It's a quick walk to the U of O campus, sports arenas and Hayward Field; nestled in a quiet neighborhood in the hills east of campus, with the Hendricks Park rhododendron garden and hiking trails just up the street. Located one mile from downtown Eugene - a quick and beautiful walk through campus. Walking distance to cafes, pubs, groceries and running trails.

The apartment, the house and their gardens are charming. The neighborhood is inviting, it is a park in and of itself with formal parks, running trails, a riverwalk, bike trails and the expansive offerings of the University and a vibrant community beyond. The Garden Apartment place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and some families (two large rooms, one with a double bed and one with a twin bed). A couple blocks from Hayward field and University campus in the Historical district of Eugene. This is an entire place with full bathroom and separate entrance. It adjoins our other Airbnb. Newly restored beautiful two-story 1925 cottage three blocks from the UO campus, Hayward Field and Matthew Knight Arena. Hike or bike to nearby Willamette River trails. Flyfish or raft the famous McKenzie River. Day trip 90 minutes to the Oregon coast, two hours to the Cascades or Portland, 60 minutes to Salem, 45 minutes to Corvallis. Free off-street parking.

The Cozy Cottage (three blocks from UO)

This is a small, clean, pretty and private space. It has one new and very comfortable full sized bed and a twin sized Murphy bed.. It has a bathroom and kitchen. The cottage is three blocks from the U of O. Come for games, lectures or music. No need to have a car. Everything is walkable, bike-able with nearby rentals and good public transportation.
