Vacation rentals with lake access in Nashville

Very spacious home with a lovely sweeping yard and a pool. We fished right off the small dock and my son was delighted that he just kept pulling them in every time he dropped a line. The house is equipped with everything you need and the location is fantastic - close to the highway and Nashville but it still feels like a getaway. Highly recommend!

Ronnie is a great host! The house is beautiful spacious, and feels like home. Ronnie is thoughtful and makes sure that you have everything to be comfortable from extra linens to games and everything for morning coffee. He was great about checking with us throughout the week to see if we needed anything. Our trip was Christmas week and the outdoors was so beautiful and peaceful.

Cozy place with a view of the river and very walkable to local food and venues. Left a very helpful local guide and is very close to a trolly bus stop that could take you to almost anywhere you wanted to go in town!

Wade met me and let me in. Gave me a tour of the home with lots of local recommendations. Extremely helpful and super friendly. Jonathan called me later that evening to make sure everything was going well, and that my check-in was pleasant. Great hosts! Highly recommend. My family and I stayed in the cabin for a month and it just felt like home right away. Sad to leave, but will be back in the future. BEAUTIFUL log cabin, over 100 years old with original fireplace and wood burning stove. The decor and furniture is absolutely perfect, so kudos to the interior designer! The kitchen and wrap around porch are to die for. Having an extended stay, we were able to meet/befriend many of the staff members and they were all extremely kind and welcoming. Anytime we needed anything, they were right on top of it. Abby, Lillian, Ryan and Wade were especially helpful :) If you need an escape or just a quiet place to relax, this is your place 💯

This place was exactly as advertised—super cute, clean, and perfect for a girls trip or bachelorette weekend! The decor was social media worthy with plenty of photo ops inside, and the location was super convenient—just a short Uber ride to all the top spots. Highly recommend!

This was our first experience staying at an Airbnb and we have nothing but great things to say. The house was clean and inviting, and the amenities were more than adequate. We slept really well on the bed and there was plenty of space to hang our clothes in the walk in closet. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking items, plates, glasses, even wine glasses. The information center on the counter had informative guides. We can't say enough about the view from the upstairs living room and from both patios. We wanted to stay longer! We love Tennessee and hope to be back to the Cozy Cottage soon! Joe and Cindy Taylor

Beautiful home and grounds. Adrian and Mitchell were amazing. If you’re looking for a secluded area, this isn’t that. The neighbors are very close but still a beautiful area!!! Recommend!

I was surprised when originally it said check in time was 5:00 PM couple days prior to checking in. I did reach out and he responded right away that nobody was there day before and we could check in anytime after 1:30 which was a huge relief. I had not seen a check in time when I booked. Everything about the place was as described and perfect. Note: there are no lights on the dock for night fishing. Matt at no time said there were and when I asked him if there was a place to turn on lights he actually said we could run into town purchase something and he would reimburse us. I thought that was going above and beyond. Fishing was great. It was a very nice place. I did pay more than I usually do after fees and taxes more than I usually do per night. After our stay I would be tempted to pay the money to stay there in the future. Matt is a great host.

Dora is an excellent communicator! She provided very clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The dishes, utensils, and dish soaps were very well organized and labelled. She was very responsive when we had a question before we arrived. The cabin has several "extra" touches, such as TVs in the upstairs and downstairs sitting areas and in almost every bedroom, lots of puzzles and games, and kayaks that we would have used if it had been warmer. I would say it is the best Air BNB we have stayed at. Would definitely return if we need to be back in the area.
