This basement studio features a full kitchen, jetted spa tub, KING bed, and a patio with outdoor seating and a fire pit. Please note that this is the downstairs of our home and there are stairs up to a locked door which we have put a curtain over. We do have a baby and a dog upstairs, so minor overhead noise is possible!

Connect with nature at this unforgettable escape in Nashville's backyard. This treehouse is nestled in a Tennessee hardwood forest in a hollow. Close to the city, but away from it all, it's a perfect place to retreat from normal life. This isn't a tree fort. It's a tiny house with a loft in the trees over a trickling spring fed creek. It's private with all windows facing the forest. All the fun of being a kid w/ comforts of home like toilet, ac, electric fireplace, heater & 3 season hot shower.

Scout out the perfect roof-tops and Broadway honky-tonks before the crowds show up, then walk back and regroup at the condo which features two memory foam beds before staging your fun-filled LIVE music downtown adventure . . . . . on your way, maybe add some of my favorites: Coffee at Crema, Brunch at Cafe’ Intermezzo, or the new Food Assembly Hall @ 5th and Broadway for a ridiculous amount of options !
