Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in New Smyrna Beach

Best furnished and hosted Airbnb we have ever stayed at, which is one reason this is a repeat trip. Love the location to downtown and all NSB has to offer. Extremely clean and the hosts make sure you enjoy your stay. Well stocked kitchen whether you are grilling by the pool or cooking indoors. The upstairs area would be great for kids to sleep and watch tv. It's great that some people still care about the quality of service and product they provide. Well done ( again)!

We had an awesome time at the Salty Pelican Beach House. Anne Marie answered every question I threw her way, even before I hit “book.” After I reserved, she sent a super helpful guide to the house and to New Smyrna, and she even let us check out late. The place looks exactly like the photos. The living room and kitchen are wide-open and roomy, with plenty of seats for our crew of five people. The kitchen has everything: Ninja blender, air fryer toaster oven, tons of plates, cups, and utensils. Outside there’s a nice fire pit area, though we didn’t hang there much. Best part? The beach is about a five-minute walk. We loved staying at the Salty Pelican and I’d book it again in a heartbeat.

We had a great stay here. Sheri is a great host, was very response and made sure we had everything we needed. The house is in a great location, easy access to the beach and walking distance from everything we wanted to do. Would absolutely stay again!

We had a fantastic stay! The property is in a great location just steps from the beach and within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and bars. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, and the beds were super comfortable. It was the perfect spot for our big group. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Can’t recommend this home enough! We stayed here for 5 days with our 3 kids… it was just short walk from Flagler and the beach so we didn’t use our car other than driving to and from the airport. The home was clean and well stocked. Beds were comfy. Diego was responsive and made the process seamless. We will be back!

this is a great place to stay in Daytona beach. it is a residential community and easy to walk around and easy to find and easy to get into and clean and comfortable.

we had something come up last min with our airbnb and had to leave early. I asked if we could check in early and they let us drop our belongings off before check in. Very kind and quick response. Great guest, will be back if in area!

We loved this condo. The private parking garage and easy access to the condo was wonderful after a long, hot, exhausting day at Rockville. Also the drive to Daytona for the concert was very easy, very little traffic coming from New Smyrna. We had a great time and the condo was such a comfortable and a spacious oasis after being around thousands of sweaty people all day.

The place was great and clean. Host was very easy to communicate with and immediately responded to messages. I would recommend this place if you like relaxing and peaceful setting.

It was quiet, peaceful, and relaxing, and right on the beach!! Just far enough back not be bothered with traffic on the beach. Also, there were other tenants in the building, some with little ones, and we couldn’t hear any of our neighbors. Great place for rest and relaxing!

Cannot say enough good things about Harry’s home—so peaceful, beautiful, and comfortable. Every detail serves to welcome visitors. We would love to return for a longer stay.

Very beautiful place, the hosts were wonderful and very welcoming, they responded back in a timely manner each time I had a question. Condo was very nice, feet away from the beach with beach parking which was a plus! Would definitely recommend and return!

Jamie was a wonderful host and the surf shack was the cutest place to stay! We visited for Rockville festival and this was the perfect happy medium (about 15 minutes away) in a cute quiet neighborhood where we felt very safe. The space was so cute and exactly as shown in the listing. Would definitely recommend this spot for anyone visiting Port Orange or Daytona Beach!

I LOVED staying here!! Nejma was so kind and very helpful with anything we needed!! The little apartment (unit 1) was perfect for two people and was very clean!! It didn’t bother me or my friend since we’re heavy sleepers, but you will hear some road noise. 10/10 would recommend and I’ll def be staying here again!!

Sharon was a wonderful host. She was communicative, friendly, and helpful. The unit is very cute and well-kept. I felt at home. The restaurant directly across the street, Izzy’s, was great and I enjoyed having meals on the balcony of Sharon’s unit while looking out at the ocean. Easy access and quiet area. Sharon went above and beyond. Thank you!!!

We have stayed in Julie’s place a couple times now and love it! She is a great hostess and is extremely responsive. We will be staying again in the future!!

Perfect location & very comfortable for our family.

It was the best lace we have ever stayed… listening to the ocean every night was so peaceful. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was absolute perfect for our family. Nice and private and beautiful location. We will definitely be back. Thank you Michelle!

Julie’s place was great for our family to stay in New Smyrna Beach. The location is perfect with just steps to the pool and just a few more to a lovely, peaceful beach free from cars. The condo was clean, with comfortable beds. It was an easy drive to nearby restaurants and Publix. Julie was a great host- great communication, friendly, and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

My husband and I had yet another wonderful 2 week stay in Michelle’s condo at the Pelican. The condo has everything we needed for our stay here and we absolutely love the beautiful view of the ocean(my happy place!) that you can see whether relaxing on the private balcony or sitting inside the open concept living space. The condo is situated in a perfect location. Flagler Avenue( lots of good restaurants and shops) is within walking distance of 20/25 minutes and there are so many other shops and restaurants just minutes away by car. Michelle is an extremely pleasant person to talk to and has always returned all of our calls right away if we had any questions. We enjoyed staying at her condo so much that we have booked yet again (our third time) and can’t wait to return! Thank you again Michelle for the use of your condo for our vacation to New Smyrna Beach!

Clean, pool and beach access were nice, and management on site of the location were helpful about the tiny parking situation we had.
