The place was just as described. The host took care of requests promptly. The location worked out well for us. Highly recommend.

Great host! Had some extra charges for the property that felt unnecessary but it was quant and was good for what I was looking for. Great little spot to relax and do nothing for the weekend!

Basil was extremely accommodating during our stay - they were always responsive to any questions we had to make sure we had the best experience during our time. The location was perfect for our use. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Additionally, the home was very comfortable, well stocked with amenities and we felt right at home. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home to others.

We had a very nice time at this location. Our group enjoyed the jacuzzi, grill, and nice location. For a large group there are a lot of multi purpose use spaces and we would stay here again!

The house is very spacious and comfortable, well stocked, great master shower, updated bathrooms, great kitchen for cooking and hanging out. The backyard is beautiful, pool and spa were lovely and we really enjoyed the views of the mountains in the daytime and stars at night. Jerry was very responsive to all our questions. The only con I would mention is that the house is near the airport. Our first night there were quite a few planes coming in to land at PSP, flying low and right over the house. Jerry mentioned this is pretty unusual, and the rest of the stay planes were noticeable but did not fly directly overhead. Would definitely still recommend, and would stay here again.

The house is beautiful, we were a big group that visited Palm Springs to attend Coachella. Ideal for it, very close to the shuttle, clean and spacious for a big group. Hosts are very hospitable, prompt on text and accommodating. Would highly recommend.

Loved our stay here! The location was close to the airport and downtown, making getting around easy. The airbrb was well stocked, especially appreciated the amount of towels provided. Veronika was proactive in her communication making check in & out seemless!

I loved the place it was so nice. Diana was so friendly and helpful she answered any questions I had and even gave some recommendations on some stuff around the area. I would definitely stay at one of her places again in a heart beat.

Stacey’s home was just what we needed! It is so beautiful and quiet out here! We enjoyed the warm pool and amazing common areas. The beds are so comfortable. We really enjoyed this home and hope to come back soon!!!!

Great place to stay in Palm Springs. The house is big, comfy and has a great view over the country club. Totally recommend!

Amazing beautiful property/home! Pictures don’t do justice on how great this place is. So private and peaceful. Came down for an event but wanted to just stay at the house and enjoy it! Plenty of space for big family’s/groups, has everything you need from extra towels/blankets to a fully stocked with kitchen. Backyard is an oasis. Would definitely recommend! And can’t forget the hosts, I had the pleasure of meeting Steven and he was so flexible with our check in/out and just one of the nicest hosts I’ve had in a long time!

Our stay was amazing. We did a family trip to Palm springs and this house was absolutely perfect and exactly as described and shown in the photos. The house was in a great location, close to everything. The place was very clean and the pool area was huge with plenty of space to enjoy the sun. The hosts were great at communicating, with clear instructions and fast response times. I would 10/10 recommend this place to stay if visiting Palm Springs. We will be back

The house is beautiful. Every element is aesthetically pleasing - clean, modern, elegant but also cozy. I loved the primary suite, especially the resort-style bathroom. Amazing shower! The kitchen is expansive and fully-stocked. Appliances are modern/top of the line. The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful and quiet. The pool and hot tub were amazing. I didn't make use of the fire pit so can't comment on that. When it's very windy, the backyard can get a bit dusty - which is normal in the desert - and a very minor thing. Jill (and Terry) are excellent hosts. They were very responsive, friendly and helpful. I am looking forward to the next opportunity to be in the area and rent this house again!

Great place for our family to hang out in and close to Joshua tree national Park. Plenty of things for the kids to do in the house. Great host communication.

This house is a true gem of Palm Springs. We came for a long weekend and the space as absolutely as described. Plenty of room to spread out inside and outside the house. The pool is outstanding and the hot tub is an added bonus, especially for cool nights. We really liked the layout of the house, with the casita on the side for anyone that needs extra privacy. The location is in a quiet neighborhood but also close to the main strip and restaurants. We would not hesitate to stay here again, thank you for hosting us, A+++!

We loved our stay at the villa! It’s decorated nicely and had a well equipped kitchen with spices and all the dishes and kitchen equipment we needed to cook multiple meals. The bbq worked great and we really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub (and the gorgeous sunrise from the back yard!). It’s close to downtown and nice to walk around the neighborhood. We will book again when we come back to Palm Springs!

Daniela's home was the perfect stay! 6 of us girls in our 30's stayed here for a bachelorette. The house is even better than the pictures. We all had ample space for sleeping/getting ready and the common areas were well designed. The Casita being detached from the main house worked well for our group so one of the attendees could have her own space. The kitchen was the single best stocked kitchen I've ever seen in an Airbnb, we had a private chef come one night and they loved the space. We didn't get much use of the pool given the weather during our stay but the outside area is beautiful (stunning view) and loved that the pool isn't chlorinated. The area felt very safe and was really quiet at night which was great. Daniela was a great host, always responsive and giving thoughtful recommendations on things to do or if we should heat the pool.
