Villa vacation rentals in Peace River

We enjoyed our stay at Monika's home. Everything was exactly as pictured. We have stayed in Rotunda West a few times and like the neighborhood. It's quiet, safe and the neighbors are friendly. There are so many beaches nearby and great shopping. Monika is a great host, quick to respond with any questions and very accommodating. Thank you Monika for sharing your home with us.

We LOVED our time here! So comfortable, relaxing and cozy. The Key West theme was an awesome extra bonus. The space is so welcoming and ample. Walking to different coffee shops and food during the day was so convenient. The little back area to sit outside was a favorite evening winding down spot. We can’t say enough about this spot and look forward to renting again.

We had a lovely stay at Villa 7! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed (and more!). The kitchen was well stocked, the beach toys were a fabulous treat for the kids, and we loved the fun garage space! Kat was quick to respond to any questions and very friendly. We appreciated the clear instructions, recommendations, and information she shared with us. We walked to the beach and the pool and could easily rinse off using the outdoor shower. We also enjoyed walking to the Daquiri Deck & Captain Curts, and taking the free Breeze Trolley into the village. This location is great and the villa itself is very nice!! Definitely recommend :)

The Airbnb inside was very nice and cozy very clean with no unwanted smells . I didn’t care for the deer head trophy over the bed I felt if that fell down if you were sleeping it could cause bodily harm. I wish the curb appeal and the walkway was better. The weeds and grass was over grown. The pool area was excellent and clean also was the inside of the Airbnb five stars I would stay there again .

Agata's villa was perfect and she was very responsive when we had a question. We appreciated the well equipped kitchen, modern appliances, lanai dining table, the reading lights and comfortable furniture in the living room, the bathtub as well as shower in both bathrooms, the Smart TV (there are three TVs), and the beach and children's equipment in the garage. The complex is lovely, peaceful and private -- a good place to take a walk, swim in the pool, play pickleball with an active group, use the billiards table in the clubhouse, join in on occasional activities such as bingo or trivia. The area is close to grocery shopping, The Legacy Trail for biking, Tamiami Trail and convenient for traveling to area beaches. We plan to go back here again and again. Thank you, Agata!

The accommodation were as advertised, everything was brand new and immaculate, the community was 90% empty due to renovations from Milton back in October. Only 1 issue and NOT Pamela’s fault, worker had done something to the to the Bungalow across from our unit, which caused smoke detector to alert at 4:30 am on Sunday morning and not turn off till 9:30 am. After hours maintenance # was call with negative results. Office manager was informed on Monday morning. We experienced a repeat performance Tuesday morning until representative was able to resolve the issue. All that being said we had a wonderful trip.

We just wrapped up our annual Christmas in Florida vacation and everything was spectacular! The house was wonderful- comfortable, clean and incredibly well stocked. We’ve stayed at several AirBnb’s and the kitchen in this home was very well equipped- everything that we needed was right there for us. Brigette was quick to respond to any of our questions and needs. Her recommendation to visit Farmer Joe’s, a local grocery store was awesome! About half way through our stay we noticed that the pool pump wasn’t running until 1 pm. Brigitte had the pool company out in less than 20 mins to take a look - all it needed was a quick reset. As we make our long journey back to Wisconsin, we’re missing the beautiful pool with gorgeous evening sunsets. Looking forward to our 2025 trip & renting with Brigette again :)

Amazing to walk into a beach cottage to the smell of an exceptionally clean home. I mean really CLEAN! Fresh, bedding, pillows, new towels, well equipped kitchen. Just spotless. New appliances, beach towels, umbrellas, beach chairs, comfortable beds and bedding. This cottage is a great value. We truly relaxed ( which is easy to do in this spotless environment). One review mentioned some noise for the front bedroom facing the street. True but nothing crazy and we were there on Memorial Day. If you get a chance check out Turtle Beach which we loved, do it. Great shell hunting. Also explored Nokomis Beach and loved that too. Didn’t mind the drive to check out something new. Property also has an outdoor shower in back, bbq (charcoal), ice chest in the hall closet, bring your bathing suits and sunscreen and have fun!

Perfect location for large groups. I recently celebrated my son’s college graduation with my family at this wonderful house, and it was nothing short of amazing! The property was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The spacious common areas were perfect for gathering my family and friends, and the outdoor space made for some lovely photo opportunities. The pool was perfect. The location was convenient, allowing easy access to nearby restaurants and stores. Our host, Tabitha was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a smooth experience. She even left us a thoughtful welcome gift! I highly recommend it for anyone looking to host a special event or simply enjoy a getaway. It’s definitely on my list to book again.

I have nothing but good things to say. I rented this last minute and he was quick to reply and made things very easy! The house is amazing, it's just as beautiful as the photos. 10/10

Viktoria and Vadims place was amazing. We were able to rent 2 of there places next to each other and it accomodated our large Group. We had a Group of 14 Adults that were in Florida for work and a little fishing. We were able to fit everybody and cook and relax during our down time. When back in that area we will 100% be reaching out to Viktoria and Vadim to see if there place is available before we look anywhere else.

Thank you for the stay. It made our weekend wonderful. Our kids loved the pool and game room.

This home offers easy access to all of BOCA. It’s a nice place with a lot of space.

We really enjoyed Gerardo's place. Everything was as anticipated. He even helped us out with an early check in and late check out!

Amazing house and amazing pool. Very clean and well decorated. Neighborhood was fine as well. Its about a 20 min drive to Siesta Key but not really a problem considering how much you save and just how nice the house is. Host had umbrellas and chairs that we used while there which was great. Bed was comfortable and everything was amazing. Totally worth the price and would stay again.

5 Stars – A Beautiful and Relaxing Stay! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us! The house was spacious, well-equipped, and perfect for our family. The peaceful neighborhood and stunning views made it feel like a true getaway. Our son had a blast fishing off the dock, while we enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The host was incredibly responsive to all of our questions, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was that the fish weren’t biting, but that’s nature! Overall, we had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this home to others.

Cheryl’s place was perfect for our U of Tampa graduation celebration! We were within 2 miles of all our favorite spots, SOHO, Hyde Park, the River walk, Downtown, U of Tampa, and my daughter’s apt! Also, very easy access and jump on 275. Davis Islands is a cute spot on its own as well. Very walkable for exercise and/or into the cute little town with bars, restaurants and a coffee shop. Cheryl’s place is great for a group. There’s space to hang out in the family room, as well as outside at the pool! We loved our time at the house, as well as when we were out exploring! I would definitely recommend Cheryl’s place. It feels more like a home than a rental! Thank you again! We hope to return!!

Julia's place was just what we've been looking for. Close to the main roads to the beaches and restaurants while still very quiet and private. The pool was clean and refreshing. All the beds were comfortable. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrella, noodles, etc. Great to have a garage to park in. This place checked so many boxes for us. We will certainly be renting this spot on future trips to Florida. Thanks, Julia.

This home was everything that was promised. It was huge. My family were able to check in a few hours early which really sweetened the deal. The home really suited my family needs. There were toys and strollers, beach toys, and bikes. It was awesome! Will definitely come back next year!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb property! Although we weren’t initially planning a vacation, an unexpected emergency at home led us to seek a place to stay, and we were so fortunate to find this gem. The house had everything we could possibly need, making our stay incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights was definitely the heated pool, which was perfect for our daughters—they absolutely loved it! We are already looking forward to returning during the summer to fully enjoy the resort-style amenities. It truly felt like a home away from home.
