Country cozy cottage with private outside area

You will love our art studio, it's a little off the beaten path but super quite, safe and you can see deer grazing in the pasture. The studio offers self check-in/out has it's own little yard. The studio is great for short or longterm stays, business travelers, families, and furry friends (dogs). 1000 sq. feet with natural light and high ceilings with two private rooms. Master bed has Bamboo sheets from Cozy Earth. We live in the house and are generally available to help with anything.

Our house is located within walking distance to the U of O, Hayward Field and Matthew Knight Arena and minutes from either downtown Eugene or Springfield. We are also located close to Hendricks Park, a beautiful rhododendron and native plant garden. There´s a supermarket close by, restaurants, and easy access to I-5. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located space. Easy walking access to downtown Springfield eateries, stores & the Willamette River trail. Less than 3 miles from UO, 1 to Riverbend Hospital. Direct bus lines close by. Our newly finished guest space sits cozy within our .3 acre garden yard. We’ve aimed to make it self sufficient (with fridge, hot plate, microwave with pizza oven, coffee making options, etc) but if you need anything we’re happy to help!

We live on 10 acres that is 10 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from the U of O campus, 45 minutes from OSU and just 800m from the Willamette River. Hazelnuts are the crop of choice as you will notice while driving down Lone Pine Dr.. You will wake up to the sound of birds singing as well as the views of the orchards out the cottage windows.
