Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Peace River

Me, my wife and 2 kids (ages 3 and 1) had a wonderful stay. It was our first time in Venice. I love how the setup was minimal but cute and homey. I asked for a pack n play last minute and it was still there upon arrival. The place is pretty new, super nice. Tim was super friendly and helpful. We will have to come back for sure!

This is a cute one room apartment on the water. There is a nice patio and pool that you can relax and enjoy the view. You may even catch some dolphins swim by the dock (we did). It is also a nice location within walking distance to everything, which is good because parking near beaches and shops are limited and pricy.

Very nice place. Clean, quiet and back private patio area was a nice bonus. Bed is very comfy and bathroom is very spacious and up to date.

The apartment was very clean, modern and classic. Supplies all needs. The decoration is just fabulous, and you have a sense of coziness throughout the entire place which includes the bedrooms. The beds are sooo comfortable and wonderful to sleep in. The cute den is a place where you can read, take a nap, try on your wardrobe, have kids play in or just chill. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Parking is easy and accessible. Just follow instructions by Taylor and everything will be allright. He is just a step-away! Very kind. Thank you! We would come back again.

We were so very pleased with our stay. The space was clean and comfortable and convenient to everything we needed to do. We will definitely stay here again if in the area and Yasmina was a joy to meet and stay with.

One of the best Airbnb stays I’ve had. The home was incredibly well-appointed with high-quality furniture, appliances, and thoughtful touches throughout. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and felt like it was designed with care. The bed was especially comfortable, clearly high-end, and made for great sleep. The hosts were responsive, kind, and very easy to communicate with. My favorite part of the stay was enjoying coffee each morning in the bright breakfast nook in the kitchen, filled with natural light. It was the perfect space to relax and recharge. Truly a fantastic value. I’d return in a heartbeat.

Jojo's place was top notch! The bedrooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. The whole apartment was very clean. Wonderful shower. A close walk to Publix just down the street. My granddaughter enjoyed the basketball area. The whole place is tastefully and thoughtfully appointed. Jojo is very responsive. Highly recommend! Plan on returning as I travel to Sarasota often to visit family.

We stayed here with our almost-2-year-old for a few days and had a great time. The house was clean and smelled nice. We felt right at home. The kids’ toys and books were perfect and kept our daughter entertained whenever we were at the house. The pack-n-play was set up when we arrived, which was much appreciated after a late flight. There were tons of extra blankets and towels, including enough beach towels for a couple days. Linda was super helpful with suggestions of things to do. Would definitely recommend staying here!

10/10 recommend this place. Extremely nice. The back yard is its own little paradise. Jason and Neil are easy to work with and are very nice. Will be back whenever I come back to Tampa!

Great value!! We loved the pool area and very quiet neighborhood!

Carla was very quick to reply to my messages. we loved the large fenced in back yard so my dog could roam freely. the lanai was was welcomed. The house was beautiful and I would highly recommend this stay to anyone that is going to the area.

BEST Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at—by far! Sarah’s "The Maui on Madison" house was the perfect spot for my Memorial Day birthday weekend. The whole experience was amazing, and my friends and family were seriously impressed with how many amenities were provided. Beach chairs, towels, board games, extra toothbrushes, cooking supplies—Maui had it all. The outdoor patio lights added such a nice vibe at night, and we loved hanging out in the hammock and soaking in the hot tub. The location was also super convenient—just a 10–15 minute drive to Clearwater Beach. It was a 10/10 stay. No complaints at all. Highly recommend!

Tobey’s place was beautiful and even better than we anticipated. On top of the lovely space, Tobey’s communication and response time was exceptional.

So I left my lock box accidentally at this Airbnb. When I messaged the host, he found it and mailed it to me with absolutely no problems. I very much appreciate the initiative that this host had! the bedroom is very pretty and has the perfect vibe, lots of beautiful artwork around the house and in the room. the bathtub was super deep, great for a bubble bath. Again I just wanna say how wonderful this host genuinely is. I highly recommend this property.

We had a great stay and we're able to use the laundry room to do our laundry after a long road trip through florida. Lewie was super friendly and helpful. we would stay again for sure if we are in the area.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was a quick walk to the beach and had plenty of things to do nearby. The condo was quiet and everyone nearby was very friendly. Everything you could possibly need was in the condo and everything was also in very good condition. We look forward to staying here again in the future!!!

Beverly's place was absolutely amazing! we stayed here for our honeymoon and it couldn't have been better. it's clearly a loved place, with a beautiful, quite beach a single minute walk away, with enough nice cooking gear to cook in the place, and wonderfully comfy furniture and beds! Beverly and Phil were incredibly responsive, kind, and just all around amazing hosts! We can't recommend it highly enough and can't wait to come back! if you have never flown a kite before, pick one up at John's Pass and try it on the beach here! it's a blast!

The host was responsive and made sure we had everything needed. The apartment was exactly as described. The bed was on firm side, as we like! The location was perfect—quiet, yet close to shops, restaurants, and had sidewalks for walking in the neighborhood.

Great location; loved the screened in porch; sunsets on the beach were amazing; it was exactly what we were hoping for; will definitely stay there again!

The condo was very clean and well organized. Very spacious. The rep for Al was helpful, responded to questions quickly, very pleasant. The location was perfect for our purposes. Would recommend.
