Vacation rentals with a pool in North Historic District, Savannah

Gorgeous space, so clean and beautifully maintained yard. Great for a group trip and secluded from town yet close enough to all of the action! Would 100% book again if I am ever back, thank you for being so responsive as well!

Everything from check-in to check-out was amazing. The house was clean and free of clutter, the coffee maker was easy to use, the kitchen amenities were as advertised. The home was welcoming and cool upon arrival and it was easy to get into the home. The instructions were clear and the book provided was an amazing help. Nothing went awry in the home and we will be booking again. The host was responsive and always willing to help. She afforded us to check-in earlier and we were blown away. The bedrooms were beautiful and the home was very aesthetically pleasing. The neighborhood was beautiful and it was close to a grocery store and our event destination. Again it was an overall amazing experience and when we visit again we hope to book you again. Thank you all for everything.

**5 stars – A Wonderful Stay at Milan’s Place!** I had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at Milan’s place! From the moment I arrived, everything was just as described – clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. Milan was an exceptional host: communicative and welcoming. The house itself was cozy and stylish, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing visit. The location was perfect – close to great cafes and some of the best spots in the city. It really felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting the area. Thank you, Milan, for making my trip so memorable!

Highly recommend for anyone staying in the area. Spacious, clean and perfect for the family. Kids enjoyed the pool and of course, ping pong. Amenities were plentiful! Hristina has all the details covered. We will most definitely be back!

Spacious home for a single family--quiet neighborhood yet central to Savannah's attractions. We had a few concerns with cleanliness of the pool and hot tub upon arrival, but after reaching out to host the issue was resolved within 3 days and we were satisfied with the outcome. Back yard is very private, fire pit you must provide your own wood. Propane tank for grill was empty, but we are not big grillers so this was not a concern for us. Plenty of extra towels and blankets, and the on-site laundry is a great perk. We used the kitchen our entire stay; plenty of cookware and dishes/silverware. Plan on bringing your own cooking aids (spices, oil) as well as other necessities depending on length of stay (there was only one garbage bag, one roll of paper towels, very little dishwashing detergent, no laundry soap/etc). A quiet and calm place to stay just outside of Savannah.

Really cozy and everything was exactly ad described. Everything was very clean and the kitchen well equipped. Totally met our expectations and we will definitely be staying there again :)

Great place to stay! Clean room, clean beach, clean pool. Very quiet and peaceful. Met lots of great people and found lots of good food in the area! Added beach chairs in the condo were a plus! Instructions and directions were clear and given on time! Perfect stay for 2! Had a great time!

Amber is the best, as well as her co-hosts! She was quick to respond to any and all questions. The condo was neat and clean and had all we could need and more! The balcony had an amazing view! TV is super nice and HUGE! Pool is very nice and clean! Towels and thick and nice! Everything is super nice and we will book again!!

This is a quiet, very clean place with a quiet beach. Exactly what we wanted. The condo is near Savannah yet has plenty of beach access. The best part, watching dolphins playing in the water behind the condo. Take your binoculars with you!

Perfect location with an easy walk to the beach and pool. The property had all amenities, as described, which made a quick last minute beach trip hassle free. We look forward to staying again in the future.

Sand Dollar is a great place to stay and enjoy, especially with family. A very secured and peaceful place with private beach. We got to see some Dolphins in the Atlantic ,jumping, made the stay worth even more. Place is near to local attractions too. Will surely recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Tybee Island. Thanks to Kristina. She was a great host.

Pro's: We stayed for the 1st time here for our 1 year anniversary and it was perfect. 3rd floor corner unit...pool view and ocean view with a private balcony. In the morning we would watch the dolphins and afternoons watch the sunsets. Beach and access are right there. The unit was very clean and spacious enough for the 2 of us. Con's: The bedroom tends to be a little warmer than rest of unit and the main space a lot cooler, bring an extra blanket. There is a ceiling fan in the bedroom, but we travel with a fan 😉 so it was ok. There are blinds in the bedroom but no curtains to block out the outdoor security lighting at night and the early morning sunrise so if you like to sleep in the dark and sleep in, be prepared. We will definitely be back again, already checking dates!!
