My family and I loved the place. The house was a very good size of 6. What we loved the most, it was the neighborhood it was quiet and close to mostly a lot of nice places. If we would go again we difintly would love to stay at this place again.

Upon pulling in the driveway I was pleasantly surprised of how the front yard and porch area of the house were maintained so well. Once i entered the house it smelled so clean just and the interior of home overwhelming friendly warm vibe to it and I couldn’t have been happier and more comfortable in my own home than when I stayed at this Airbnb It was peaceful to say the least and it was like I was in my own little world. The host were nothing but nice, respectful and accommodating and always very quick to respond every time I would have a question , I will definitely stay here every time I go to Dallas!

Absolutely loved our stay at the Peacock House! It was so cute, decorated adorably, and was so comfortable. We felt right at home settling in! It was so cool getting to enjoy the wild peacocks in the neighborhood too! The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed to cook. The beds were very comfortable and linens were cozy and clean. We loved the backyard! It was a rainy weekend for us, so we didn’t get to sit out there but for a few moments in the rain breaks, but we will absolutely be back in the future! Thank you for a lovely weekend getaway for my bday. 10/10 recommend. Very convenient location for all downtown access.

We had a fantastic stay and would definitely book again! It's located 5-10 minutes from soooo many fun things in The Colony & Plano areas and 30-45 minutes from other major shopping areas, downtown Dallas, and Fort Worth, so it's a great location for a Dallas getaway. It was so nice for our family of 4 to have the additional space we wouldn't have had in a hotel room. We didn't cook, but the kitchen seemed well appointed if you wanted to do so. The beds were SUPER COMFY!

Enjoyed being close to Downtown McKinney & appreciated the recommendations. The home has plenty of room to spread out. Living room area was very comfortable & you can easily visit w/ family while in kitchen.

We enjoyed our stay for the week while working in the area. The house is nice, clean, and up to date. The instructions were clear, so I didn’t have to reach out to Viviana for help with anything. Other than the neighbor mowing their yard at 10pm, the stay was quiet. I would stay there again.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable and clean. Extremely close to AT&T arena so we were able to avoid all the hectic traffic going to and leaving our event. Definitely recommend and will definitely stay here again for another event.

This Airbnb experience was wonderful! Although away from home, it felt as if we were right at home. Sophia was also very responsive and clear with instructions which was awesome! Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay in Dallas.

Host was great! We were a large group and the house was nice, clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is so nice! It’s beautiful, calm and quiet, and safe street parking. We had to bring noise inside which is a bummer since we did want to chit chat outside but Timothy was very kind letting us know we needed to bring noise indoors, which was not a big deal. Also, we requested an air mattress that was missing and he had it delivered the next morning! 100% RECOMMEND! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We loved our stay as home. If any minor issue he’s responsive and friendly. Fully equipped kitchen and bath and even pool area. We happened to eat out mostly yet we appreciate all the appliances as convenience. We just left the house and we know if we ever plan this way again this is our first choice. Thanks 😊

I have stayed with Troy now on two separate occasions. The decor in this place is absolutely gorgeous, and stacked with beautiful foliage/plants both inside and out. Troy was very accommodating and responsive when I made my second request for booking but also very respectful of my privacy once I arrived on location. I would love the opportunity to stay here again in the future and look forward to it!Would definitely recommend.

Jennifer was a great host and an effective communicator ! We booked this spot to celebrate Mother’s Day and my cousin who just gave birth last week. Before we arrived she let us know that the previous tenants caused some damage to the property but kept us in the loop throughout the repair process and made sure we still had a great trip. Even offered to get us food for the inconvenience! Couldn’t have been in better hands for this getaway from the family! Thanks Jennifer!

This place was a great place to stay for a girls’ weekend! It is decorated so cute and has cute photo op places! The house was roomy, pool was nice, lots of parking, and lots to do nearby. Highly recommend this place!

overall, it worked very well... The actual home is close to a busy street but once inside the home, it's nice and quiet.

Enrique is a pleasurable person and an attentive host! I had a couple of requests that were fulfilled expeditiously. The guesthouse was spacious; very clean; stocked with the basic amenities and it matched the listing description to the letter. There is a convenient Supermercado that is well-stocked like a small grocery store within a few steps. The community was quiet and the people were very friendly. Although the guesthouse is in a school, the side streets offer an easy work around during peak hours. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back!

We had a awesome time at the lake house! Very peaceful and private. Would recommend to anyone to stay there. Terri and the staff were great.

Susan’s home was so peaceful and helped connected me to nature. Looking outside at the pond and the birds was calming while I worked. The house can fit a large number of guest even though it was just three of us. I had all the kitchen utensils to cook with which was nice because I prepared every meal the 2 weeks I was there. She is very responsive if you need to reach out to her. The property was gated so I felt safe.

We loved the stay and if we’re in town would 100% stay again!

This home was a great fit for our needs - we needed a true 2nd home for a week while our house was being painted as well as some other renovations. The Little Elm house was a great fit for our family of 3 along with a small dog and cat. We were able to work remote from this home with fast WiFi and ample table/desk space for our needs. Home was clean and well appointed. We could have just about cooked a full Thanksgiving meal at the house with the well equipped kitchen. Coffee fan - both a k-cup machine and drip coffee maker as well as a bean grinder. Didn’t even have to bring my shampoo/conditioner or body wash - stocked just like a hotel. Communication with Cindy and Chuck was lightening fast. We had to extend our stay and it was super easy to do - thankful for the availability.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was nice and clean, and the pool and hot tub were great. Conor was helpful and responsive. We would definitely book again!
