Apartment vacation rentals in North Miami

Highly recommend!!!! We had a great time. It was a great location for us, close to a conference at the Diplomat, which was extremely accessible a block or so away. And Publix is a couple blocks away. Perfect beach and pool experience. Keep an eye out for the instructions for check in as there are a few steps. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was paid but super easy to use. There are a ton of beach toys and supplies. The kitchen was also super well stocked. And a playground just off the beach about a half mile down, we walked via the beach with kids. Very reasonable price as well. If you're considering it, go for it!!

Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen, da man die Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür hat und der traumhafte Strand nur 2-3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Alles war sauber und man hatte sogar Strandstühle und einen Sonnenschirm. Absolut empfehlenswert.

I had such a lovely time staying at this property. Really accommodating and responsive hosts, they provided detailed instructions regarding check in and answered my queries promptly. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures and felt so homely. It is also nearby a mall and food places which was always handy! I’d definitely stay here again when I’m next in Florida.

Excellent spot in a place that is easy to access. Some walkable stores close by, including a Starbucks a few steps away. The apartment is smaller but clean, well thought out and as seen in the pictures. Definitely recommend for value, peacefulness and accessible to getting around. Me and my two boys had a great time here for a few days.

Love the location of this condo with access to beach! It was beautiful, spacious and accommodating for my friends. The host was highly responsive and communicated well! I would def stay here again.

Great updated place with a beautifully updated kitchen/living area. Has great views off the deck and from the living area. The pool area when you enter is also a great added bonus. Beds are super comfy, and the apartment was very clean overall. Very easy to find, and in a great location near Los Olas. Would def stay again.

Communication with Host was easy and fast, he was very responsive all the time. You had everything you needed, small fridge, microwave, electric stove, Keurig Coffee maker, tea, sugar, creamers, bathroom, TV, Wi-fi, parking spot, shampoo and conditioner. I mean everything. Only downside is that they didn’t have chamomile tea. haha, JK! For real, they had everything you needed and they welcomed us with a sprite, coke, water and crackers. Everything was clean and organized and we slept like a baby. From check in to check out everything was perfect. Thank you again Francisco. We will definitely be going back.

The place was very clean and just like the listing. She got back to me quickly and was very friendly in her messages. very helpful to have a washer and dryer!!

The host, Donna was super nice... We were delayed until very late due to a missed flight, and she was super accommodating, staying up quite late to watch her phone to ensure we made it in safely. The unit is in a cute, classic condo, and is steps from a *gorgeous* beach. It's also super convenient to quite a few great places to eat, a great coffee place, a nice brunch spot, and a burger place and a Mediterranean spot almost across the street. The permitted parking is a great plus in an area where parking is almost insanely in demand.

Garden was beautiful and the private area with hot tub felt a like a personal hot spring oasis.

Location is fantastic but it is south beach so although it’s a peaceful place, don’t expect it to be totally quiet when you’re in the heart of it. The place works, no frills, and if you plan to spend your time outside - which you want in SoBe - then it is good. If you want luxury conditions like premium linens and upscale furnishings, then I would recommend something else. Incredible restaurants downstairs, don’t miss the Kava bar downstairs - (get the kava only with chai and whipped cream or kava & pineapple)! The fridge & kitchen are enough for leftovers and beach snacks but not a full kitchen ready to make full meals - plan to enjoy the amazing location’s restaurants. Leslie gave awesome recommendations and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you for making everything easy and flexible! Also the front desk is super kind and lovely too.

The Maria was wonderful! I was visiting from NY for F1 weekend and I’m glad I picked this place. Maria accommodated me with my check in and check out times to work around my schedule and that truly made my trip and overall stay a lot better. The place was beautiful and very clean. I will definitely be staying here next time I come back. Thanks again Maria!

Sarah and Brad were great and replied to any questions. . The place is as beautiful just as it looks online.

John's place was spacious and clean. The amenities and location were amazing for exploring Wynwood and Miami Beach. We took our scooters and and explored Wynwood during the day and Uber and walked at night. The gym and pool were great. Parking, and the apartment location near the elevator was awesome as well. We really enjoyed our weekend.
