Basic 1 bedroom apartment. On alley (It is so noisy at night , please beware= dogs bark and whine, illegal fireworks sometimes, it's by two fire stations, buses & cars w/loud mufflers/bustle of city type living). Street parking at night you might have to park around the corner or down the block. No AC but we have fans. Great place to stay the night while touring SD ! We are 13 blocks from Petco Park, home of the SD Padres. Best for someone sightseeing, not resort style place to lounge:)

This was such a cute little house in a great location. There are restaurants, bars, shops, and the best part is the beach that are all a very easy, short walk away. Can’t beat this location! And they have tons of recommendations for places close by. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Absolutely loved stay at Joshua’s bungalow! It is cute & beautiful, clean, perfect location, patios are lush. It was great for our group! Notes- know youre in the war zone, it’s not that bad to us, and worth it, quiets down at like 10. Know this is a jack & jill arrangement with pocket doors- be sure youre close with your bunk mates, if you know what im saying! Also note youre in San Diego beachside- it can be rainy/misty in the mornings- the patio furniture can get wet- dont forget to wipe down! Plenty of towels. The beach is a block or so, the main drag is also a block or so- all the restaurants and shopping you can imagine! So nice to be right in the middle of it all. We had an absolute blast! Definitely will be returning soon (:

We had an absolutely perfect stay! The home was cozy, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully stocked—perfect for our little family getaway. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet and lovely, and everything about the space made us feel right at home. There were even board games for our entire family to enjoy! Meghan was a truly amazing host! She was so warm, welcoming, and responsive. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Our kids had the best time and have been asking when we can go back already! We’re so grateful for the memories made here and would return in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommend!

We had such a great time at this beach rental in Mission Bay! Mark was an incredibly kind and accommodating host—quick to respond whenever we needed anything. The space was clean, well-stocked, and perfect for families. Our three-year-old was in heaven with all the toys and beach gear available—it made our stay so much more relaxing. The location couldn’t have been better—just a few steps from Mission Bay, which made entertaining the kids super easy. We spent our days going back and forth from the sand to the rental with zero hassle. Another big plus was the checkout process. Unlike other Airbnbs with long, detailed lists of things to do, Mark’s checkout instructions were short, simple, and easy to follow. All in all, it was a fantastic stay. We’re already hoping to come back next year!

My husband and I had a great stay! It’s steps from the beach and super walkable. Cute & clean place. Pay attention to the host’s parking instructions! Parking in mission beach is tricky, but they do their best to accommodate their guests.

Perfect little hidden gem. Easy one block walk to the beach. Not far from downtown OB and all the restaurants. Rental unit was amazing and included a garage. Unit had every amenity needed. I was very happy with my stay and would definitely rent again.
