It is SUCH a pleasure to be able to walk to Joshua Tree Saloon, Restaurants, JT Coffee, Sky High Pizza, Farmers Market, boutiques and not worry about parking. No need for a car except for a 5 minute drive to JT Park gate. Fenced yard for dogs. Updated & remodeled. You cannot get closer to the park without camping. Free firewood. The home is great for couples, singles, hikers climbers. Fenced for safety if you want to bring your dog. Dogs only, no other type of pets. Perfect for work or play.

The host is wonderful and very responsive. The location can’t be beat! Right on the creek with floor to ceiling windows. With a short walk we were at the brewery and were near the shops, pharmacy, galleries, and great restaurants. The property has many bird feeders that are visited by colorful birds and squirrels. The home is pet-friendly with a fantastic fenced yard and large bolstered dog bed. Our dog had so much to sniff, and she rested comfortably while inside. What isn’t noted in the description is that although there are 2 bathrooms, there is only 1 shower and no tub. The bathroom without a shower or tub is carpeted and doesn’t have a heating source. Although the home is a bit dated, it is totally worth staying in. It’s bright, comfy, well located, the furnishings are cute, the fireplace is lovely, the aromatherapy humidifier is awesome, and the host is fantastic!

Wow, wow, wow! All the details and thoughts the host(s) put in this place seemed to exclaim, "Welcome!" This place, by far, has proven to be one of the best Airbnb's my family has ever stayed in and appreciated safe accommodation for my family and my pet. Stevie provided clear communication on check-in and check-out instructions and by the way of ample provision of supplies, we did not need to contact the host(s) for anything lacking during our stay. We absolutely loved the peaceful landscape surrounding the property and beautiful desert plants all around. The enclosure provided a safe environment for my pet to run around to her heart's content and gated vehicle entry was much appreciated. The driveway was lined with reflectors and guiding lights, leaving and entering after dark was no trouble at all. Located only 10 minutes from North Entrance of Joshua Tree NP, we visited the park daily with a 7-day park entry pass. Thank you, James and Stevie, for your hospitality!

We stayed here during the first weekend of Coachella and it was well worth the drive! Wished we could’ve stayed longer to enjoy all that it has to offer, especially in the area. Ghazal’s home is exactly like the photos, and we enjoyed the jacuzzi after a long day. It’s perfect and quiet, literally a home away from home. Definitely will be back when we visit again!

We had a great stay and would return. Nikki, the host, was very responsive and accommodating. Check-in was seamless, and the instructions were clear. The prime location is just a short walk from downtown and a grocery store. The spacious house has a beautiful interior with generously sized rooms perfect for couples or individuals. The heated pool and Jacuzzi were great, and the jacuzzi took about 30 minutes to warm up. The house was well-stocked with basic necessities. The only minor drawbacks were the occasional plane noise and the slightly firmer beds than we preferred. However, these are subjective preferences. The exterior of the house did show some wear and tear, which is typical for an older property, but it had no impact on our stay. Overall, we were thoroughly impressed with this property and the host. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the area.

We loved our stay in La Quinta at Casa del Julian. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. The layout of the house is comfortable. Bedrooms are very spacious. Appliances are in pristine condition. The housekeeping is impeccable. We would have like a few more lamps 😉 We appreciated that our host, Nadia, is friendly and extremely organized. She sent detailed directions ahead of time on how to use the hot tub as well as house rules. We will stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Diane’s place! The place looked even better than the photos but most importantly it FELT great. Great location, surrounded by epic views of Joshua Tree. The bed was comfortable, kitchen was spacious and outside patio area was lovely too. Thanks for an awesome stay Diane 😊
