Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Peace River

The place had a great layout. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking & to eat in. I’ve been to plenty of airbnbs and this home had everything and more. Highly recommend this place! Host was always responsive as well. Greatly appreciate!

As always we had a great family vacation at Melisa’s home for our spring break. Melissa is always responsive and makes sure you have everything you need for your stay.

Nice place and location! Easy to check in. Close to beaches and many restaurants. Scoops is our favorite ice cream place and very close by! We loved the pool with our littles & family!

Wonderful stay! My family loved the amenities for this home. The pool area was nice and private! The bathroom out in the pool area was super nice and very convenient. The grill was very clean and we used it a few evenings. We would stay here again. The home was clean and inviting.

This was the best Air BnB property we have stayed at. Alex went above and beyond to make sure the house was loaded with amenities and extras to make the stay for our family relaxing and stress free. I would recommend this property to all.

if your ever in the winter haven area I would suggest this place very clean and overall a pretty nice looking place .....p.s. my favorite part was the elevator inside now that you don't see that often

Absolutely loved staying at this house! It was so peaceful, the perfect retreat from the busy city life. The house was maintained and had everything we needed. The location was also fantastic, We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

The house was absolutely amazing! The back yard was the perfect place to spend our days! Close enough to the island to go for dinners and walking the beach, but out enough to miss the hustle and bustle. Cody and Lauren were amazing and super responsive with any issues. The master bedroom tv wasn't working upon arrival and they had a new tv there the next morning first thing. They also gave many recommendations for local restaurants and activities. We will absolutely look to stay here next year when we make our yearly trip!

I have to say I am in love with Gary’s World and my kids had the best time there. This will not be our last stay. What a peaceful experience. Thanks again Gary.

Victor was very attentive and friendly, giving us a ton of local recommendations. The location was quiet and remote, but within a 10 minute drive to downtown St Pete. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The location couldn’t be better: nestled in a safe, vibrant neighborhood that’s close to everything—great restaurants, cafes, and just a quick drive to the beach. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and the host was kind and responsive throughout. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tampa!

Best airbnb ive ever stayed in at tampa! We will definitely be back! We brought our dog and they were super accommodating! Even let us check out late due to travel change!

My husband and I stayed two nights at Serenity of the Manatee. We really enjoyed this beautiful, peaceful, and cozy place that is only 30 to 35 minutes from beaches. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed; however, a small stove will be a great addition for longer stays. We would definitely stay here again.

Karen’s place was amazing. It was very comfortable, inviting, and cozy. We only stayed one night, but it was very comfortable. The area is amazing, with Lake Hollingsworth. She also allowed dogs which was amazing our pups loved it and the area.

Cyndi and Colin - Thank you so much for having us! We truly enjoyed the weekend to the fullest thanks to this wonderful condo. Super close to the beach, restaurants, bars, and activities. Our favorites were Island Time (drinks), Daiquiri Deck (HH 3-7 Daily), Shore on LBK, and Drift Inn (drinks, cash only). Had an incredibly scenic dinner at Waterfront Beach House on the final night, about a 1 minute walk and you can enjoy a delicious dinner right on the beach! The condo had pretty much everything you could ever need for a beach trip, with Publix accessible nearby for anything additional we needed. Colin was so incredibly accommodating by letting us check in early and check out late. The condo was perfect size for us as a couple, and could certainly accommodate a couple small kids as well. We will absolutely be back in the area soon and will be booking with Colin and Cyndi again!

My fiancé and I really enjoyed our stay at Karen & Brock's. Brock met us upon arrival and gave us thorough instructions about the unit. The communication was great and everything was as described. They had everything we could possibly need and even a pantry with items for purchase, including refrigerated drinks. We would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Martha’s cute and cozy condo. The view was the best part. Love being on the beach and even though the weather wasn’t the greatest, Martha had wonderful books and games for us to use. Another shout out to Martha is that we forgot my husband‘s favorite backpack cooler yet Martha took a picture of it and said she would hold it until our next visit which I thought was very honest and considerate. Our stay at Angela’s cottage was very nice-cute and cozy and a perfect, easily accessible location for us. So peaceful and restful with Angela as a responsive, informative , friendly host. Thank you.

Heidi offered great customer service throughout and made things easy for us. We had a GREAT time. Our 22hrs felt like 5 days. We really enjoyed the closeness and nearly private access to the beach and the view from our balcony. The beach was so peaceful and soothing. We saw turtle nests, dolphins, cranes, and bugs were not a problem whatsoever. Everything was provided from the towels (beach too), to soaps, to the utensils and dishes, to the umbrellas. The icing on the cake (pun intended) was her unexpected surprise after we arrived! LOVED IT!! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Totally exceeded my expectations!!! Rosana was amazing! Her condo was exquisite. Loved the personal touches and hospitality that was extended. Can't wait to come back!!!

Location, Location, Location!!! Siesta Key for the win again. Unfortunately tropical storm Debby had other plans for us, but David was very helpful in fielding any of our questions pertaining with the storm. Definitely would recommend David & his beach rental.
