Welcome to the Piccolo Cottage. Nicely remodeled 1 bedroom, 1 bath cottage close to the bike path, The Whit and 5th Street Public Market . This 550 sqft. home is located on a quiet residential street. Driveway has room for 2 cars, plenty of street parking. Can accommodate up to 4 people, couch can make out into a bed. 15 min from the Eugene Airport. Great place to have a good night sleep before leaving on your flight. Pet Friendly! Country cozy cottage with private outside area

You will love our art studio, it's a little off the beaten path but super quite, safe and you can see deer grazing in the pasture. The studio offers self check-in/out has it's own little yard. The studio is great for short or longterm stays, business travelers, families, and furry friends (dogs). 1000 sq. feet with natural light and high ceilings with two private rooms. Master bed has Bamboo sheets from Cozy Earth. We live in the house and are generally available to help with anything.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, we call it the Tea House. It’s a beautifully simple, cozy, and rustic detached studio apartment, with fast wifi, just 9 blocks from UO. Along with it’s own off-street parking space and a fenced yard, it’s furnished with a queen bed, a closet, a desk, rain shower head, and a kitchenette (with a full-size refrigerator, a dishwasher, sink, microwave, and two-top electric hot plate). There’s also two wall heaters to keep the place warm.

The Boardwalk is Modern Luxury in an older home built in 1948. Private gated entrance along a short boardwalk off covered carport parking. Located in quiet West Eugene neighborhood close to everything. The Food Pantry/Kitchenette with Keurig coffee maker (coffee provided in compostable K-cups), electric kettle (teas provided), paper cups, plates & bowls, and paper towels. Lots of light, nice & clean, pet friendly. And no cleaning or chores required of guests, just your pleasant stay!
