Very convenient, would definitely stay again if we were in the area!

We loved our stay as home. If any minor issue he’s responsive and friendly. Fully equipped kitchen and bath and even pool area. We happened to eat out mostly yet we appreciate all the appliances as convenience. We just left the house and we know if we ever plan this way again this is our first choice. Thanks 😊

We had a fantastic stay! The home was spotless and incredibly well-maintained. It’s located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood—perfect for relaxing. The house had everything we needed, including both espresso and coffee machines, which was a nice touch. TVs in every room made it easy for everyone to unwind in their own space. The heated pool was a huge plus, especially for evening swims. Also, the location couldn’t be more convenient—Tom Thumb’s, Chipotle, and Starbucks were just 3 minutes away. Perfect for families, we would definitely stay here again!

Host went above and beyond to help my family and I feel at home while we stayed here. Super responsive, full of helpful information, and the house is gorgeous and clean. Will definitely stay here again when I'm in town next.

Jennifer was a great host and an effective communicator ! We booked this spot to celebrate Mother’s Day and my cousin who just gave birth last week. Before we arrived she let us know that the previous tenants caused some damage to the property but kept us in the loop throughout the repair process and made sure we still had a great trip. Even offered to get us food for the inconvenience! Couldn’t have been in better hands for this getaway from the family! Thanks Jennifer!

My family and I loved the place. The house was a very good size of 6. What we loved the most, it was the neighborhood it was quiet and close to mostly a lot of nice places. If we would go again we difintly would love to stay at this place again.

Stayed at Tim’s place while house hunting because I relocated. The home is very nice and Tim, Melinda, and Jen, was so helpful if one couldn’t be reach the others was there to assist in every way they could. I appreciate the courtesy.

This Airbnb was exactly as pictured—clean, cozy, and very private. The location was ideal, with great local restaurants just a short walk away. The host was incredibly responsive and made communication easy throughout the stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a hassle-free and comfortable experience!

Enjoyed being close to Downtown McKinney & appreciated the recommendations. The home has plenty of room to spread out. Living room area was very comfortable & you can easily visit w/ family while in kitchen.

John’s place was awesome. Only drawback was the barn doors did not provide enough privacy.

Perfect place for my son’s groomsmen and friends to stay. Lots of beds and shared space. Matt was easy to work with and accommodating when we changed how many days we were staying.

Everything was really good perfect for 1-2 people, i have no complaints, nice comfortable bed, clean bathroom and big nice backyard with seats and a umbrella and being able to park on the property is so nice and hard to find in dallas without spending a lot. I would definitely come here again and it’s close to a lot.

There was ample space, and it was very clean. Everything we needed was there. Everyone loved the bathroom and luxurious shower. We only had a few very minor issues that will likely be resolved. If you’re looking for authentic TX BBQ, visit Meat U Anywhere! The food there was pricey but very worth it. I loved how close it was to Denton and the family-friendly tourist spots in Grapevine.

Had a great time here in Dallas! The house was great and had everything our group needed. The location was nice and there was a lot to do in the area. The neighborhood is very lively and felt like everyone knew each other :). Micah was very nice and accommodating. Highly recommend !!

The home was absolutely beautiful 😍 I definitely would book again! The house was more than enough for my family of 5, very quiet neighborhood, so clean, and the kids loved the Pac-Man game, pool table & computers. Thanks again for the wonderful stay, Jason!

Stayed here for a buddies golf trip, the house was perfect for our group of four adults, and would have been great for 4 couples as well. The house is spacious, clean, and comfortable, the neighborhood is quiet, and theres plenty to eat and do in the surrounding area. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This house had plenty of room for my family. The host was quick to reply with check-in, check-out instructions. Restroom was clean and had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Neighbors were very friendly, it was a quiet nice neighborhood near the lake. Unfortunately the lake is for viewing only, no swimming allowed. Gran Prairie is a center location to Dallas and Forth Worth area where there’s plenty to do. Will definitely stay here again.

The house was wonderful, we were able to have a wonderful family reunion. The kids loved the community pool, it was great to have access to it in the hot temperatures. We were amazed with the gift basket left for the kids from our host Natalia, kids were so impressed and enjoyed every item. The house was fully stocked with so many items to use it made our stay much better. Natalia went above and beyond to also let us know of possible severe weather. Thank you so much!! ( We know have a place to come next time we go back to Texas to see family, truly enjoyed our time in the house.). Highly recommend
