We had an amazing time at this lake house! We brought our jet ski, enjoyed fishing right off the dock, and took full advantage of the kayaks. The house itself is spacious, beautifully decorated, and has a warm, cozy vibe. The host was very responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns. The neighbors were also super friendly. We’d absolutely love to return!

My wife and I along with another couple were thoroughly satisfied with!!! We would return! Other than going out for breakfast at the quaint and charming The Roost” in Eustace we did all our meals on the grill and/or kitchen. TV worked great! Everything was as good or even exceeded our expectations! Highly recommend this place for quite relaxing.

Wonderful home, welcoming host! We really enjoyed our stay at Kathryn’s lake house. We arrived Wednesday and left Sunday- we wish we would’ve stayed one more day. The house was incredibly clean. Brand new pots and pans. Clean bedding, floors- the place was spotless. The bathrooms are clean and modern- great water pressure. Kathryn called us prior to our arrival to answer any questions. She was welcoming and kind. I also texted her while we were there, and she responded immediately. The house has a beautiful dock- it was a nice place to fish. The backyard is huge- we brought our dog. We had tons of room to play. We all slept good. The beds are comfy. We enjoyed the screened in porch when it got windy. My son also loved the foosball table. The only negative was the neighbor had a crew working on his dock. We didn’t love the noise from their music/construction, but it was still a great trip. We would definitely stay here again. It was at the top end of our budget but 100% worth it!

Gorgeous view! Whether out on the big porch, snuggled on the couch, in the kitchen, or at the dining table we enjoyed the soothing view of the lake. Enjoyed a lot of quiet time on the sofa reading & being able to glance up at the lake view, watching the family enjoy fishing & kayaking. We loved sitting on the dock watching sunrise & sunset over the lake. The porch, with the lake view & lush yard full of trees, was a gathering spot for talking & laughing while relaxing with our coffee or drinks. A spacious kitchen stocked with cooking equipment & dishes. Close by grocery stores & Walmart so we could get anything we needed. Easily accommodated our family with plenty of well furnished and comfy rooms, cozy beds & very good AC to keep us cool. The master suite was so comfortable, with a shower & HUGE tub! Great access to tv streaming, DVD’s, books, board games, with several places to snuggle in to watch/read. Ideal lake house for our family vacation. Had the best time!

it was a wonderful blessing to be able to be out in a peace and quiet and get to visit with the family at a lovely setting. Mr Garrett took care of everything that we needed and we appreciate the serenity.

Beautiful home, great stay! Private and quiet but still close to town. My family had a wonderful time staying here for our weekend trip.

Accommodations were as expected. It was a beautiful house, and very comfortable. There were two downfalls, the outdoor TV was broken which the owner told us about the day before we left, luckily we were able to bring one from home so we could watch our Dallas Stars on the deck. The owners have a replacement on order. The second, the pool had algae on the stairs and side walls and there was a small football in the drain. In their defense, there has been a lot of rain in the area lately, but the pool maintenance man had been by on Wednesday. The owners were able to drop off a suction scrubber which we did not mind using. The owners were very responsive and very friendly. They accommodated an early check-in and late check-out. Overall, it was a great experience and I wouldn't mind visiting again.

The property was awesome for my family. It is spacious and the layout of the house, kitchen, pool, yard, fence, game room is perfect, hardly any through vehicle traffic. Everyone felt comfortable and safe. The host was outstanding very helpful in retrieving forgotten items 😅.

Tom was very quick to respond to any questions that I had. He gave me all the information for check-in ahead of time and was even kind enough to let us check-in a little early! We loved staying here and had a great time. If you end up booking this place I highly suggest you use the chair under the tree! We also had a great time taking the Kayaks out on the lake.

We stayed here for our wedding and had a great time. The house had plenty of room and was clean. Owner was very responsive when we had questions.

I stayed at Angel's place for over 2 months. I was working out of town. Angel's ace had everything i needed to be comfortable. It was quiet and peaceful place to come to after working. The on site laundry facilities were a great bonus to my stay. I would definitely recommend Angel's place to for business or pleasure 👍

This home felt like a relaxing resort! The property was gorgeous and it was the perfect set up for larger groups. We spent a lot of time hanging out on the property and conversing in the living space. All the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of linens and towels to go around. We would definitely stay here again!

Great host. Very responsive. Great place. Kitchen was full of utensils, like pots and pans. Nice location. Easy access to the highway.

I stayed at this Airbnb for a few days while on a business trip. The place looks just like the pictures. One of the most important factors I look for is cleanliness and safety, and this place delivered on both. No complaints.

Jeff & Leslie have a beautiful little cabin surrounded by true beauty and peace. I enjoyed yoga on the dock listening to the sounds of birds chirping and water flowing. The kids loved the bonfire, and the little visitors we had. (Bunnies, birds, squirrels) overall, loved the location, the place had everything I needed. Not once did I need something they did not have. I cooked several meals and we had a nice time unwinding and relaxing away from the big city. Would definitely return.

We were very pleased with our 6 night stay. Our GPS took us right there but we were also given clear written directions. Any questions we had were promptly answered . The apartment complex borders on the city park which gave us privacy and a quiet environment . Our little dog had a great area to have daily walks. The apartment looked just like the pictures and had all the comforts of home. We really liked having a laundry available to us in the building as well. We could continue our travels with clean clothes. That was so convenient. We had a great stay . We highly recommend this Airbnb.

We were so pleased with our stay. Everything was even better than expected and the pictures didn’t begin to do it justice. The home, grounds and surroundings were beautiful. We spent the majority of our time on the screened in porch and our dogs loved the freedom of the fenced in yard. Kathy was warm, engaging and made us feel very welcomed. We wished we were able to stay longer and we wish only success and happiness for Kathy.

Good location for Trade Days, nice and quiet place to stay when coming to town the rest of the month.

Five stars is not enough! Jen & Russell were outstanding hosts - so patient and kind with our grandgirls. The girls were over the moon about all the animals and couldn’t wait to get back out in the pasture to greet them all on our second day. They absolutely loved every second we spent there. The stories of each animal and the dedication of Jen & Russell towards each of them was truly inspiring. We created memories at Rosie’s that will last a lifetime. Oh, and the cabin was perfect!! We’ll be back! Highly recommend!!
