Family-friendly vacation rentals in Princeville

The accommodation was clean and included everything we needed. Communication with Helen was excellent, and we really enjoyed our time.

The veiw from Joyce's balcony is hard to beat. We saw rainbows just about every day and beautiful sunsets. The condo is nice. We enjoyed using the outside grilling and cooking area by the pool. The walk to the beach is pretty close and has awesome veiws and a great place to swim. We loved it. We would definitely go back again.

Well appointed condo in perfect location. We've stayed in several Pale Ke Kua condos and this is our favorite. Sunrise from the lanai every day, sunsets over Bali Hai just steps away. The Quiet corner of Princeville yet easy access to everything. Thanks Sally...we'll be back!!

Just returned from a glorious 7 night stay in Kauai with my husband and 3 "kids" 20-24 years old. My husband and I took the master downstairs which we loved from the linen sheets on the bed to our own bathroom with jacuzzi tub. There is also a second master upstairs just as nice. We loved that there were work spaces for everyone if needed. We loved the cute kitchen with plenty of cookware/bakeware. It was perfect for a family of 5. The "kids" used the pool and spa most days once we returned from our hikes and beach days. The community is quiet and calm. The host gave us lots of recommendations which were very helpful. We loved eating out for our splurge meal at Bar Acuda and loved the coffee at Slow Yourself Down. We plan to book again next time! Thanks for a great stay!

Incredible views.

This condo was a great place to stay in Princeville! It was clean, well equipped and in a great location! It was also super nice to have the pool within such a short walking distance, and loads of beach gear for guests to use. They had beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, toys and even a wagon, which was great for a family with small kids. A couple of things I didn’t realize before booking: you have to request a pack and play ahead of time for an extra fee (the listing had it on the amenities list so I assumed it was always just in the condo for guest use) and the washing machine is extremely loud, like sounds like an airplane taking off loud, so start the load when you’re going out for the day or won’t mind the excessive noise. Other than those two minor things this was an awesome condo that I would recommend.

We spent a wonderful week at Annie’s and Greg’s condo! The place is peaceful, quiet, well decorated, and the surroundings are beautiful! Having breakfast on the balcony, facing tropical plants and the mountains was a great plus! It is also very close to Hanalei where there are many good shops and restaurants. If we come back to Kauai, we know where to go 😉

There was a power outage the moment we got there so things were a little confusing. Cleaning people arrived shortly after we communicated with Annie and we found out the whole area was without power. We went to Foodland, only 5 minutes away, to see if we could pick up any groceries there and then power came back on. So we were able to grab some snacks and dinner. Then get officially checked in. Annie was very responsive and let us know what was going on a best as she could. We were very comfortable there. Slept well. Listening to the rain showers or birds chirping. Highly recommend.

It is even better in person. Everything you need to enjoy the island comes with this Airbnb. Ten adults and a toddler and we had enough room and beds to accommodate all of us. Beautiful neighborhood and quiet. North side of the island is definitely greener and rainier than the south. Beautiful beaches too. It is a drive to get to the south side of the island. Over an hour. You definitely need a vehicle to get around. Would stay here again.

It’s easy to see why Cash is a Super host! His Princeville home is a fabulous place to visit. From the moment we walked in the door, we couldn’t believe our eyes! His view of the Pacific is awe inspiring! Much of our time was spent on the veranda. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner alfresco! His kitchen is fully stocked with items to easily prepare meals. The ac bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms were great! It was as if he has 2 master bedrooms. Great for couples or families! Having beach equipment was very convenient. We even used his provided cooler for picnic lunches on the beach like Cash suggested. Truth be told on check-out day, we didn’t want to leave! Heaven on Earth!

Absolutely would stay at Jessica’s listing again. Fantastic host! She dropped off a fresh batch of beach towels for us without even us asking. Great host great location! 10/10 would recommend you won’t be disappointed.

Always amazing to stay at Sealodge. We actually stayed in the same unit the first time we came two years ago but this time it was nice to come to a new kitchen and bathroom! So appreciate all the amenities included and the views from every room!

This 2BR/2BA unit at the Bali Hai Wyndham was very large, with a nice lanai and a well equipped kitchen (coffee maker, toaster, blender, rice maker, knives, pans, cutting board, etc.). Would recommend bringing your own spices if you plan on cooking. There are beach towels and a small hard sided cooler in the room for guests to use. The resort has two very nice pools with a sandy “beach” and hot tubs as well as other games like cornhole, ping pong, foosball, and shuffle board. They even have a PS4 to use. There are grills available for guest use and fire pits for s’mores. Seemed very family friendly and everything was very clean. Very close to Hideaways Beach where you will see lots of turtles (20 min walk) and a short drive down to Hanalei Bay. We would definitely stay here again. Bethany was extremely helpful and responsive. I would gladly book with her again for my next vacation. She was such an easy person to communicate with and was very responsive!

The accommodations were as described. We had a wonderful stay in Princeville. Good location for restaurants, beaches, hikes and other conveniences. Would stay again.

From the moment we saw the photos of this house we knew this is the Hawaiian architecture we were looking for. But this place looks even better in reality! We enjoyed the beautiful rooms with views over the endless ocean, the sound of the waves, the “bird’s concerts” in the morning or the fragrance of exotic flowers in the backyard. This place is equipped with absolutely everything you need (specially the kitchen) making it a great “home away from home”. And Suzie is a great host. She answered all our questions , always willing to help! The surroundings are amazing as well, it’s a pleasure to take a walk in the neighborhoods at sunset. Also, Hanalei Bay is very close. What a great way to start our trip to Hawaii! Hope to come back to this place one day!

Our stay was just as close to perfect as it can get. The place was very clean and perfect for us. And to our delight the place was fully stocked with everything you would ever need at an island or beach. Everything was convenient and awesome, hosts were super friendly and great, location is safe, peaceful, and so beautiful!

Aloha - magical week in Kauai here with the most spectacular accommodations. The views alone are worth the stay, which can be seen from nearly every room and multiple lanais. A real treat to watch the sea while cooking inside our family's now favorite kitchen on the planet! Perfect for our family of four mermaids with our 8 and 11 year kiddos. Everything was exactly as pictured - the tiered layout of the home, beautiful decor and design sense, extremely comfortable beds and big clean bathrooms. Princeville and North Kauai are magical, with our new favorite beach & snorkeling just a short little adventure climb down the hill. Yet, we were never sad when the rain fell hard at times and extreme hazard ocean conditions landed us inside a day or two because the vacation was just as much in this home as out of it for us all week. Mahalo - I wish we could keep this place our own little secret! Will be back.
