Additional fee will be added if cat is “snuck” into the home!. The yard is fully fenced and there is plenty of off street parking as well as use of a garage. ( Caution! Low Clearance). We have Century Link for the internet it sometimes does not work . If you need to have internet 100% of the time this will not work for you. Because of the hills internet is only available thru Century Link and it is not always dependable.
