Located in hip East Nashville in the heart of the city, but in a quiet neighborhood on a dead end street. Walking distance to bars and eateries. 5 minutes to more cute shops and restaurants and 12 minutes to downtown! Backyard is fully fenced (6 foot) for convenience with dogs. I did renovations in 2023 and am proud to share my home!

Set in the trendy 12 South neighborhood, the house is only one block away from the diverse restaurants, boutiques, bars, and coffee houses. Downtown’s iconic nightlife and dining scene is 13 min away. Street parking is free and available. Music Row is a 5 minute, as is Belmont and Vanderbilt. The Gulch and downtown areas are 6-8 minutes away.

East Nashville Cozy Cottage

My place is with in walking distance to many restaurants, Cafe Roze, 5 Daughters Bakery, Ugly Mugs, Two Ten Jack (Ramen & Sushi). Jeni's Ice Cream. Nice quiet walking neighborhood, comfy beds, and cozy. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets) under 15 lbs. Easy access from parking area, via back deck, 3 steps up with hand rail - front door is also accessible, but does not have self entry.

Fun East Nashville Studio

Explore Nashville using this cute studio to call home base. Walkable to East Nashville bars, restaurants, shops, and more, the studio is just a ten-minute drive to downtown Nashville. Please note this space is a part of a larger home, however it has its own entrance, parking spot, yard, and is cut off from the rest of the house. The Launch Pad

-We've always held ourselves to a high standard in providing a safe and clean environment for our guests. Due to coronavirus we are taking extra steps and using approved sanitizers on all frequently touched surfaces, using approved cleaners and providing hand soap and plenty of linens. As of mid-June we will both be fully vaccinated, but still following distancing and masking recommendations.

This is a gorgeous 1910 home that I’ve taken great care with designing. I didn’t want to make a run-of-the-mill airbnb but something really eclectic and different for people to really feel like they are staying in a boutique hotel! I constantly ad, update and change things in the house while keeping it functional as a relaxing place to stay that is extremely local to everything in nashville!
