The 253 sq ft guest house has a desk/chair, TV, queen sofa bed w/ 2 ottomans, twin bed, bathroom, kitchenette & closet. At the end of the driveway, parking is directly outside the door of The Marion - to the right side of the red bud tree. The Marion will be directly to your left. Our farm house is located on the beautiful Mckenzie River. This quaint cottage is filled with vintage furniture and memorabilia which add to its warmth and charm. The farm house has been updated and is cozy, comfortable and ready for your visit. It is just a short walk to the river bank where chairs are available for relaxing and enjoying the water and wildlife which surround you. We are located in the country, but are just a short 10 minute drive from downtown Eugene and U of O campus.

There's a Kureg coffee machine, MINIMAL kitchenette equipped with dishes, sink, microwave and small fridge (NO cooktop or stove), LARGE KING BED with individual cotton duvet covers lofted over a cool, memory foam mattress. Bright, elegant, spacious (550 sq ft) apt. with private ground floor entrance. Queen size temperpedic mattress. Kitchenette. Sauna. Shower. Beautifully decorated, fully equipped. Quiet Friendly neighborhood - 1 block off bus line, 10 minutes to U of O, 2 mi. to downtown and 1 mi. to bike on country roads. Health food cafe/store-2 blocks. For those with allergies, we have a large air purifier and A/C in this unit that keeps air fresh and helps those with pollen issues.

Emerald City Bungalow, Studio 2 Blocks to U of O

The Emerald City Bungalow is only 2 blocks from campus, but you'll find plenty of relaxation in the light filled studio & on the peaceful garden patio in the fully fenced backyard. Comfy queen sized bed, kitchenette for cooking meals or just making coffee (provided!), Wi-Fi, TV, AC & a covered bike rack in fenced backyard make this place a great find. Lake Dr. Cottage with Lovely Garden and Parking

Our cottage was remodeled in 2016 and has beautiful views of the garden and sometimes you can see our tortoise grazing around. It is a short drive to restaurants and dining, public transport, family-friendly activities and nightlife. You’ll love our place because of the coziness and the views of the garden. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers (we are 10 mins away from the airport!)
