Kid-friendly vacation rentals in North Historic District, Savannah

Micheal and Anna’s place was a perfect place to stay for our girls’ getaway. With Forsyth Park close by, we were able to walk to most of our destinations. What a gem of a place. Savannah did not disappoint.

It was very accommodating for our family’s needs. The beds were soft and cozy. It was great for a good night’s rest. The owners were very helpful and understanding when we needed to make changes to stay. We recommend this place for anyone looking for a place to stay. Oh and definitely pay attention to the note about parking on street sweep and trash pick up days.

Ian was very responsive! It was great staying here , 20 mins from Downtown Savannah , I have no complaints!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The home is nestled in a peaceful, charming neighborhood, making it the perfect retreat. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, and the washer and dryer were incredibly convenient—a real lifesaver during our trip. Highly recommend this lovely home!

We drove down to Tybee Island for a long weekend. This was the perfect spot to rest and relax, take a casual stroll to get a bite of food and a drink and a great hopping off point to explore Tybee Island and Savannah. The location of the house was very easy to find with the provided directions and felt very safe/quiet. The hosts were also very responsive and helpful. We would definitely recommend staying here for a small group or family.

Highly recommend for anyone staying in the area. Spacious, clean and perfect for the family. Kids enjoyed the pool and of course, ping pong. Amenities were plentiful! Hristina has all the details covered. We will most definitely be back!

Hosts were very friendly and provided simple instructions for check-in and check-out. Nice, quiet neighborhood close to gas stations and restaurants. Jalapeños was a quick dinner choice as it was only 3 min away & it did not disappoint. We only stayed one night but would definitely love to stay again in the future.

Jodi has been nothing but a great host and the place is in a great location right next to all the shops and bars! And only a 2 mins from the beach! Parking is tight! But there is space! Room is great but the bar next door can be loud at time but if you have the A/C on and tv you can barely hear it, all and all this place was great! Would definitely visit again!

Solid place, some artifacts of it being a pet friendly place, and some floor boards were getting pretty old, but a nice pleasant stay.

What a wonderful experience staying in Anne’s apartment! Beautifully decorated and appointed, we were totally at home and had everything we needed to feel like temporary locals. It was the perfect location from which to explore Savannah, including nearby Forsyth Park, and we loved spending time reading at the end of the day in our private courtyard. The apartment was spotless, the bed super comfy with lovely linens, and the kitchen very well-appointed. We loved our stay and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended. Thanks, Anne!

This suite is located in a very quiet neighborhood walkable to anywhere in the Historic district. Lots of hot water and great water pressure (not always available in Savannah rentals) Plenty of towels and wash cloths. Loved all of the artwork on display in this first floor suite/1 bedroom apartment. We really enjoyed our stay!

The place was comfortable, clean, and in an unbeatable location. Extremely walkable and close to so many attractions, restaurants, and shops. Gabe was very accommodating and responsive. He handled an issue right away, which was really appreciated. I’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area!

We loved staying at Michael’s! I was traveling with my dog from Brooklyn for work/ vacation. We wanted an Airbnb in the neighborhood I am looking to live and this place is PERFECT! I immediately felt right at home. The home is charming, comfortable, and had everything we needed. There is a fenced in park my dog could run around in. Michael was around if I ever needed anything and was such a delight to get to know. He even watched my dog while I was working!! Such a great guy! The location was incredible - walking distance to amazing restaurants, bars, shops, Forsyth Park. Less than 10 mins drive anywhere else. This was a great Airbnb experience and we will definitely be back soon! Thank you again for having us!

We stayed one night while in town for a Savannah Bananas game. Mary was very quick to respond and super friendly. The place was clean, easy to access, and convenient. I can appreciate simple check out instructions.

A gem! Historic home is gorgeous and in a great location. Easy to walk to the park, around the city and many sightseeing locations. Location felt safe. There are chairs and umbrella available if you go to the beach! Beds are comfy and we didn’t hear any noise from upstairs or the town. Would stay again!

We absolutely loved Sandy Feet!!! Amber is amazing- the place was exactly as described! It was perfect for our family and loved the location:) I would recommend this to anyone. I’m sure we will be back!

The condo was exactly what we’d hoped for. Close to the beach, and walkable to just about everything. Very clean and beautiful. My kiddos loved the bunk beds (though probably only big enough for children, not adults). We had a blast and hope to come back again sometime.

Highly recommend. Steve was extremely accommodating and provided check in instructions with great detail of finding the condo. Upon check in I noticed all the information located on the table with instructions for everything needed for the condo, maps of the island, recommendations of places to see, restaurants, etc. They did a wonderful job providing you with everything you need in the condo, bathrooms, and kitchen. Very pleased with my stay! Will be back! Recommendations- rent the golf cart! It’s a great way to truly enjoy the island.

This is a beautiful condo! It is decorated so cute! Plenty of room for all 7 of us. It had everything we needed. The balcony faces the ocean and it was so beautiful! The pool was not far away and the onsite restaurant is fantastic! We could easily walk to shops and other restaurants. We will definitely rent this condo again!

Sand Dollar is a great place to stay and enjoy, especially with family. A very secured and peaceful place with private beach. We got to see some Dolphins in the Atlantic ,jumping, made the stay worth even more. Place is near to local attractions too. Will surely recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Tybee Island. Thanks to Kristina. She was a great host.

We were so fortunate to get to book this last minute little piece of paradise. The location was perfect for a quiet and peaceful vacation. We particularly enjoyed watching the cargo ships from our balcony view. The condo was perfectly stocked and everything was very clean. We had a nice drive into Savannah 2 days for sightseeing. The local restaurants serve delicious food! Steve gave great information about the check in process and other helpful things to know about Tybee Island. This condo is located on the 3rd floor. There is not an elevator on site and this wasn't a problem for us but it was good information to know. I would highly recommend this condo for a quiet vacation get away!

Location is great. Furniture is a little shaky and worn in well but functions well, beds were comfortable enough. Owner very responsive and nice. It had everything we needed.
