Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Santa Monica

I really enjoyed my stay, almost felt like my actual home. Monet was an awesome host! she was very communicative and responded to all of my questions quickly. the place overall was nice, clean & cozy. think my only complaint was that she said smoking was allowed on the balcony, even had an astray out there for convenience however, there was a neighbor above who does not like smoke and yells to stop smoking. So just be prepared to deal with that or do the long walk outside each time you want a cigarette. other than that, awesome spot, convenient location, great experience would book again!

Sherman’s place was fantastic! The house is clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Sherman was a great host — friendly, responsive, and made us feel very welcome. The neighborhood is also a big plus. There are plenty of great restaurants, cafes, and interesting places to explore just a short walk or drive from the house. It’s a perfect location if you want to experience the local vibe and have everything close by. Highly recommend staying here!

I had a great stay at Nils’ place in Downtown LA! The location was perfect—right in the heart of the city with easy access to restaurants, shops, and public transportation. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a smooth stay. Nils was a responsive and accommodating host, which made the whole experience even better. I’d definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area and would stay here again on my next trip to LA.

I absolutely loved my stay at this Airbnb! The large space was perfect for our group, providing plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time together. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, ensuring we all had a great night's sleep. Parking was a breeze, with enough space for two cars without any extra fees, which was a huge plus. One of the standout features for us was that they allowed my small Pomeranian to stay without any additional charge. It made our trip much more enjoyable to have our furry friend with us. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful, making it a perfect retreat. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a spacious and pet-friendly accommodation!

Raheem’s place is easily connected with groceries, food and the freeways to get around. Good spacious place with everything you need. Quiet building without much noise around.

Dan’s place is perfectly located in the heart of the city. I didn’t feel like a tourist in a hotel I felt like a resident in an apartment. It was very clean and also had a great view. Dan was very responsive and gave us suggestions on where to park. I would recommend this stay to anyone.

As a solo female traveler felt very safe at Tyler's place. Great communication, location and amenities. I didn't have a car and getting around was easy and walkable or, catching the bus right in front to and from the airport or anywhere was easy. Wished I could of stayed longer.

We spent a week at this house. It was the perfect resting place after moving out of our home while in transition to our new house.The house is tucked into a peaceful cul de sac, it was very quiet during our stay. The house is clean and cozy.We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and entertaining guests with a wide arrange of games on the patio. The location is close to the freeways so its easy to get to all our destinations. I definitely would recommend this listing and visit again.

We loved Danny’s place, very bright , safe and convenient (7-8mins drive to Disney). I really loved the independent entrance. Danny gave very clear instructions to check-in. She’s friendly and proactively communicated before we arrived. The space was exactly as shown in the photos, very spacious, with comfortable beds and all daily necessities provided. We spent two pleasant night there. Thank you Danny!

5 ⭐️ all all round , I love the living room and the pool table by the kitchen, my favorite spot was the patio it looks better and bigger in person. So peaceful 🫡

I really enjoyed staying here. It was my first time in California and I felt the location was ideal for restaurants, beaching, and most importantly- relaxing. Condo was beautiful, clean, and worth every penny. Jay communicated clear instructions of how to get into the condo. It felt safer with there being a gate and security. We really loved being able to take our pets and the condos having places to take them out was super convenient. The condo amenities were such a plus. Overall, I recommend staying here and enjoyed our time tremendously.

Kelly's home is perfect for us and our dog. So grateful for this. Space is the basics - beds, tvs, linens, and homes two adults comfortably as well as room on the couch and small children bunk beds; Cupboards are full, laundry room ready for use, bathroom small but clean and well supplied with toiletries; towels in abundance. Just outstanding. And Kelly was always prompt in her responses to us and so generous with her supplies in bathroom area and kitchen as well as with technology. We have stayed several times and will definitely visit again as family members live in Santa Monica area. Grateful, appreciative and thanks to Kelly

Great host quiet location and a comfortable stay highly recommended spot

I chose this place super last minute. The communication was almost instantaneous and I LOVED the location. I was able to be at Silver Lake, Playground LA, and Griffith Park all within 10-15mins. Completely self check in and out and they have cleaners do all the pick up after. I was able to just pack and head out. :) Would definitely book again!

Tina’s place is amazing and super clean!! She was super quick to respond and made our stay awesome! Soo much in walking distance! I would very much recommend to stay here at Tinas!!
