Wifi / Cable / AC & Heating units in each room. Design is a mix of beach cottage with contemporary accents. 2 Blocks to beautiful Ocean Avenue to watch gorgeous California sunsets or walk to beach. 2 Blocks to Montana Avenue shopping and cafes. Close to Promenade and Metrolink. Unbeatable Location ! Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The bungalow is a separate guesthouse but owners are present on the property in the main house. Outside table with a bench and chairs are perfectly located for morning coffee lunch or evening cocktail. We live in the front house so feel free to reach out to us with any questions and/or concerns regarding your stay. Leave the car behind - the beach, restaurants, cafes, and shops, are all an easy walk away. Rent a bike nearby to explore further. Watch the sunset over the water from Ocean Avenue, 2 blocks away, while Metrolink and Promenade are also close. Rent a Hulu Bike for your stay. “On May 12, 2015, the Santa Monica City Council adopted the Home-Sharing Ordinance reiterating its ban on the rental of entire units as vacation rentals. The bungalow / back house is separate from our main house with a private entrance through the driveway. Very central location in Los Angeles - about 1 mile west of downtown Culver City. Due to a severe dog allergy in our family, we cannot allow dogs (not even service or support dogs). Smoking anywhere on the property will be subject to a fine. Absolutely no weapons allowed.

A Perfect Beach Getaway & Unforgettable Family Reunion This little beach bungalow was everything we hoped for and more! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had such a peaceful, coastal vibe. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect just a short walk to the beach, cute coffee shops, and great local restaurants.What made this stay truly unforgettable was that we were able to have a beautiful family reunion after 22 years of not seeing each other. The home gave us a cozy, welcoming space to reconnect, laugh, and make new memories together. It was such a blessing to share this long-overdue time with loved ones in such a warm and charming setting.The host went above and beyond with thoughtful touches beach towels, and even a helpful guide to local favorites. The private patio, glowing with string lights. If you’re looking for a place that feels like a true home away from home especially for a special occasion this bungalow is a gem !

We were in LA for a few days to celebrate our daughter’s college graduation before heading to Yosemite for another few days. We picked it because it was central to our activities for the weekend and my LA daughter really likes and thought we would enjoy the LosFeliz/silver lake area. (We did!) Also, we love California craftsman bungalows in general.. I have stayed in several neighborhoods and bungalows over the years around LA and this was one of my very favorites. The decor was comfortable and stylish with beautiful furniture pieces. Not your typical boring air bnb. It was roomy and we enjoyed sitting on the front porch watching hummingbirds. We also enjoyed breakfast on the back patio. We appreciate the local Recs and enjoyed a nice brunch at HOME one morning and walking around to the various thrift shops(the twenty somethings). Why would anyone reserve two hotel rooms when you could stay in such a welcoming and easy place as this?! Beds were comfy, the tvs were super nice too!

We had a very pleasant stay in this cozy little beach house. Bed was comfortable and the place was clean with plenty of bathroom and kitchen amenities, etc. The best part of Linda’s place is how walkable it is to just about anywhere - to the beach, second street and beyond. There are many great restaurants and coffee shops in the area. Viaje was one of our favorites. Lastly, the private parking spot is a major plus! Thanks for the stay!
