Vacation rentals with a patio in Nashville

My husband and i came in for the AC/DC concert. The place was clean, and easy to get to places downtown. Whenever I had a question I got respectable response. Well worth the price and stay. Loved the extra added drinks in the refrigerator. Thank you again for your hospitality and making this such an easy trip away from home.

We enjoyed the Airbnb’s proximity to many restaurants as well as Belmont and Vanderbilt! The space itself was spacious and clean, and Brianna was very responsive and provided clear instructions.

I was very happy with my stay here. The building was great and in a great location in reference to my work stay for the convention center. Renee’s apartment was one of the more well equipped Airbnb’s that I have ever stayed at and everything was clean and in great condition. I enjoyed having the balcony to sit out on and relax and it was quiet in after hours times. I would highly recommend staying here if you are coming to Nashville!

This place was spot on for location. Literally a five to ten minute walk to Broadway and all that live music. Very clean, and comfortable. And Thank you Ryan for extending us after the AC/DC concert was postponed a day. If I had time to work out or relax by the pool the facilities looked amazing. The only minor inconvenience, and this is nit-picky, is you sometimes have to wait for the main elevator which gets backed up. An excellent value, host and location.

The apartment was exactly as pictured and described. It was well stocked for anything we needed and very clean! We easily walked to the restaurants, bars, etc. It was the perfect place for our quick business trip and I would highly recommend this listing to anyone traveling to Nashville!

My wife and I stayed for a week and could not have asked for a better experience with not only the AirBnB but with Zack. The place was clean, spacious and had a nice Nashville theme. It was about a 10-15 min walk to Broadway which has so much to do. Zack was great, answer any questions within a very reasonable time. I will be recommending this place to my friends and family. Awesome experience.

We had a great time staying at Brody’s place for our girl’s trip. We loved the home, especially the two living rooms and outdoor space with fireplace. The space was spacious, well-maintained, and even included múltiple huge speakers—which we made ample use of. The entire street appears to be a string of Airbnbs but that didn’t bother us.

Penny was very accommodating to my husband and I as we passed through Nashville during a storm and wanted a place to stay. The photos are accurate- her place is a converted garage/basement however it’s very well done and has thoughtful touches throughout. The best part is the beautiful back porch she has to enjoy coffee and the birds in the morning, with sweet neighborhood cats. Great neighborhood- some hidden gems are a 3 minute drive away. Would stay here again, thanks for accommodating Penny!

This is a lovely little house that was close to where we needed to be for the purpose of our trip. It was very quiet and had a deck that we could relax on and enjoy the sun. The beds were comfortable and we had everything that we needed. We would definitely stay there again if we are in the area!

We loved our stay. Such a cute place, very spacious. Loved the additional kitchen/living area upstairs so no one ever felt crowded. Neighbors were very friendly. Lots of dining options within walking distance. Would 100% stay here again!

The place is just like the photos and peacefully surrounded by trees. it was the perfect home base for my trip.

Home was very clean and host did an excellent job with remodel on bathrooms & beautiful vintage kitchen! Kitchen was very well stocked. Beds were comfortable!

This was the perfect house for us to celebrate my childhood best friends bachelor party!! The lake was an amazing amenity and having the fire pit with all the lights for night was awesome!! I would definitely recommend this place to anybody wanting to be close to Nashville, but have a little bit of peace and privacy!!!!!

I cannot say enough great things about this Airbnb and its perfect location 😍. Marshall and Carolyn were very communicative; Broadway is just a quick 10-15 minute walk away; The place was really clean and spacious; The couch and bed were super comfortable; and There are a ton of great finds within a 2-3 block radius: •Tipsy Scoop is literally next door, and the perfect boozy frozen treat (mango margarita, please) •Martin’s BBQ Joint has such good bbq •Parlor Donuts might just be the best donuts in the US 😉 •Sprocket Rocket Party Bike - book it, and ask for Geoff (trust me). Next time I’m in Nashville. I’m coming back here.

True story, Linda's place was perfection. Location, decor, facilities. My husband and I couldn't have asked for a better spot for our getaway. We walked to the gulch and to Broadway in the morning/early afternoon each day and opted for an Uber back each eve. Uber was $8-10. Linda was so nice and easy to connect with. Thanks for making our trip top notch!!

This is a great spot. it is very close to a bus stop and a short walk from downtown. it was clean and had everything we needed.

Overall, our stay was good! The airbnb is in a great location and only a 10minute walk to Broadway. I loved how there was an easy to use and convenient lockbox inside the building to store the room key in. The apartment is a nice layout with a beautiful view. Kitchen was clean and had nice cooking utensils. The pool was really nice to lounge at, too! The only major negative was that when we got there the spare bedding was not clean, so we had to wash it before we went to bed. The sheets on the bed also did not look clean, so we washed those as well.

Gleicy’s place was clean, comfortable, and close to broadway (walking distance). Gleicy was very responsive and clearly communicated.

Rented this place for a bachelor party. Absolutely perfect location. Many of the attractions are within walking distance. Really pretty area. The apartment had enough room for all of the guys to hang out and chill in. Would recommend to anybody coming down to Nashville!

Great place to stay! Cute, clean, great location. The building is a bit rowdy, but it’s Nashville so not surprising.

We had a fantastic stay at Riverfront Yall! The view was nice and the location was great—quiet, yet just a short drive to downtown. The space was clean, stylish, and had everything we needed. Katie was friendly and responsive. Highly recommend for a getaway with great access to the city!
