Princeville vacation rentals

This was such a cute rental! Everything was as described and Allison was very proactive in getting us all the information we needed before we needed it! The condo was clean and the bed was comfy. We didn’t have any problems sharing an entry or the washer/dryer with the downstairs rental guests. Felt safe. Patio was nice and didn’t face others. AC worked great but weather was amazing during our entire stay! Walking distance to Princeville shopping and farmers/craft market they have on Saturdays. We had a great stay and definitely recommend!

Obsessed is an understatement. I refuse to stay anywhere else on the island. Cash’s place was perfect for my wife and I. The private area in the back on the lanai with the insane view was breathtaking. We watched the sunrise every morning out there with coffee and cereal. You are in a very nice and very safe community here, and located so close to all the amazing beaches of the north shore. Spent hours swimming with turtles in nearby Hideaway Beach and Turtle Cove. Cash was quick and responding and always made sure we had all that we needed. The bed was the most comfy bed I’ve ever slept on. I even snapped a picture of the tag so I can find one for myself online. Plenty of fans to keep you nice and cozy at night. What a vibe. Already planning a trip back to stay here.

We absolutely loved staying at this condo! The instructions were very clear on how to get there. George was very friendly and helpful, and the place was extremely clean, spacious, and well appointed. Everything we needed was available. It was so nice to be able to use the beach towels, beach chairs, snorkel equipment, and kitchen to eat a few meals in. The view is to die for and while we were a little concerned about not having AC, it was totally fine with the breeze through the open windows and fans that were provided. We booked at the last minute for a spontaneous short trip from Oahu and were so impressed with the communication and we were grateful it was available. We will definitely try to stay here again if we return to Princeville!

loved the location and how caring Billy was. Everything was perfect and had Everything you needed for you vacation. They provided so many extras it made it feel like home. The house is beautiful! It was a great fit for our family vacation, with roomy bedrooms and en suite bathrooms for each branch of the family and a fantastic living room and kitchen area for us all to gather. The view out the back door and from the patio is stunning with mountains rising in the distance. The community is walkable and felt very easy to navigate. We had two small children and the space worked well for them as well. We highly recommend this home.

We were lucky enough to stay at Alex’s place during our trip to Kauai. It was absolutely perfect to provide us a comfortable and relaxing place for our stay with also a gorgeous view! So convenient to stores, beaches, and various food options! We can’t wait to stay again!

You’ll love your stay here! Only two bits of advice for future visitors: - bring ground coffee of choice - If cooking on range, 7 power on the larger front element is a steady fry. Every other Kauai creature comfort is accounted for! A short, scenic walk to tasty food and beverage and a short, scenic drive to Hanalei.

We immensely enjoyed our stay in Hanalei Bay. This house is located at the end of a beautiful, quiet cul de sac, the perfect place for travelers who want to walk to the beach and to town and take it easy! Check in and out were straightforward, and the house was delivered in spotless condition. We will be back next year!

Juliana was very communicative throughout our stay. She let us know prior to our stay that the fridge was down, and she was very proactive on getting someone out to fix it and let us know when to expect the technician to come out to fix it. She provided a mini fridge in the meantime which worked out great. Her directions were very clear and concise. Her home is beautiful and clean. I would absolutely stay here again for my next visit to Kauai! 😊

Remember the early days of AirBnB when you would find a well stocked kitchen filled with everything you would need to cook, prepare, store and enjoy? You know the days when a welcome basket was common, filled with a couple of local treats that made you feel you know, welcomed? When checking out didn't mean stripping sheets off beds, and basically doing a lvl of cleaning that made you resent the steep cleaning charges. When you actually felt like a welcomed guest and had an owner that took pride in their home and in their hosting? Well at Laura's place-those days are alive and well! Yes this beautiful home is expensive-there is no getting around that. And yet it felt worth it-from a garage filled with EVERYTHING you need for an epic day at the beach-and enough for our party of 7. This is a home you remember. This is a home that becomes part of your family's memories. Laura was kind, responsive, helpful. She has all those stars for a well-deserved reason.

This is a beautiful house in a great location. Matt communicated with us right when we booked our stay about a year in advance, a week before we arrived with detailed instructions, the day of, and during our visit. We visited with our adult children, and the home was ideal. The bedrooms are large, and each has a bathroom. The living area was large enough for all of us to gather, but we also had plenty of privacy when we chose that. I cooked a number of meals, and the kitchen was stocked with what I needed. It was an ideal location for our vacation.

We LOVED our time in Kauai! Brad's home was lovely, just like the photos with plenty of space for six adults (it would easily accommodate more). We enjoyed the mornings with coffee and reading on the back deck overlooking the golf course, played sand volleyball every day and had morning walks through the residential neighborhood leading to a beautiful beach. We appreciated that Brad provided beach towels (since they take up so much suitcase space). He was very quick to respond to any questions that we had. The nearby town of Hanalei has fun restaurants (with roosters roaming through) and good shopping. We chose to zip line in a beautiful tropical valley and tube down an irrigation canal in Lihu'e. On our last day, we took a boat ride out of Hanalei along the spectacular Na Pali Coast which included snorkeling with sea turtles. We recommend all of these activities. The area where the home is located is beautiful. The home has wonderful views and we appreciated the screened in lanais. The only air conditioning is in the two bedrooms so the home can be warm during mid day.

We really enjoyed Andrea’s place! The location was great for exploring the north side of the island.

Tess and her place was fantastic. So responsive and gave great instructions on navigating the complex. Such a homey well curated place and had so many thoughtful items we utilized for our adventures while in Kauai. Thank you Tess!!

Wonderful stay. BEAUTIFUL view. BEAUTIFUL place. We went with our twin boys, my wife, and nanny. Ample floor space, minimalistic, yet it had everything we needed to have a wonderful time. Rented equipment from local to baby proof the home, though chairs can be used to baby proof also. AMAZING stay!

We stayed at Shari's Airbnb for 5 nights and really felt at home - there is everything you need and a lot of space. In addition, the complex is really great, offers many possibilities (pool, hot tub, pickleball, tennis, etc.) and is extremely quiet and quiet. We extremely appreciated this and enjoyed it.

This is in an amazing location. Literally walk out the sliding doors and down to the pool, hot tub and beach. Beautiful sunrises. Mira replied very quickly. Area is quiet. Bed is very comfortable. Extra linens and towels were great.

We really enjoyed staying in this Sandpiper unit and would be happy to stay again. It was bright, very clean, & well stocked. We especially liked having a good size fridge and the hot plate to make meals. The bed was incredibly comfy. The overhead fan kept the unit cool. The listing says the unit has a toaster oven, beach cooler & umbrella, but those were not present during our stay.

Jared's place is as described and from my extensive look is the most affordable private rental on the island. its a comfortable home base for your adventures around kauai - we explored the island and even camped in some of the state parks without feeling guilty about having an accommodation already due to thr very reasonable price. And when we got back we found comfort in having a comfortable place to sleep, shower, BBQ, swim, etc. as well as store luggage. Great value and comfort would be my parting remarks.
