Vacation rentals with a patio in Rainey Street Historic District, Austin

We really enjoyed our stay at Grant’s place. The check in instructions for parking and getting into the unit were super clear and easy to follow. The space was comfortable and exactly as described. The kitchen was very well stocked, though we did most of our meals out of the house to enjoy the great neighborhood! The bed was comfortable and the smart TV was easy to use. The neighborhood was great with lots of restaurants and shops to explore. If I was visiting Austin I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, thanks!

Super cute home away from home! I found the unit very comfortable, the location was great, close to all my needs, and Danielle was a terrific host, very friendly and responsive. I will stay again, in fact I’ve already booked my next visit.

This unit was perfect for my stay in Austin. Everything that we needed was provided, even coffee pods which is very nice. The bedding is comfortable and a lot of room to get organized in the clothing closet. Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, bars and people to discover in the safe neighborhood. The busier section of 6th street is about a mile+ away, so an easy and pleasant walk to check out things during the day and a nice wind down after listening to music at night. This condo is also close to public transit although we did not utilize it. Overall, I am happy with the accommodations and found it to be a good value.

Very spacious for 1 person. Good location close to downtown and ladybird lake, there’s H-E-B, 6 min away. I like how it had double gates it felt very secure and inaccessible to non residents. In unit washer and dryer is very convenient. You also had access to the amenities!! Very clean, very attentive host!

Great place to stay when in Austin. Close to the east side and downtown vibes, especially if you have a car like I had (great parking spot next to the airbnb, very helpful!). Nice view from the balcony, birds singing in the morning, overall good place to live. I recommend!

We had a very comfortable stay. Great location, comfy beds and very clean. We especially enjoyed the outdoor seating area and view of the lake.

We had such a great time! The place was super nice and in the perfect spot—everything was just a short drive away. The amenities were amazing (the bidets and appliances were top tier!). The host was so sweet and quick to reply. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Our family had a wonderful experience staying at this house. It’s located in a quiet residential area, very close to the city center. The house was spotlessly clean, not a speck of dust, the furnishings were beautiful and fully equipped for a family. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating. This is the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in.

The place was great, it looked just like the photos and it was so nice and clean! Everything went smoothly upon arrival and it was easy to get to. Candace was so responsive our entire stay, she was a wonderful host and was very attentive. I would definitely stay there again!!

Amazing clean bright modern home with large beautiful backyard. Place had everything you need and more. Convenient location right by grocery store and many restaurants. Quiet neighborhood not too far from many Austin attractions. Host was very friendly and easy to communicate with.

Lovely stay, really appreciate the help getting around the amenities. They do have really helpful pamphlets around with great information towards the stay. The instructions are clear and the views are amazing!

My wife and I picked this spot for our 26th anniversary and it was everything and more, a beautiful place. Alvin and Julie are proactive hosts and provided details on every step along the way. From driving to parking in the garage to accessing the house. We loved how peaceful the property was, even booked a couples massage on the property. One other thing to mention was the amount of deer we saw, from a few miles out to the property itself. Thanks so much for the hospitality Alvin and Julie, will see you soon in the near future.

Enjoyed my stay at Wendy’s place. The property matched the pictures and provided a good balcony view to catch the sunrise and sunset.
