The Cozy Escape (PS5,netflix)

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Our cozy house is located in a very centralized area of Albuquerque which has a variety of possibilities, like coffee shops, pubs, malls, restaurants, hospitals, wellness centers, and beautiful parks. Guest access Entire house with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One queen bed, a full bed, and another full bed. Office spaces in two of the rooms. High speed wifi with Netflix, Hulu, prime video, and a ps5. With an oasis of a backyard.

The Cozy Corrales Casita (Little House)

This Corrales casita is minutes to town but set back in the quiet, small farm community of Corrales. We are located on the popular corrales acequia (waterway) which you can walk/bike to the farmers market, bistros, wineries, breweries, shops and the Rio Grande Bosque and river. Our 500 sqft casita has all the amenities you need with the coziness of your own modern farmhouse. We live in the home next door and are happy to help with anything you need. No Oven/Stove due to Corrales Rules.

The Getaway

La Casita is a cozy, private studio space with a queen bed and a separate bathroom. The kitchenette is equipped for simple meals. There is a loveseat, dining table with two chairs, desk, hangers and a dresser. The front porch has seating and the private back patio has a lighted pergola, dining furniture, & Sandia mountain views. Balloon Fiesta Park is nearby & balloons fly nearby year-round. Situated at the crossroads of culture & vistas! UP TO 2 DOGS WELCOME, NO CATS.

Casita on Rio Grande Riverside Park

Experience the absolute quiet of your private 500 sq. ft. casita. You will access the space via a secure walkway connected to the main house through a plant room. Once inside the casita, you will have complete privacy surrounded by the quiet Corrales Bosque. The Bosque Trail runs directly behind your casita. You can walk, bike, or jog along the acequia (waterway) or wander along the Rio Grande River and gaze at the majestic Sandia Mountain across the water.

The home is located on the Northwest of Albuquerque minutes from cottonwood mall. It has a remote/key less entry- you will never have to carry keys or worry about misplacing them. Featuring living rooms, kitchen, dining room, laundry room, & 1 1/2 bathrooms. Enjoy a restful night of sleep in a king size bed with soft, cozy bedding. Easy access to Paseo Del Norte,just a short drive to the famous Balloon fiesta. Early check in if available
