Beachfront vacation rentals in New Smyrna Beach

We had an amazing stay. The unit is spacious and clean, with everything we needed. The view from our unit was beautiful! The beach was never crowded, and the heated pool was a big plus. Great communication from Omid with clear instructions. The location is great, with amazing restaurants and everything within close distance, and a short drive to Daytona. We would come back in a heartbeat!

This is hands down the nicest place I have stayed in Daytona over the years and we will be returning! Loie was so nice and helpful and made the whole experience extremely pleasant! Nick, the property manager was also super nice and helpful! I cannot praise them all enough! Gorgeous views from the balconies, every amenity you could possibly need, and super clean and well kept. We had a wonderful time during our stay. There were plenty of beds to accommodate our large group. We had some issues with the hot tub heating but the daily morning walks on the beach at sunrise were priceless! Excellent location, great restaurants close by, safe and cozy! We highly recommend!

We felt right at home in Matt's place. The house was big and spacious, we absolutely loved the pool on the back porch. Was a perfect setting to grill dinner and enjoy the pool, was very hot outside but the back porch was very shaded and comfortable you could feel the ocean breeze., just perfect!! The ocean access was very close walking distance. The garage was also stocked with all you need for a day at the beach. Coolers, umbrellas, chairs, even beach toys for the kids. The kitchen was also stocked with everything you need to cook a meal for your family. The snacks and bottle of wine that was left for us by Matt was a great surprise and treat after a 6 hour drive. Plenty of restaurants within good driving distance. Plus a circle K at the top of the road. Matt was very responsive to my messages. We would definitely stay at Matt's again in the future. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Our stay was wonderful! We had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing long weekend!! Tobin was great about staying connected and responding to our communication. He was willing to work with us to meet our needs!

We absolutely loved staying here!! We spent most of our days outside but were always excited to relax in the room or hang out by the pool at the end of the day. Our host was super friendly & had great communication. I will definitely stay here again next time i’m back in town!

Place is just as described and shown in the photos. House is clean and had all items available as described. Quiet area, walkable to beach, restaurants, etc. One of the main reasons for choosing this place is that it is dog friendly with a fenced in backyard. Overall, I would recommend staying here.

Was a nice location right across the street from the beach very clean would stay there again we had a great time celebrating my father in-law 100th birthday with no worries about where we was staying hope I can book this place again thanks so much Lisa

We had an awesome time at the Salty Pelican Beach House. Anne Marie answered every question I threw her way, even before I hit “book.” After I reserved, she sent a super helpful guide to the house and to New Smyrna, and she even let us check out late. The place looks exactly like the photos. The living room and kitchen are wide-open and roomy, with plenty of seats for our crew of five people. The kitchen has everything: Ninja blender, air fryer toaster oven, tons of plates, cups, and utensils. Outside there’s a nice fire pit area, though we didn’t hang there much. Best part? The beach is about a five-minute walk. We loved staying at the Salty Pelican and I’d book it again in a heartbeat.

Another wonderful stay in this cozy cottage. Within easy walking distance to beach, restaurants, shopping. House is cozy and had everything we needed. Wil is responsive to any questions. Received information prior to check in with the smart lock combination. Having a smart lock is so convenient as we didn't have to worry about a key at the beach or anytime my spouse or I were coming and going at different times. Overall Great experience and time our family had. Location was great. Within walking distance to Flagler Ave. The Beach views were breath taking, from early morning coffee on the porch to watching the kids play on the beach. Frank & Terri’s place had all the amenities you need for a great vacation. We will book again for next year.

We have been visiting NSB for years now and have done multiple vacation rentals. This one topped them all, actually of any rentals we have done in any location. Yes, this house is just as gorgeous as the pictures. The pool was perfect, loved the sun deck and the spa. Every bedroom had heavenly soft beds that all the kids commented on. We had one tiny blip with a TV and Antonio immediately responded to help. One thing that drives me crazy on vacation rentals is how much you have to bring if you want to cook. This house had everything! Seasonings, condiments in and out of the fridge. The garage was packed with bikes, basketballs, boogie boards, chairs, any beach activity you want, the equipment was there. It truly was a 5 star vacation, you get every bit of your money’s worth with this property. Thanks again to Antonio for your response to us booking and we are already looking at next dates to come stay again.

Beautiful and fantastic Airbnb. Very clean and accommodating. The hosts Andrea & Justin were very quick with their responses. I’d highly recommend the stay and will be keeping this in my favorites on my Airbnb account.

I can't give this place enough praise, such a sweet rental! Extremely close to the beach and very walkable to Flagler Ave. Chad was incredibly accommodating and the rental was everything I'd hoped for. Super spacious with multiple balconies and a nice yard. Carrie was the perfect host! She began reaching out prior to our visit, provided clear instructions to make sure our late night check-in went smoothly, and continued to respond to our questions/concerns in a timely manner throughout the visit. She even responded in-person to address an unavoidable (storm-related) incident that occurred. This was our first, but likely not our last visit to Daytona Beach. Loved it!

It was the best lace we have ever stayed… listening to the ocean every night was so peaceful. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was absolute perfect for our family. Nice and private and beautiful location. We will definitely be back. Thank you Michelle!
