walk to downtown Lodi, easy parking in front or driveway. Lots of windows and light. Backyard area as well, although we didn't have a chance to use it. Host was very communicative, although we never actually met her.

Amazing stay at this adorable cabin! Check-in was easy, I appreciated the keypad lock for easy entry on arrival. We brought our little dogs and they loved running around the fully fenced yard. The house was warm and rooms were comfortable. Rob was responsive and helpful. Nice location with trees all around but plenty of neighbors so you don't feel isolated. Nickel slot machine and pool table were so fun! The bathrooms are very nice. The only small issue we encountered, was that we got a little lost arriving to the house on the first night, due to our late arrival and it being dark so we couldn't see street signs/ markers clearly. I recommend using Google Maps to arrive, Apple Maps took us to the wrong location. Looking back I could see that Rob's directions were very accurate, I just misread them. The house is right in the area where Kewin Mill Rd. and W. Brookside Drive connect, right near Estralita Dr. if that's helpful to anyone. Thanks for everything and for the lovely stay Rob!

A great location for exploring the gold rush area, Highways 49, 108 and 4. Easy access, great for our dog, and a cozy place to spend the night

This place is an oasis overlooking the lake!! Not only is the house super adorable but the deck a view is a that allows to appreciate nature!! The place itself was incredibly memorable, a true gem that etched itself into our minds long after we left. But what truly elevated our experience was Janet and her team. They didn't just host us; they took hospitality to a whole new level, consistently going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care were exceptional, making us feel like valued guests and friends. It's this combination of a stunning location and unparalleled service that has sealed the deal – we will definitely be back to stay again!

The room and amenities are exactly as described. Bathroom is tiny, shower is guaranteed to be the smallest you've ever experienced. If you have had a smaller shower, you were under 5 years old. The room is kind of a long studio, with no real doors separating the bedroom from dining/kitchen/living room. Bed is comfortable, storage is adequate. The room is walking distance to everything Murphys has to offer, but note that Murphys pretty much shuts down monday and tuesday, so plan accordingly. Provided information is thorough, and the deck is a great place to hang out and enjoy the view. There is a manhole cover that every. single. car. has to run over, and it makes noise. Minor complaint. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommend Anna's room to anyone looking for a private stay in Murphy's! Ean

Our stay was amazing! There were seven of us, plenty of room for everyone. The outdoor spaces are incredible. We ate dinner around the pool our first night with the sound of the Calaveras River rushing in the background. The gas grill was perfect for cooking steaks. Mornings were spent drinking coffee on the kitchen deck watching the deer and fox that passed through. The bed were comfy, plenty of towel were provided as well as pool towels. Soap and shampoo provided as well! The only drawback was that we were there for only two nights. Jp and Maria were very responsive to the few question I had. We would most definitely recommend a stay there!

This is a wonderful spot. Top floor end unit with really lovely views(might be the best there) and very quiet. There were deer outside, hummingbirds, dragonflies and lots of sweet birds. Pool and games are close. And the people that work there were helpful and kind. There are a few spices in the cabinet but anything else you need to cook with you'd have to get at the grocery store or bring with you. Definitely equipped with all of the necessary utensils and linens. Having a grill was really nice. We would definitely stay again if we go back. Made for a fun and comfortable first night in Cali. Great property, beautiful views, loved that each room had its own bathroom, spacious lounge and kitchen. We ate a meal at the golf course restaurant which was good. Also visited Murphy’s, Angels Camp, the Calaveras State Forest and the New Melonies Marina…. Lots to see and do. Would happily recommend this property.
