Dharma is very responsive and immediately available. He was very accommodating. I was there with my kids for spring break and we got in very early, he was able to work out an early check in. The location works for going both north or south beach and even downtown. The location was very clean. The pools are nice and the beach is walking distance. The elevator is a little slow and the floor looks different from the rest. But that’s no fault of the host. I would definitely stay again.

The space was clean, stylish, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was also incredibly responsive and helpful. We had an amazing experience at this Airbnb. The host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, including providing local tips and recommendations. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a wonderful refuge among the craziness of South Beach. The apartment itself is roomy, bright, practical, clean and nicely decorated. There was plenty of space for 3 of us and even though there are many other apartments, we felt like we had peaceful privacy. The surroundings are beautiful, on a residential block right off the water, yet it's walkable to anywhere and Citi Bike stations are plentiful. We had only one issue that was out of the host's control-someone parked in our dedicated parking spot late Saturday night and we had to use public street parking when we got back from dancing at the wee hours of the morning. Nothing we couldn't handle, but it would have been perfect had we not had this small hiccup. The hosts extended our checkout our checkout until noon on Sunday and that was very helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Terri’s place is at a drivable distance from Little Havana

Communication with Host was easy and fast, he was very responsive all the time. You had everything you needed, small fridge, microwave, electric stove, Keurig Coffee maker, tea, sugar, creamers, bathroom, TV, Wi-fi, parking spot, shampoo and conditioner. I mean everything. Only downside is that they didn’t have chamomile tea. haha, JK! For real, they had everything you needed and they welcomed us with a sprite, coke, water and crackers. Everything was clean and organized and we slept like a baby. From check in to check out everything was perfect. Thank you again Francisco. We will definitely be going back.

The place was very clean and just like the listing. She got back to me quickly and was very friendly in her messages. very helpful to have a washer and dryer!!

This was the perfect place for an adult weekend away in Miami prior to our week long cruise. The location was amazing, being on the beach was exactly what we were looking for. The beds were very comfortable and we had no complaints at all while we were there! The cute coffee shop in the lobby was definitely a win, they were fast, friendly, and the coffee was amazing!

Location is fantastic but it is south beach so although it’s a peaceful place, don’t expect it to be totally quiet when you’re in the heart of it. The place works, no frills, and if you plan to spend your time outside - which you want in SoBe - then it is good. If you want luxury conditions like premium linens and upscale furnishings, then I would recommend something else. Incredible restaurants downstairs, don’t miss the Kava bar downstairs - (get the kava only with chai and whipped cream or kava & pineapple)! The fridge & kitchen are enough for leftovers and beach snacks but not a full kitchen ready to make full meals - plan to enjoy the amazing location’s restaurants. Leslie gave awesome recommendations and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you for making everything easy and flexible! Also the front desk is super kind and lovely too.

The Maria was wonderful! I was visiting from NY for F1 weekend and I’m glad I picked this place. Maria accommodated me with my check in and check out times to work around my schedule and that truly made my trip and overall stay a lot better. The place was beautiful and very clean. I will definitely be staying here next time I come back. Thanks again Maria!

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Frost’s place, and I cannot recommend it enough! The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect – just a short walk to the local shops and restaurants. Frost was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing great recommendations for places to visit in the area. Check-in was a breeze, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches, like fresh towels and complimentary drinks. Overall, this was an exceptional experience, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit. Thank you, Frost, for being such a wonderful host!

John's place was spacious and clean. The amenities and location were amazing for exploring Wynwood and Miami Beach. We took our scooters and and explored Wynwood during the day and Uber and walked at night. The gym and pool were great. Parking, and the apartment location near the elevator was awesome as well. We really enjoyed our weekend.

We loved the place! We had a great experience, the appartment is in a great location, with an easy and hassle-free access to the beach, very helpful staff near the pool, great crowd, and, Shani and Chris, the hosts, are amazing!

Our stay at Adam’s property in Miami was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The space was clean and exactly as described. We loved the fact that we had a fully equipped kitchen and the peaceful outdoor area with Jacuzzi! Adam was incredibly responsive, kind, and generous with local tips and recommendations. It’s clear they truly care about their guests’ experience. The location was perfect — close to everything we wanted to explore, yet tucked away enough to relax and unwind after a day out in the city. We created so many beautiful memories during our time here, and we’re so grateful for the warmth and hospitality. If you’re visiting Miami, this is the place to stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again and will be recommending it to friends and family!
