Bryan’s Air BnB in Princeville is splendid! We feel in love with the place as soon as we arrived. The kitchen is spacious, and very well stocked and equipped. The decor and furniture is set up in such a way that makes one feel instantly at home. The bedrooms have air conditioners and comfy beds as well as separate washrooms. Having a washer and dryer as well as access to lawn chairs, coolers, beach blankets and more was definitely a bonus! The condo is located in a quiet and secure gated community that is close to shopping and restaurants. Bryan was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. He also provided us with information about places to visit and activities to partake in. I would highly recommend Bryan’s Air BnB.

This house and community were great for our family. Clean, beautiful pool, tons of toys and chairs for the beach, and just a short drive to Hanalei. Would definitely stay here again

Great place to stay in Princeville! Great amenities in the Airbnb to make living there easier. The condo does stay comfortable and cool through breezes and fans. Note that a rental agreement and your personal e-mail address are required for rental. Nothing significant is in the agreement but it is not noted in the listing.

This was our second stay and the condo did not disappoint! We love the location near the beach and pool, and felt very comfortable in the unit. It is comfortably lived in and there is some wear and tear on finishes, but nothing that detracted from our stay. We hope to return again soon.

This place was perfect for our family of 7! We had everything we needed in every room. I loved that there was beach towels, chairs, coolers, and boogie boards all provided for my family. The location was perfect and right by our favorite beach! I would totally stay at this place again!! Gail was amazing to work with and super friendly. She responded back very quickly any time needed. Loved this place!

Our family of four adults had a great stay at Shana’s townhouse. The home itself is very nice, beds were comfortable and we enjoyed everyone having their own room. The location was perfect for us as we loved staying on the North Shore. Shana provided lots of recommendations for things to do and was very responsive if we had questions about anything. We would love to come back—and soon!!

The house is perfect for a family of 4 adults and 3 kids. Walking distance to beach. The house was well equipped with everything needed to go to the beach, umbrellas, boogie boards, coolers etc. he even had umbrellas for when rain came down hard! House was easy to find except they were re-doing the parking lots so one side was closed causing some difficulty finding parking while they re surfaced it. They did both parking lots while we were there aside from this easy parking. Pools are kept very clean and their pool bathrooms. Very quiet at night and ac thru out house is huge! House was very clean except we saw roaches walking around here and there which is normal on the island they are everywhere . They recently sprayed so I’m sure there is only so much that they can control from getting inside. Overall, we loved that a family of 7 fit comfortably and that we had 2 bathrooms and AC and everything needed to go to the beach easily. Recommend for small families!! 7 fit comfortably

Price was higher than we've usually paid for Princeville condos but complete agreement from all members in our party that the place was by the far the best we've stayed at. Very spacious and comfortable, fantastic kitchen for cooking, and really appreciated the nice touches such as quality beach gear, snorkels, etc. And even had lots of spices despite guidebook saying there wouldn't be any. Super responsive and friendly hosts. Loved our stay.

Jason's rental is a beautiful place at a beautiful location. We were pleasantly surprised with the little things that made Jason's place so pleasurable and comfortable, such as the abundance of bathing towels, the beach and snorkel supplies, the availability of bicycles, how all the rooms were (Hawaii themed) tastefully decorated, even a ukulele with instructions and songs to play. Having a washer and dryer to use was a huge plus. The owners' pool and grill was utilized which added to the entire experience. Thank you Jason for making our family vacation one we will always fondly remember.

This is our second time staying at this condo and it was fantastic, just like the first! Marketa provided clear instructions and guidance and was consistently responsive. The condo was very clean and organized, with all of the essentials we needed to feel at home, and all the beach gear we could have asked for. Highly recommend!

Beautiful and spacious home in a quiet gated community. Immaculate with modern amenities and was exactly as described in the listing. We will definitely be planning our next stay here again soon.

This villa was perfect for our family visit. Everyone had plenty of space, we loved the view of the mountains from our lanai/s. Kitchen was well equipped and made cooking in easy. We appreciated the beach towels, chairs and coolers too! Would highly recommend. Close to everything!

Beautiful town home. Clean, very spacious and conveniently next to the pool and trash room. Michael also had a lot of beach equipment for use which was very convenient.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. My daughter is 3 and there was plenty of space for her to play and entertain herself, wallet was raining. The bedrooms were comfortable. There was a wonderful breeze the ceiling fans and box fans were nice to help. Push some air through the bedrooms to make very comfortable sleeping arrangements. There is very nice coffee shop a three minute walk to 1 Hotel that provides a beautiful scenic walk. We enjoyed all the walking paths for early-morning walks. The Airbnb has all the amenities you need for a long weekend kitchen as well equipped with all the necessities to cook your own meals. There’s also a washer and dryer in the unit if you go to the beach and need to wash the sand out of your clothes. We were comfortable our whole stay and will stay again.

Our family of six had an amazing time at this Airbnb—it was the perfect home base for our first trip to Kauai. The place was spotless, had all the amenities we needed, and the beach access was incredibly easy. One of the biggest highlights was the fully stocked kitchen—possibly the best we’ve ever had in any Airbnb, which made family meals super convenient. The fans kept everything cool at night, and we felt right at home. We especially fell in love with the North Shore, and this location made it easy to explore all the beauty Kauai has to offer. The host was fantastic—helpful, kind, and welcoming. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again. Highly recommend! PS - Comes with beach chairs, beach toys, and memories to last a lifetime.

Lisa’s place is perfect! Spacious, clean, comfortable beds, beautifully decorated, comfortable, great kitchen with everything you need. Loved the lanai. Best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. Lisa is lovely and very responsive! We had a fabulous time!

Excellent value! We loved the spacious beds, A/C units in each room, and beautiful decor. The condo location is ideal for beach activities, good food & shopping, and exploring the island. Although there is not a reserved parking spot, there was always space available and we never had to park far. The pool is right around the corner and just big enough for my teenagers to have fun. Some of the appliances are quirky (cannot read temperature setting on oven, ice maker not functioning, remote fans were finicky) but it really didn’t feel like too big of a deal. We had a minor issue when we accidentally broke an item. The host’s communication was slow, but we were able to get everything resolved. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here. It was the perfect place for our family of six.

We were able to leave our luggage in the garage before check-in time, which was extremely helpful because it allowed us to catch the Botanical tour without having them in the Jeep. Laleinia's husband, Johnny, brought up all our luggage to the unit while we were still out, which was unexpected and so thoughtful! The condo was exceptionally well built, wonderfully decorated, and super comfortable. In addition to ceiling fans, each room has its own AC unit which is amazingly smart and insightful. We highly recommend staying here. And if interested, we found two wonderful places to eat, Break+Feast and Keiko's Paradise. Mahalo!

Ida’s place was great. Exactly as described with all the things that you need for your Kauai vacation. There was 4 or us (2adults, 2kids) and the place had plenty of room. The Beach supplies were fantastic. It was nice not having to rent that stuff elsewhere. Brennecke’s beach was a short 7-10min walk and perfect for snorkeling and boogie boarding. Would definitely recommend this place! Thanks!

We absolutely loved our stay! The Airbnb was clean, relaxing and the area was beautiful. Located on the north side of the island, it was more secluded which we loved. There were umbrellas, beach chairs, and snorkeling gear available to us to use. Karla was responsive and checked in with us. We will 100% be coming back!

ryan and ashley’s saltwater bungalow was a dream for our family of 7! it’s beautifully decorated and so accommodating. we loved how comfy the couch and beds were and how close we were to hanalei and nearby beaches! our beach visits were even better since we were able to utilize the provided snorkel gear and coolers (one less thing to pack)! ashley and ryan were extremely responsive hosts and even offered local restaurants and shops to visit. i’d recommend staying here to any guests visiting princeville. thanks again for some wonderful family memories!

I was initially worried booking this place since there weren’t many reviews but Annie’s place was great! It was fully stocked with all beach stuff. We really liked the location on the north shore. It was close to beaches and activities on the north shore. Annie was responsive and answered all my questions. I would recommend!
