Prime location, steps from everything. The unit exceeded expectations, ideal for our family. Exceptionally comfortable beds. Would absolutely stay again on our next Kauai visit.

Matthew’s place was an absolute dream! Thoughtfully designed and full of charm, with a breathtaking view — truly a hidden gem. The kitchen was incredibly well-equipped, the bed was super comfortable, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. We were a bit worried about not having A/C, but it turned out we didn’t need it — the ocean breeze was perfect. We also loved having access to beach gear and bikes — such a fun bonus! We had a fantastic time and will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much!

The unit was in a beautiful, peaceful location—perfectly situated between the ocean and hills. It was conveniently close to Hanalei, Ha’ena State Park, and provided easy access to Na Pali Coast boat tours, shops, and restaurants. My family truly enjoyed our time here. The in-unit laundry was especially convenient, and the kitchen was well-stocked with all the utensils we needed. The only challenge was finding the unit when we arrived at night, but everything else went smoothly. I would definitely recommend staying at this property!

Miguel, who also goes by Micco, was the most welcoming host I've ever had with an Airbnb rental! He absolutely made us feel welcome, and his house really felt like a home. It's absolutely beautiful inside but even more, it was so comfortable I could enjoy hanging out there. The view of the mountains from the front deck is gorgeous and the view of the backyard from the screened in patio is also lovely. The rooms are quite comfortable and the kitchen is spacious. The house is located a few minutes walk to Hanalei Bay beach and downtown shopping. Both are very "walkable." Micco also was very attentive, helpful and responsive during our stay. We'll definitely be returning!

Extra points for that beautiful view from the main bedroom (rainbows every day) and the shower is excellent! We had a great stay at the „little red haus“. Clark was great and always helpful at communicating everything. Very uncomplicated check-in and -out. Mahalo 🌺

Great place for family gathering. Everything was well stocked and ready to go. This included a complete kitchen, towels, laundry soap and a garage full of outdoor gear. The back deck was a popular place for reading and conversation. We would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely love this home in Princeville! It’s located right on the golf course and has everything you could want for a relaxing stay—beautifully furnished, fully air-conditioned, and a kitchen that’s a dream to cook in, with All-Clad cookware, a great selection of spices, and a large refrigerator. The patio is perfect for grilling and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. We had 6 adults and an infant in our group and had plenty of space to relax and feel comfortable throughout the home. This was actually our second time booking this property because we enjoyed it so much the first time. It’s in a fantastic location—an easy walk to Pu’u Poa and Hideaway beaches, as well as 1 Hotel and Hanalei Bay Resort. Our host, Carol, was wonderful—friendly, quick to respond, and made sure everything was to our liking. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

The house was great for a group! Check-in/out was keyless but couldn’t do either early or late. Didn’t hear from Jake during our stay

My sisters and I loved this place. Ingrid is great, quick to respond and very helpful. The location is beautiful, very close to great beaches and snorkeling. The beach is just across the street and always empty giving one the feel of having a private beach. Great views from the dining room so we often ate dinner at home after being gone for the day. Close to a great little coffee shop-The Haven. We look forward to going back!

We spent 8 days and 7 nights at this location for a family vacation of six adults. After much research, we decided to stay in the Princeville side of the island given the proximity to great local restaurants and beaches. We did not regret this decision, Hanalei Bay was our favorite beach by far. Natalie had every beach item you could think of which made our day trips to the beaches very smooth and enjoyable. You can tell that she thought and planned for any type of vacationer to stay at this location. The kitchen was fully stocked. The laundry works great. There's a shop vac to clean your rental car of any excess sand before returning. We enjoyed biking around the beautiful neighborhood. Natalie was excellent. She even let us borrow her personal items. She gave great recommendations. Though most of the excursions are on the other side of the Island (near Lihue) we still enjoyed being in Princeville. So many great coffee and acai shops. Another nearby gem is the Queen's bath.

These units are run by the hotel, so check in/out was a breeze. They didn't have our sized room available at time we checked in so they upgraded us. Sweet! We were blown away at the beautiful pools, Mai tai Saturday and everything. Unit was everything we expected and more. The only thing to complain about is all of the roosters walking around the property waking us up early. Other than that, short drive to the neighborhood shopping center with large Foodland supermarket, hardware, etc. Definitely will come again.

Lisa’s place is perfect! Spacious, clean, comfortable beds, beautifully decorated, comfortable, great kitchen with everything you need. Loved the lanai. Best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. Lisa is lovely and very responsive! We had a fabulous time!

We loved staying at Donna’s place during our trip to the north shore! We would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a place with a jacuzzi, wonderful kitchen and comfortable house! We will definitely be back!

This villa was perfect for our family visit. Everyone had plenty of space, we loved the view of the mountains from our lanai/s. Kitchen was well equipped and made cooking in easy. We appreciated the beach towels, chairs and coolers too! Would highly recommend. Close to everything!

Loved the location and the place was peaceful. Instructions were very clear and pictures were provided so I knew exactly what to look for. Everything shuts down early and no late night partying neighbors. Beds were comfortable, even the pullout bed was nice enough for my teenagers to fight over. Princeville is super nice and worth the drive. Only “complaint” is as soon as you walk in the front door, there is a step down to the main area that is hard to see as the floor blends together (same tile above and below the step) and potential for missing the step and falling. We put the towel basket at the edge of the stair to remind us of the step and had no issues.

We had a wonderful time and a great stay! The house is great and extremely peaceful. We particularly enjoyed the well appointed kitchen, and the private pool. We’ll be back to this house the next time we’re in Kauai!
