Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in New Smyrna Beach

Joanna’s place is great! Exactly as pictured- very clean and Joanna responds right away if need something. Pool was perfect for teenage kids- and had a great pool day when beaches were red flagged. Has everything that need!! Kids enjoyed taking a bike ride together. Definitely would stay here again!!

Yomar was so accommodating and made our stay wonderful! The house was spotless and had everything you could need. I would absolutely stay here again.

Very nice house with interesting interior decorating. Has a miniature billiards table the kids loved. The open kitchen area was a popular space to congregate and the 4 bathrooms were very comfortable to use. All the beds were comfortable some king sized. Good place my family enjoyed.

we had something come up last min with our airbnb and had to leave early. I asked if we could check in early and they let us drop our belongings off before check in. Very kind and quick response. Great guest, will be back if in area!

I would give 10 stars if I could! Dawns place is absolutely beautiful inside and out! We traveled as a group of 8 people ages ranging from 15 to 42, along with our 3 furbabies. Dawn herself greeted us there and gave us a quick tutorial on how to use all the fancy gadgets in her home. Very friendly and quick to respond if you need anything! As we arrived later than we had intended she had some nice goodies for us, some adult beverages, pizzas...we had for dinner (BONUS) as we did not feel like going back out after a long trip, even some bacon and eggs for breakfast! I could go on and on about this gorgeous relaxing home, from the pool/backyard oasis, large property/yard for privacy and the doggos, to the snazzy gadgets, the coffee maker, and even the toilets in the bathrooms. Oh and don't get me started on the beds!!! I absolutely loved them and miss it already! 100 out of 10 recommended! We enjoyed our stay beyond what we imagined. Already planning to go back soon! *VERY PRIVATE*

Fantastic stat especially if you are wanting to hit up a lot of the florida parks and springs. Greg was super friendly and responsive as well!

Great to stay at this fantastic place, was absolutely just what we needed. Myself and two friends came over from England to attend Welcome To Rockville and this was the perfect base for us. Chis was next level helpful when it came to any questions that needed answering. Already thinking of next year’s festival and Chris will be the first person I contact to see if this place is available.

The place was just as described. Very nice and clean. We had no problems at all. We would definitely recommend to anyone for a nice quiet stay not far from lots to do.

We had a wonderful stay! The space was perfect for two adults and a child—clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was great, within walking distance to everything we needed. The Retro Loft was a great place to stay for an event taking place in Daytona. It was close enough to commute to the event, but far enough out of the bustle of Daytona. The space was clean and roomy. It is evident that Sandra takes pride in the space and wants her guests to have a comfortable stay. Loved the vintage design. Thank you for an amazing stay!!

We loved Nadine’s place! It felt so cozy and like a home away from home! I would definitely recommend it and will absolutely stay here again if I am in the area!

Sharon was a wonderful host. She was communicative, friendly, and helpful. The unit is very cute and well-kept. I felt at home. The restaurant directly across the street, Izzy’s, was great and I enjoyed having meals on the balcony of Sharon’s unit while looking out at the ocean. Easy access and quiet area. Sharon went above and beyond. Thank you!!!

Amy's place was absolutely beautiful and my husband and I felt right at home. it was cozy and had everything you could think of. From cooking utensils and pots and pans to bench supplies. Amy was an excellent host and responded very quickly to any questions we had. She even took time out of her day to make sure we had plenty of towels after I messaged her. She was the sweetest host I have had the pleasure of renting from. She even gave out some really fantastic recommendations that we were able to try and absolutely loved. We would definitely rent Amy's place again. Best trip of my life!

Although this condo was an older one on the strip, Raymond's accomodations were a 5 star. The furnishing were beautiful and the view was perfect.

We had an amazing time at Enrico’s condo on the beach! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views and the beautiful decor that made the space feel warm and welcoming. The condo was absolutely immaculate, and it was clear that a lot of thought went into the design and amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy our time together. It was a delightful surprise to find that the showers were equipped with high-quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, adding an extra touch of luxury to our stay. Overall, I would rate our experience a perfect 10 out of 10! I would definitely book again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful beach getaway. The condo was in a great location, clean, and was an easy walk to the beach.

We came to Daytona for the Rockville festival/bestie memorial trip. The original planned scheduled check in was delayed due to flights/rental car fiascos and Marissa was very understanding and helpful. Had absolutely zero issues or concerns with the condo. The view was absolutely breathtaking. I was raised to leave the house better than when I got it and I made sure that me and my guests cleaned everything, washed all the towels and even left the cleaners Powerade because it was upwards of 100 degrees when we left. Will definitely be renting again on our trip next year!

The condo was great and the pool area was very nice. Everything you need was there. I liked that we had a gated entrance and garage parking, very secure. Whenever we contacted Danny, we had a response immediately. Would definitely go there again!
