Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located basement apartment. The Central States Fairground, The Monument Civic Center, downtown Rapid City, and Rushmore Crossing are all within a 10 minute drive. We do have full-time tenants on the property with dogs. Some noise should be expected. The pets have their own dedicated space and contact with the pets should be minimal, if at all. We have one security camera located outside the entrance to the apartment.

The space was well stocked, well kept, comfortable, and a great value for the stay! Alesha was wonderful at communicating and made the booking process very simple. If you're sensitive to cigarette smoke, it might be important to know that the adjacent tenants like to be outside when you are, and they smoke, but we would definitely rent this space again!

Great location that is convenient to food and shopping. We used it as a base to head west for hiking. Easy to get on the highways and a comfortable, restful place to return to after a long day out. Marie was a very communicative host, and the apartment was well stocked with any little thing we could possibly need. Being able to do laundry was a plus for us. Everything was clean and well maintained. Would definitely book with Marie again.

We very highly recommend this place! Teresa was a delight to deal with. Very personable She was so attentive to making sure we knew what events was going on in the area. She even sent us recommendations on trails that we should do when hiking. The bonus though was Willie the dog! He greeted us every afternoon as we pulled in and was ready to play ball Will definitely stay there again if we ever get to go back in the future.

Jodi and her husband were the best Airbnb hosts that I’ve had. They were extremely attentive and responsive whenever I needed anything. They stocked the refrigerator with snacks and food before I arrived and offered to keep refilling it throughout my stay. They offered personalized hiking recommendations that were great. I highly recommend staying with them!

This was one of our favorite Airbnb stays. The place was so clean, cozy, and peaceful—it was just perfect for our family. I loved starting the day with coffee and enjoying the beautiful view. The kids had fun playing in the toy area and hanging out in the loft, and the hot tub was such a relaxing way to end the day after exploring.
