Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Northern New Mexico

The apartment was very nice and exactly as listed. The price was definitely worth the last minute rental, especially during UNM graduation weekend. The only complaint was that the building was slightly dated and needs some minor sprucing up of the paint and blinds in the rooms. One bedroom had curtains to block out some more light, and the other bedroom didn't have curtains, so when the sun was up...so were you. All in all, the home was clean and completely adequate for the weekend. We have rented previously from this owner and I think our expectation was based on the previous rental which was newer and very clean and well put together. This rental seemed quickly put together. Again, it was good for the weekend and we honestly mainly slept there b/c we were busy all weekend. Taryn is a great host and very responsive EVERY time we reached out. If you like coffee, go to Little Bear which is just up the road!

Quiet, nice view of the mountains, very clean, 40 steps to the third story. Had a very well stocked kitchen. Everything we needed. Recommend.

The place is clean, comfortable, and central to everything! Definitely a great place to stay while visiting Trinidad. Would absolutely visit again!

Ricks place was well located, we have family in the area so we did alot of visiting. A very cool white Christmas. I will be back again so day.

This was exactly what we were looking for on our trip to Pagosa Springs! Close to town but far enough away to enjoy the quiet mountain air. We really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after our days in town. We also appreciated all of the other amenities and the cozy-ness of the home!

I had a great time staying at Leah's place. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Her place is also in a very nice looking neighborhood. Leah's place also provided what I needed to do some laundry. The Indian Pueblo Cultural Center is an easy walk from her Airbnb.

My kids loved staying in this home. They felt right at home and actually didn’t want to leave. It was big enough for my family to fit comfortably. We all slept on a bed. Most places that I looked at you would have to sleep on a sofa bed or a single bed. This place had nice big beds. We had a lovely stay thank you Katey for having us in your place. We would definitely love to be back.

The house was absolutely lovely. I'm a big fan of mid-century modern and I loved the decor and felt right at home. The bedroom and living room furnishings were attractive and comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. Loved the open floor plan with a big counter bar with seating for hanging out and visiting while cooking. The bathroom walk in shower had fun tile and nice fixtures. The backyard was wonderful with comfy seating, a fabulous shade tree, a fun hammock and a great outdoor hot tub with powerful jets. My husband was recovering from a new sports injury and we spent a lot more time at the house than originally planned but we still had a great vacation because the house was so fun and comfortable. Wonderful nearby shops and eateries and much within walking distance. Clafoutis french bakery was excellent, nearby and even affordable. We'll be back to see more of Santa Fe and hope to stay here again. Thanks for a great intro trip to Santa Fe!

We had a great stay at this spacious 3-bedroom Airbnb! The house was very clean, well-maintained, and felt just like home. Close to the old town, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area! .

This place was outstanding plenty of room had absolutely everything you need just felt right at home. Plenty of nearby restaurants and of course your local Walmart! Our host John was beyond helpful with everything I highly recommend his place you won’t regret it.

I absolutely loved my stay at Velma and Jude’s condo. The condo was more roomy than I imagined. The kitchen was beautiful and I loved cooking meals at their place. The condo was comfortable and had everything I needed even for my short stay. The neighbors were quiet and the place in general was very calm with little to no traffic noise. The room was beautiful and her place was beautiful I loved the little details around the place and would definitely come back and stay again. It was perfect for me!

The location was perfect. Just a short walk to the bus and ski lifts both. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed. Would recommend for sure!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this modern, updated yet cozy condo. The kitchen and bathroom were pristine and so beautiful with all of the new brass and gold fixtures. The bed was extremely comfortable. This was the perfect place for a couple to settle in, get comfortable, and relax. Melissa was easy to communicate with and was so very thorough and kind. We would love to stay here again in the future.

A fantastic place in a great, quiet location in Durango. We also enjoyed the public/community pool for an afternoon which was a nice bonus.

This condo was perfect for our stay. The location is very close to multiple local restaurants that are delicious. We drove up to Wolf Creek to ski multiple days and getting in and out from the condo could not have been easier. The unit itself was very nice. It had two nice sized bedrooms including one king size bed which is unique in my experience on Airbnb. They have a nice comfortable sectional couch that is quite large and easily accommodates multiple people while relaxing. Check in was easy and communication was perfect. I would stay here again.

Very nice location, very little traffic to deal with near the condo. Very well located for us three minutes from the soccer fields and five minutes from downtown for lunch and dinner. The condo itself was top notch. This would be my first choice to stay in when we return for next year's tournament.
