What an amazing find. So close to downtown. So many things nearby whether you want outdoorsy activities or want to shop on the strip. The house was perfect!

We definitely got our steps in. Lots of levels but so much to do. Weather outside was misty and cool but we enjoyed games inside and a nice sit in the hot tub on the roof as well. When we had a question the owners responded quickly and Abby was very sweet. We even got to visit with her in the front yard while she tended to the flowers. They are very hospitable and we would recommend their place.

The home was very nicely decorated. The host was very kind and responds very quickly. We felt right at home and definitely recommend staying here!

We had a great stay at Adam’s place. He was very friendly and has a beautiful guest space in his home. The backyard was very peaceful and we enjoyed sitting out there in the evening. I’d definitely recommend Adam’s place for your stay!

Great little place for our family and 2 pups to base out of for our sons graduation from CSU. Small fenced in yard for the dogs and a wonderful park literally around the corner. Tucker was very responsive and gave easy instructions. Quiet, safe neighborhood close to everything. We enjoyed our stay

We loved our stay at Cheryl's place. We needed a place that would allow dogs, that was close to CSU and this was perfect. We were in town for CSU's graduation and so were quite busy going back and forth to the campus. The house was well stocked and clean. It had a large fenced in backyard and our dog LOVED walking around the neighborhood. Cheryl was flexible when our dates and times changed and I appreciated her kindness.

We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the restaurants and surrounding area. Everything was clean and quaint! Thank you, Jess for such a clean and comfortable place to get away!

Our stay at the Empty Nest was comfortable and cozy. The neighborhood is safe and the location is convenient to pretty much anything you'd want to do in FOCO. Glenn is attentive but not intrusive. We were happy with our visit & will likely return.

The perfect location!! A short walk to everything and anything you could want in the downtown Fort Collins area. Tim was a wonderful host and the condo itself was a home away from home!

We didn’t spend much time at the Carriage House, we primarily used it for sleeping because we had relatives in town. When we were at the Carriage House for a leisurely moment we were comfortable and didn’t feel restrained. We notice an interesting selection of books to read and plenty of board games. We would stay again.

My stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of exceptional. I spent about two weeks here with my family, who were visiting me from India for the first time, and the experience truly exceeded all our expectations. Bonnie is a wonderful host—thoughtful, attentive, and incredibly welcoming. She had everything set up perfectly for our arrival, and the home was stocked with all the essential amenities needed for a comfortable and stress-free stay. The house itself is cozy, clean, and beautifully maintained. Nestled in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, it was the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life—ideal for anyone looking to unwind. What stood out most was Bonnie’s responsiveness and willingness to help with anything we needed throughout our stay. Her warm hospitality made us feel right at home. Perfect for anything CSU-related (Dropoff, Parents Weekend, Student Welfare Check, Grad, etc.). Only 2 blocks north of campus and thus not far from Old Town. Very homey and spacious. Recommended!

Andrea’s was wonderfully acomadations and her place was everything I was hoping it would be and was exactly what I needed. Calm , quiet and cosy. I was in town for a workshop traveling by myself and it was great having a walkable location to my destination at Casa Segrada. I felt safe. Great coffee near bye too in addition to having a Kurig AND Drip coffee maker. Everything was well stocked and the towels were super soft. A perfect home away from home. I look forward to returning and will happily recommend to others.

Our family had an amazing stay. The hosts were so helpful and responsive with questions. Quiet peaceful community and tons of deer and elk wandering through the neighborhood. Loved our stay, we will always stay here in Estes! Thank You.

David and Stacy were absolutely fantastic to me. I had a stroke a couple of years ago. As a result, it’s sometimes difficult for me to get my things especially my wheelchair into a house. David and Stacy helped me in a rare Colorado downpour. Get my things into their home. They also help me load my things up when I left. I can’t say enough about their hospitality. I only used a portion of their home. A bedroom downstairs, the bath, the living area and the kitchen. I never went downstairs. I never went upstairs. The portion of the home that I lived in was fabulous. I can only assume the rest of them was the same. It was a little bit pricey for me and my three dogs. I used very little of the home. I think it’d be a great value for a family. And despite the price I intend to return. In fact, I’ve already booked my next stay. I simply can’t say enough good things about David, Stacy and their home

This was a great homebase for our visit to Greeley! We were visiting my elderly grandmother at her senior living center, and needed a place to congregate and rest. The backyard was gorgeous, and we enjoyed all the games and activities within the house. Kristy and Jack were kind and communicative, and we feel very grateful for our time at their beautiful, clean home.

Another excellent stay in Longmont. It’s my favorite town to stay in when visiting Colorado as it’s peaceful and within an hour or so drive of really anything you could want to do! Judy’s place was clean and quiet. Loved the back yard!

Great location to get to Old Town and the river. This place has everything myself and my dogs needed. Beautiful view, peaceful, and Mike and Carolyn are a delight to speak with. This was my second stay here, probably not my last.

The unit is big a fully equipped. Great location for quaint town and lots of outdoor activities near by

Didn't miss this well appointed cozy cabin! Can't find any negatives to write about. Had everything we needed and exceeded expectations. Great support of dogs with a clear and fair policy. Felt very private despite the other surrounding accommodations. Grab some firewood from Safeway on your way in if you'd like to use the fireplace. Definitely want to come back to check out their other cabins and tiny homes on the property!

Great stay. Larger than we expected. The chickens were cool. Anna was very friendly and we were comfortable there.
